Sonny Builders did the following in our house: installed 2 / 50 inch quartz countertops in 2 guest bathrooms, replaced old 1 sink vanity with new 2 sink vanity and a quartz countertop in Master Bath for 10K. Here is what I have to say about the way how they handled work: 1. Communication between Customer-Management-Workers is broken. We asked for backsplash in the master bath to be on the sides of the mirror, they did the sides and the front, resulting in mirror backsplash standing out of line . 2. When they say, we will be at your house at this time range, you need to add 3-5 hours to the estimate or even the next day. In the end they didn't even bother telling us when they will be at the house. 3. Workers that do the installation do not speak any English. Vanity in the master bath was narrower than the one we had, which resulted in flooring not being under the vanity. If they stopped and told us, we would have fixed the problem on the spot. 4. For 1.5 weeks we were without a master bathroom vanity because the old one was demoed, but somebody did not deliver the new one on time . 5. Installers came in unexpectedly on the day when I had a booster shot(my husband was home) and cut out a countertop that I did not select(cheaper version). When I arrived and started to find out why, they said it is too late and for now they will put it in. When I complained, they said they do not have the one that I chose in stock and lowered the final price a bit. 6. Every time I tried to talk about this or that issue, the manager always said: What do you expect, you get the cheapest price on the market, which was nowhere near to be true. The reason I say this is because now I am talking to a different company - Integrity Stonework and they are replacing one more countertop for us ( BTW, Sonny builders gave a bid of $3200 for this one) for $1500. Same work, same quartz surface and they gave us the break of work steps and the pricing for each. I asked Sonny Builders to do the same at the beginning, they did not do that. It looked like the person who came up with pricing got it by looking at the ceiling... I would have used Integrity Stonework for everything, but they only do countertops. We needed more than that. The reason why I gave a 2 and not a 1 is because they did a good job on installing the 2 guest bathrooms countertops. That was the only positive thing that I can say about them.

We are very satisfied! They did such a good job on our master bedroom and kitchen that we had them back for all the bathrooms. As with any construction, there were minor, unavoidable hiccups. Each time they made sure we were happy with the result. We're so happy with their work. Thank you so much. Excellent work.

My experience with this company has been nothing but exceptional. The guys have exceptional knowledge of the services they are offering. They renovated my home with professionals. From the start, they took their time to explain all aspects of the remodel, schedule, and materials. If you guys want an attentive company, look no further and give them a try.

The project was far more complex than this review can explain. My family lived in the home while all renovations were being done. which was two bathrooms, new roof, renovation of the kitchen including installation of a vinyl floor. All cabinets were replaced countertops replaced and all new lighting and appliances were installed. The Install technicians were extremely competent and their skill was evident throughout the project. The few delays encountered were COVIN-19 related. The bathroom design was excellent and my wife is very pleased. Tom's project management was very insightful and he was on top of his game flor the project he managed for me. Very grateful Tom, Thank You and a super job to your team.

The team members are very skilled and personable. They completed the project quickly and with high quality. They performed terrifically in meeting our needs to upgrade our kitchen in a timely and very cost-effective manner. We highly recommend their services and would be pleased to use them again.

They did a very fast turnaround time and did the job in a day and and half everybody was nice and cared Tomer and Israel was very nice and professional, they always answer the phone. Cleaned up everything very well. Thank you guys

Amazing work!! I am so thrilled with the work that the crew completed in our master bathroom. They totally gutted our bathroom and reconfigured the shower to provide a much needed update. Not only is the bathroom stunning, the quality of workmanship is impeccable, the team were such a pleasure to work with. They are trustworthy, professional and friendly - I know those adjectives are not always associated to contractors but they exemplify those characteristics which make living in a construction zone so much more bearable. They went above and beyond and took care of anything that popped up - which was so impressive and appreciated! I plan on using them again, and would highly recommend to anyone looking for work in their home. LOVE it.

I was very happy with the customer service and the work done. Our new kitchen and bathroom Are very beautiful. Their guys are very good at what they do. Super nice guys, very respectful and professional. If you are looking for a remodeling company, give them a try. The remodeling was completed on time and we are extremely pleased with the results. Additionally, their prices are reasonable. I would be delighted to work with them in the future.

Sonny Builders did a fantastic job on my recent remodel project. Benjamin and his team were incredible. Friendly, efficient - and careful. They were outstanding throughout the entire process. Got us the most affordable quote when we were getting super high ones from other companies. Responded to all our questions promptly. The team was awesome and easy to work with! Highly recommend these guys .

We hired Sonny builders to install cabinet and counter top in our guest house kitchen. They was finishing the entire job in 6 days and the results look amazing. We highly recommend on Danny with sonny builders

We hired them for 40k worth of remodeling. They did some of the work, then backed out of completing part of the job (replacing a sliding glass door with a french door). Ryan, the project manager, claimed it would take too long to get the door he claimed they already ordered, but would not provide me with the specs or any proof of ordering the door. They are very friendly up front, but very money grubbing. And DID NOT COMPLETE THE JOB. They also installed the wrong countertop in the kitchen, then pressured us to keep what they put in even though it was not what we picked out. Very expensive lesson learned, I would highly recommend avoiding them.
