We are a family-owned, award-winning chimney service business. Rick and Terri each are Certified Chimney Sweeps, Certified Dryer Exhaust Technicians as well as F.I.R.E. Certified Technicians. We also have our California State Contractors License. We are very proud to say we've been awarded the Angie's List Super Service Award for 10 years and have never had a complaint against us with the BBB in 32 years of business. Description of Work: I can't say enough good things about Swede's service. On time, professional and thorough. He did a full inspection of our 48 year old chimney and fireplace. He cleaned the chimney and repaired a crack in the fireplace. He will return to replace the crown. We are very pleased with the quality of work performed and will use them in the future. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends.

Description of Work: Arrived on time; laid down protective blankets over carpet; swept chimney, caulked gas pipe inlet and then "leak tested" the gas valve (did not find any leaks). Rick explained a few things to me about the fireplace. He did a great job and I would definitely use them again since he is a certified chimney sweep.

Description of Work: We had no idea that a dryer vent could cause so much trouble! After moving in to our new home we discoverd that the dryer took forever to dry the clothes. We almost bought a new dryer thinking it was the fault of the machine. Fortunately I also thought ..."Maybe it's the dryer vent that's clogged up!" It was. Swede removed a huge amount of dryer lint. Along with doing the job I learned a lot about the proper care of a dryer. This was a great educational experience... that saved us money in the long run. Swede was truly professional. I highly recommend the service!
