We would absolutely work with Ana and her team again! Everyone was courteous and respectful of our homeâ we felt comfortable having them work whether or not we were there. All our concerns were addressed immediately and completely. The natural frustrations that come with tearing up your home were kept to a minimumâ I credit that fully to Ana!

We hired Sonny Builders for a major remodel following a whole-house rewire. They gave us a great price and did a good job. Our project manager Ana was very supportive and helpful in making decisions. After the project was completed and they were paid, they continued to provide support with minor follow-ups that emerged. Thank you Sonny Builders!

I engaged Sonny Builders to add siding to the front of my house and paint the rest including my front and back porches. Other than the siding the rest of the experience was horrible. The project coordinator, Benjamin, was condescending, dishonest and kept changing the price from the original contracted amount. He later told me that painting the trim was not part of the estimate would cost an additional 2000.00 although we had settled on paint colors weeks earlier. The painting and stucco work were substandard and the porches have been chipping since the first week having only put one coat of paint on them (I did not know this at the time). The siding was done really well and the subcontractors listened and went out of their way to correct the size of the siding after Benjamin gave them the wrong information. Despite my feedback to the company, I have never heard a word from Sonny Builders.

Sonny Builders, in particular, our project supervisor was dishonest, lied, overpromised, and underdelivered in every aspect of the project. The signed contract stated a six-week project completion and it took six months due to non-existent supervision.

The team was professional, courteous, and quality of work was top notch. The company was flexible with last minute changes we had and accommodating when it came to early finish dates to help our family move in. I would absolutely recommend them in the future.

I was unable to pick my own flooring, and baseboard the workmanship of the installation of both baseboards and flooring was not up to par, it is very un-level with gaps. I now have to pay for a whole new demo to fix the poor job that was done. They also almost blew up my AC due to them dropping the temp down to 58 degrees. I also asked for plans specs for cabinets and he refused to give them to me.

We had a wonderful experience renovating our kitchen with Sonny Builders. We asked for some specific design aspects that were nearly impossible in the space available but Sonnyâ s team design gave us everything we asked for.

Great company to work with. They remodeled our master bedroom and kitchen. Michael was able to answer all our questions quickly with honesty. We were happy with the job!. There were outcomes on the project that didn't go as we expected but Michael was very accommodating and redo the work without problem. We would recommend you to anyone in need of a great construction company.

It was a true pleasure working with Sonny Builders. It was almost as if you had a group of your friends over who are really talented and they remodeled your house. The quality, value and Craftsmanship of the work was excellent. Communication was excellent. They were very responsive and willing to make changes in real time. The workers even suggested design ideas that worked better for us. Everyone was very respectful of our time and our property. They were incredibly prompt, polite and exceptionally hard working. Can't say enough good things about them.

Excellent company I heard of from a neighbor and I am thrilled with the results. ASI Moalem was my first contact and stayed involved. He got me hooked up with Tom Shavit, the project manager and man, everything was perfect. These guys know what they are doing and have the best customer service I could imagine. I had kitchen counter from the 1960's replaced with white quartz and a new stainless farm sink with spray faucet. No hidden costs and they even had to shore up my counter with structural improvements to handle the weight of the quartz slab. It's a thing of beauty. The final cost was the exact amount I shook Tom's hand with and I feel I got a fair deal from a fair and honest company. I couldn't recommend them more highly. Jeff M in Tukwila

There is no communication between the contractor and subcontractors. The quality of work is sub par and and they created fire hazards in the process. They claim to be electricians but from what I saw and experienced, I personally doubt it.

Beware of this company. They are the shadiest people I have ever dealt with. They use every trick in the book to gain your trust and then lie straight to your face! We originally called them because there was water leaking in our basement in a couple areas and also some mold growing in one of the corners. Without even diagnosing where the water was actually coming from they sold us an expensive job that was supposed to fix the leak. Part way through this job the company also took samples for asbestos and then came to our house on 2/7/22 and told us the test showed there was asbestos in the walls and floor. They then proceded to upsell us on additional work that more than doubled the price well into the 6 figure range. We later learned they lied to us because the test wasn't even performed until 2/10/22 and there was no asbestos in the walls! They sold us a complete remodel by fraudulently misrepresenting the facts and they did so knowingly, I have the paperwork to prove it. As far as the work that was performed, almost all of it was done incorrectly the first time and need to be corrected. They basically try to get away with doing the minimum until you complain. We STILL have a leak in the basement. After not fixing it the 1st time they had the nerve to come back and try to sell us more work - a french drain with a sump pump. Why couldn't they have actually taken the time to diagnose where the water was coming from before they tore up our entire yard with an excavator and installed an expensive drainage system outside? Also when they were working on our patio area they left nails everywhere, beware if you have kids or pets. And finally, they charge WAY too much for everything. The 1st bid looked alright but the change order they sold us was ridiculous and I never should have signed it on the spot. But like I said, they do everything to gain your trust including preaching to you from their religion. When I actually started Googling the work they had sold us it was astronomically high. And the last thing I want to share is just almost laughable. The night they came back to sell us the additional work that more than doubled the price and was based on lies and misrepresentation of facts, the sales guy actually bought us dinner afterwards. So I guess you could say that if they do decide to screw you over they at least buy you dinner afterwards.

Good company but wish project manager stayed with me entirely during this project.

We decided to have our kitchen remodeled and we got different quotes from about four different companies and this company was overall the best value. Our kitchen designer was amazing and very professional and knowledgeable. Our project manager was very organized and kept us up to date with everything from the beginning to the end. We highly recommend them to whom ever is interested in remodeling their kitchen. Great people and great company to work with. Thank you!!

Working with the team from Sonny Builders was really a pleasure! The guys are very knowledgeable, smart and have an excellent taste! Very generous and kind, they did a great job in my house , we remodeled the whole kitchen and master bathroom and lot more here and there changing and fixing the house. This company deserves more than five stars, highly recommend!

Outstanding job done by Sonny Builders . Benjamin and his crew installed a tile shower in our master bathroom and did a great job. They remodeled the guest house as well, painted the exterior and changed cabinets in our kitchen. We absolutely love the new look . Thanks!

Absolutely amazing. I needed a bathroom remodel in a very small bathroom that needed a shower added. The shower was an odd size. They made the bathroom stunning! All the employees were very professional and working with the representative Jonathan was as pleasant and professional as could be! When I need more work done I would definitely call Sonny Builders.

I didnâ t have experience with remodels before, so I am very thankful on their patience with me, during the project. I contacted several contractors before hiring this company , but ended with them, because they offered the best price and I felt like I will be in good hands. The remodel itself was stress free and completed within the promised time. My kitchen has never looked better and I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

They were easy to work with and removed the old wallpaper my wife didn’t like. They painted our whole kitchen/dining room perfectly. They also changed cabinets and countertop in the kitchen. Will definitely use them again for our next project . Thank you so much!!
