After a lot of money and many frantic calls, they seem to have eliminated the rat problem. I got different stories from many of the people who came out, and no one ever seemed to finish what they told me they would do to assure the house was completely sealed up, I liked some of the technicians, but they were hard to schedule and not nearly as responsive as I had been led to believe.

We've had their monthly service for years. With the exception of one very lazy tech, it's been a mostly good experience, although recently, the office admin sends to havebecome completely disconnected with the techs. There are constant miscommunications and crossed wires about scheduling.
