He did a really good job. It went really well. Helped remove the old A/C and mounted new unit and helped prepare for drywall and stucco. I was happy with him. He was here for several hours.

We were running tight on our schedule so I had him come back when my other handyman was there and they finished some molding around the new carpet and then I elected to have him do the doors. What I noticed was he was not high, but a little bit more expensive. I had two issues. One was that the first day he was there he was on his cell phone, not that he wasn't paying attention, but he pushed the stove or dishwasher into place and wrecked some of the newly done molding. Then, I had him hang six new doors and he drilled on the wrong side of one of the new doors. And he did not let me know that the inside of the door had a hole so everything looks good on the outside, but on the inside there's a hole the size of a door handle. I made him aware of it and he said he'd do anything necessary to make us happy. He suggested a patch and my husband said no we want a new door. Mr. Lewis said the new door was fine but he never contacted my real estate person to go change it. I had paid him everyday but I didn't pay him the last payment of $120. I'm disappointed and he could have contacted me to resolve it since that time, but now the condo is sold and I'm not satisfied.

He has done work for me for probably about 3 or 4 times. Every single price that he has done is very reasonable. He is pretty handy. He does a lot of things. He is responsive. He answers his phone a lot and I like that. And, his schedule is pretty flexible so he can get over to the property within a couple of days so that is helpful. Sometimes he even comes the same day depending on where the work is at.

Tim was punctual, friendly, and efficient. He actively looked for (and found) ways to save us money!! We will definitely use him again and we recommend him very highly.

I had already gotten a new gasket from the toilet company. Tim arrived, checked it out, replaced the gasket, answered a few questions, and chatted. He is very friendly and the toilet is fine! Yea!!

Everything he does is great. He is very professional and I have had him do other odd jobs around the house, he is always very good and prompt. He is very good in electrical. He is extremely honest and trustworthy.

He showed up on time and went right to work knowing exactly how to proceede with excellent results.

He came in to our office to fix the door/lock - excellent quality, very happy with the outcome.

He called in that he will be late a few minutes due to work schedule at Pine Valley but was ready to work in 30 minutes after he called. He replaced the broken jam on the door then replace the facia after he bought it from Home Depot with owners approval.

He was nice, but the price was a bit high. I was very satisfied the work.

Fantastic. Tim is easy to work and communicate with. Super fast, friendly, obviously experienced, clean/neat (arrived with his own towel to wipe his shoes on because it was raining), tidied up nicely when he was done. No nonsense get-it-done type guy. Couldn't have asked for a smoother experience. All work done quickly and very professionally. Super reasonable charges. I will definitiely be calling him again.

I trust him and he is very reliable. He charges $60 an hour and does not charge at the door like many other handymen. He is extremely fair and works very hard. If he says he's going to be here at a certain time he's here, and if for some reason he won't be, he lets me know. If there is a job he cannot do and he knows it, he will let you know.

I called 26 general contractors and handymen, including Angie's List members, Yelp recommendations, Better Business Bureau, and Yahoo / Google searches. I had quotes ranging from $500 to $1800, the minimum quote received to look at the electrical work was $300. Of the 26 I called, four gave on-site estimates, 18 never returned my message, three returned my call to say they couldn't get to the work, and the last was Tim. I didn't simply choose Tim by default even though he never provided an estimate. He called, said he would go to the property and take a look. During our initial conversation I informed him I was interested in a long term property maintenance arrangement where I would authorize him to perform any necessary work at his discretion as long as it was around $100 and he took it from there. He showed up to the property the performed all the items I requested and at the prearranged price. He has been to the property twice and my tenants have reported he is very pleasant and efficient. My contact with Tim has been through phone and email. I will say that Tim is extremely patient and extremely accommodating. I have really lucked out in finding him.

Tim was excellent! I'm a total type A and am usually multiple-tasking so I want things done quickly. He fixed my toilet, changed out 2 door handles, fixed my crossed wires on my ceiling fan/ light and took out a large built in shelf all in about an hour! More than the fact that he did the work, he really seemed to know exactly what he was doing. We have a fixer upper so we are always in need of something and I will definitely call him again!

We have used Tim several times to make various repairs on a rental in La Jolla. He is very professional and reasonable. I definitely recommend him as a handyman!

He only took around an hour to do the work and charged me $65, which was much less than the quote from the other company. He was very personable, efficient, and even offered some advice on a security system.

Tim came quickly, gave estimate and said he would be back after I bought the wall mount. He was on time and stuck to his original estimate.

He is very good and can do just about everything! It was an incredible feat when he reinforced the banister. He comes when he says he is coming, does not overcharge, and is extremely honest. He charges for the time that he is there and works quickly. He is very adjustable in scheduling, respectful, and accommodating. Overall, he is really a great guy!
