Description of Work: TROUBLE-SHOOT WIRING IN OFFICE AND GUEST BEDROOM. DID A THOROUGH EXAMINATION OF THE OUTSIDE CIRCUIT BREAKER BOXES AND WROTE UP AN ESTIMATE TO FIX ITEMS.

Description of Work: We used a coupon. I bought it on the weekend, and had a call to confirm an appointment within a few hours of the entry. They asked very relevant info such as model numbers to make sure they could have the parts ready. We had an icemaker repaired in a Samsung refrigerator and an oven light the sparked and went dead in a GE oven. They came within an hour of the scheduled 2 hour window. The repairman was very nice, explained everything up front and had all the parts with him to repair immediately. The cost was reasonable. Everything was fixed when they left. I would highly recommend.

Description of Work: Very disappointed. Wanted an additional $400 to install the fan so the total would have been $600 to install an overhead fan.

Description of Work: Purchased outdoor electrical outlet install for $99. Had two calls and an email from Comfort Electric, the messages left sounded very unprofessional with "ums" and incomplete information regarding appointment times. I felt a little hesitant to continue with the purchase but confirmed an appointment. Very professional installer came by, but let me know there would be an increase in the install amount, approximately $200 more because the next closest outlet was more than 5 feet away that he could tie into. I cancelled the install because of the big difference in price.

Description of Work: We had a bit of miscommunication as to when the repairperson would arrive, mainly my fault for not giving them my mother's phone # (they were working on her house). Once that was dealt with, it was smooth sailing. They assessed and fixed the problem quickly and professionally, and made suggestions on how she could upgrade her older house wiring in the future.

Description of Work: Due to a screw up by another electrician when I had some new pool equipment installed, I had a wiring problem in the equipment which caused my pool sweep to come on at odd times, and also had caused a GFI outlet to loose power. |It took the Electrician from Comfort Electric about 30 minutes to diagnose the problem, but now everything is fine. | |
