Their price was great. They were very informative, punctual, friendly and seemed to follow through. The main benefit was they were really competitive on their price.

They're very punctual and work hard. Their employees are always very courteous and dress well. They're also very knowledgeable and professional.

We didn't like that their termite policy was only to inspect and tell us what problems we had. They were charging $300 a year for that. I thought that didn't make any sense to me. Once we spent $300 fixing stuff they found and in another case $200 so that's why I quit, we didn't feel like it was a very good bargain.

They have been working for us nearly nine years, and they always do a good job. They respond quickly whenever I call, and the technicians are friendly as well as professional. I have enjoyed doing business with them.

It wasn't bad but it didn't seem as good. I had someone spray before a couple years ago and it lasted like crazy and there's didn't really last that long.

Overall, they provide good service. They come every couple of months; if I have any problem, I just call them, and they will come out and take care of it. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

They are excellent with routines. They show up on time, they call on time. If we call them to come back to take care of anything, they do. We have had no reason in the past 5 years to contact anyone else. We are very happy with them. Only recently on two occasions their billing department is impatient, however they have corrected that issue.

They were fine. I canceled my service simply because I got a better deal from a Big Deal on Angie's List, but the technician was very, very nice.

They have been really good. For the first time in several years, there were ants inside my house. They came within a few days to address the problem.

They are always very friendly and punctual.

I do not like them. I fired them and got someone else. The follow through was not very good. I asked them to come back and spray in my house again. They gave me some ant bait and said that was all they would do. I had hired them for several years and every summer I kept getting ants in my house. They would keep spraying outside and would never come back and spray the inside. The new company I'm using comes whenever I want them to at no additional charge. Their price was about what everyone charges so it was comparable. They did come when they were supposed to for the regular outside spraying.

I've retained them for years. They are responsive when I call. They regularly treat for drywood termites, subterranean termites, regular pest control, etc. I have the full package.

I had 3 companies bid on the project. 2 of them wanted to tent the house--even though doing so would likely crack the roof tiles. One company was so rude & dismissive & the other was high pressure. Scott from Truly Nolen stopped by & did a complete inspection. His findings matched what the Home Inspector that we hired had told us: the house did NOT need to be tented--just a good spraying treatment. We saved over $1,000 by going with Scott at Truly Nolen, so we could "splurge" on eliminating the rats that had taken up residence in our attic. Every person that we have dealt with at Truly Nolen was professional & pleasant to work with. We are very happy with the service.

Truly Nolan Pest Control is an excellent service. The guy is so helpful and the company is very responsive in every way. They ve come out when we needed them to and that counts.

They did a fantastic job at keeping all the bugs away from my home. I like that with the contract I have that they will spray once a year inside my home for free. They are friendly and get the job done.

THERE PRICES WERE COMPETITIVE, BUT THEY WERE INCONSISTENT IN THEIR MONTHLY SERVICE TO CHECK THE TERMITE STATIONS. IN FACT, A NUMBER OF TIMES I HAD TO CALL THE MANAGER TO GET THEM TO FULFILL THE CONTRACT.

HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE REGARDING PESTS AND PROPER TREATMENT. REASONABLY PRICED.

TRULY NOLAN DID A THOROUGH JOB IN INDENTIFYING INFESTED AREAS. THEY WERE PROMPT IN THE TREATMENT AND WE DID NOT FIND ANY MORE AREAS NEEDING TO BE TREATED. WE WERE HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE AND NOW ARE ON AN ANNUAL CONTRACT.
