Gerard came and did an inspection on our entire house. We had seen droppings in various places within the house but did not want to tent the house. He suggested we treat the specific spots and wood problems. We scheduled a date, they arrived on time, were very thorough and said to call if we had any other problems because they would come back free of charge. Three weeks later we encountered some blackened droppings in one of the affected areas so we called, they came back promptly and determined it was not new activity but the residual dropping from dying dead termites. They did a further inspection and found some active termites and hit that area while they were here. I am happy that we have a guarantee for a year where they will come back for any problems free of charge. I am very happy with the work they did and their promptness to return and fix any problems.

We get an annual termite inspection with them on the spot and do whatever repairs are needed to solve the problem. I think we do it quarterly. They’re excellent.

It was good. The guy was very profession, explained clearly what he was looking for, what he found. Had two associates assisting in inspection. Found a couple spots of dry rot, which I will have to have done. But the refinance has closed, so I'm happy.

We have had Truly Nolen for several years after having left another well known pest control company. This company is professional, their techs treat your home with respect and care, they are on time and if per chance there is an emergency or delay from another job, they call you to advise. If I see a bug in between their quarterly service they come out with no complaints and can always fit me in promptly. I have to say what makes them especially special is the tech they send, Sean. He almost seems like a family member. He does his job when he is here, but as he works he is friendly, and seems genuinely concerned about us and our issues. That sort of connection makes you never want to leave them, plus the fact that they do a good job with pests and are fairly priced. Don't we all just want to do business with people we like in addition to a great service/product at a fair price! I strongly suggest Truly Nolen. I would say to ask for Sean....but I don't want him so booked that he can't come to see us! :)

Before hiring Truly Nolen, I had ants invading the house every spring. I now have truly nolen, doing a pest service four times a year and the ant problem has stopped entirely. We have also had bouts with fleas periodically due to our cats, and they did a nice job coming in and spraying and instructing us on how to avoid problems in the future. I am pleased with their work.

Very professional, will come back in 10 days to recheck. Signed up for $40 per month for a year contract where they come back quarterly to re check . Very courteous and knowledgeable young men performed the service and charges.

Going with Truly Nolen was much cheaper than other places. We would definitely use them again.

They come out 4 times a year. They are very prompt. They are always on time. They get rid of everything every time. I do both indoor and outdoor extermination. I think for the quality they are the best in town. I have been using them for about 8 years.
