+ -1 moreShawn was responsive on providing me a date and time what worked. He called me to let me know he needed to change the time by one hour. It worked for me. He arrived with all of at the materials needed such as the cable, cable attachments, ladders, and such. Shawn was able to install and protect the cable so that it is hidden behind the roof flashing on most of the cable run. I forgot to ask how much the supplies would add to the service so I was a bit surprised at the total. That was my fault, not Shawn's. He did a good job and I am happy with his service.
Description of Work: I needed an ethernet cable to cross over my roof and run to my front bedroom. The bedroom was not able to receive wifi because of the wall construction and distance from the router.

+ 0 moreShaun really exceeded my expectations. the longer cable run wasn't easy and so I thought that alone would have taken 2 hours. Shaun came up with a good gameplan and took care of that as well as a second cable run for power-over-ethernet IP camera to external of house. He mounted the camera and even helped to set angle correctly as well. Shawn priced it right, was professional, clean, and courteous. I've worked with many commercial telecom companies and cable companies in the past. He's the real deal, and I'm adding him to my contacts list for any future work.
Description of Work: Long cable run and re-retermination with new jack. Second cable run and installation of IP camera I already had.

Description of Work: Shaun was great to work with. Our electrician had installed Cat6 connections in every room of our house while we were doing a whole-house remodel, but they screwed up the wiring (the connections were terminated incorrectly). I found Shaun online (Yelp, I think) and he came out the next day. He corrected all of the badly terminated connections, and gave me some good information on how to connect certain components in my media closet. I plan to use him again to install POE cameras on the exterior of our house.
