Tim was super responsive! He was at the poetry next day, fixed the issue and went on his way. I am so excited to have found him after so many bad experiences trying to get things handled at properties I manage.

He was polite. He was running slightly late and called me to let me know. I called for my outside gate lock, and he took care of that with a key. I also pointed out a leak in my sink, which he fixed for me at no additional cost.

Tim's a great help! Exceedingly polite and professional. Gets right to work and helps with things large and small. We have used Tim's services multiple times and have been completely satisfied each time!

Tim is always on time and works neatly and quickly. He looks at what is needed, tells you if he can do the work and if so what it will cost. Then he does it. I have used him on 5 different occasions and will continue to do so. He is a very qualified handyman.

Tim was excellent. So happy I found him. He installed 3 toilet repair kits for $75 that Assure Plumbing quoted for $300. He was very professional, very efficient, and very friendly. I highly recommend Tim and will use him again in the future when the need arises.

I had called for an estimate but by the time he got ahold of me I had already had it installed. I let him know I wasn't sure that this was done correctly because I don't know anything about the installation of a window air conditioning unit. At that time he offered to come and take a look. He assured me it had been done correctly and did not charge me anything for his expert opinion.

Tim was flexible and allowed rescheduling when the parts were not yet available. He arrived early and was efficient and professional.

It was great. They had a different person paint the fence than put it up. It worked out. I share the fence with my neighbor and the guy did a good job. He gave us our Angie's List discount.

We were not happy about his work. The worst thing about him was that, on the day we showed him what we wanted, he never indicated that 1) it would take more than a day to do it all and he'd have to schedule a second day, and 2) he didn't really want to do some of the jobs. He should have told us at the outset that he couldn't finish in one day and let us decide on priorities. At the end of the first day, he said he'd have to schedule some time later in the following week to finish the work. For the work he did, he argued about the necessity for it and was dismissive about what we wanted to do. He's welcome to his opinion, but he shouldn't have taken the job if he didn't want to do it or thought it a bad idea. His actual work was mediocre at best. He used a piece of used and dirty PVC pipe to raise a hose bib to waist level and the new bib leaks. His manner was curt, not friendly, and he seemed reluctant to work for us. We don't mind paying market rates for work, but we expect the work to be performed in a professional manner. This is the first time we have been treated so rudely by an Angie's List provider and I hope it will be the last.

Tim was prompt and professional. He worked very efficiently and achieved first rate results in a short period of time. He was polite, respectful and made sure everything was clean and working properly before he departed. I would definitely use his services again in the future.

It went perfectly. I contacted Tim via email, explained what I needed done, and we agreed on a date for the work to begin. Tim showed up promptly, had the right tools, and got to work. I appreciated his professionalism and expertise. Once one job was finished, he immediately started on the next. It was my job to prioritize the jobs, and I had my list ready!

Tim is awesome. We use him all the time for a rental in La Jolla he can fix anything. He is very fair and reasonably priced.
