They were in and out within an hour. They did a great job. They were right on time. They were professional, they followed up.

I called Pacy on a Sunday night and left a message. He didn't return my phone call, but early the next morning I had an email which had me scheduled for the date and time I wanted. During the week I called him to tell him that I needed him to come earlier and he said no problem. They showed up right at the beginning of the time window he'd estimated and were gone in an hour! The carpet was far cleaner than other companies were able to get them in the past. I will be calling him in about 6 months to clean my carpets and I'd advise you to call him too!

Also had my kitchen & entry tile grout cleaned. It did not come out as good as it should due to a problem with mixing the chemicals. They came back the second time and it still did not do the job. The owner is willing to pay the amt. I spent to another company to get it clean. He is very nice about the whole thing. I have not scheduled that to be done yet but know they will work with me on it as he promised and I trust him.

The process was easy and they took care of moving all the furniture

This service was a mixed bag: The owner and an assistant performed the service, scheduling was easy, and the team arrived on time. From there, it got confusing. I was well aware that the company would not move any heavy furniture like bookcases, etc, and was fine with that. I told him in advance that I didn't expect this, but also that I had had surgery on both arms within the last 6 months, so I wanted to make sure he brought in a 2 man team to move the couch, chairs, dinning room table, and area rugs laid over some of the carpeting.- in other words, the things that should be moved, as I would not be able to help anyone at the time of cleaning, or ahead of time. The first thing I heard before they started was that moving the furniture would cost more - indeed 50.00 more! This was not mentioned on the phone - and I did not ask him to move bookcases or any heavy stationary furniture per our agreement. Also, he decided it would be "easier to leave the area rugs down on the carpet, shampoo them, and then shampoo the carpet surrounding them, rather than take them up and just shampoo all the carpet. Then, he indicated, after it had been done, that it also was better, when the couch was moved, to just vacuum the area that was under it , rather than shampoo it, since it didn't receive any wear. While the latter is true, carpets do get dirty even if the area in question is not in an area that is walked on. I was pretty confused at this point. and I should have asked more questions. After they left, and I thought it through, I could never remember a carpet cleaning compny charging for moving furniture - I usually use Stanley Steemer, a pricey company, but they do a very thorough job, and any add ons, are explained, and the whole carpt gets cleaned well- no accessible areas are skipped. Also, after they left, I realized that the assistant who did the stairs, and upstairs bedroom, did not do a great job, especially on the stairs. Where the carpet meets the wall, on the stairs, there are several inches of dark, dirty carpet. on each step which his tool seemed to miss.completely. Lastly, they cleaned a small inexpensive synthetic area rug, and somehow half of it is lighter in color, and half darker. I ended up paying 95.00 over the cost of the coupon, for "moving furniture", and I'm not sure what else, while it seems large areas of the carpet were not even cleaned. They did shampoo the area rugs on the carpet, and the owner was very couteous and nice to deal with - but afterward I questioned his decisions, as it seemed like they wanted to take several "short cuts". I certainly did not think that I should have been charged more than the cost of the coupon, in the end, and will not use this provider again.

It went very well overall. The price was great for the quality of service performed. Pacy was very nice and professional. They were fast, and efficient in their work. The reason I gave them a B in responsiveness was three-fold: (1) Pacy should have spent more time going through the house with me to check to make sure everything was done right and I wasn't left with any concerns or questions, (2) After Pacy left, I discovered that they forgot to clean the carpet in my walk in closet, and the it looked like a few grout lines were either missed or not cleaned thoroughly enough, and (3) there were many splashes and spots of sealer (intended for the grout only) left on the surface of the tile that were very visible and a little sticky, causing dirt to stick to them and the floor quickly looked pretty disastrous. Pacy told us it was OK to walk on the floor right away and not to wash the floor for another day or two because it would affect the sealer in the grout. That's fine, but Pacy should have explained that we would have to put up with a very bad looking floor for a couple of days. The main reason I had the tile and grout cleaned on the day I did was because an appraiser was scheduled to check out the house the following morning. I had to reschedule that appointment so I had the time clean the surface of each of the many affected tiles by hand (to get the sticky sealer off while avoiding the grout). Overall, I am very happy that my carpet, tile and grout are now clean and I didn't have to break the bank getting it done, but it would have helped me a lot if understood what to expect and how to handle the splashes and spots of sealer left on the tile.

I purchased the Angie's List Big Deal for the whole-house carpet cleaning. They were prompt and professional. My carpets (in the house I rented) look brand new! I will definitely use them again to clean the carpets in my new home.

The service was good overall. They appeared when they were supposed to and seemed to do a good job on assessing what was needed. I had added the couch upholstery onto the original request, and they did a good job. They worked diligently and I would use them again!

After calling them and leaving a message, I received a response within about 15-20 minutes. The gentleman who made the call was very polite and knowledgeable. We were able to make an appointment on the phone, relatively quickly and when they came at the appointed time, were very efficient and quite honest as to whether they could actually clean the carpets which have been in my house over 20 years. they moved furniture out of the way, and cleaned quickly, efficiently, and did offer some "upgrades" like spot cleaning and deeper cleaning which we refused at the time. Even the upholstery which has been in the family for years, and had many kids climbing on it, and food spilled was done and all came out way nicer than it was before. The technicians cleaned up after themselves and were very polite and not pushy at all (a BIG selling point for me). Considering it was old carpeting and old furniture, their price was very reasonable. I would definitely not wait so long before calling them again to do work for me.

They did a very good job overall. The cleaning was done very well, and they were pretty fast. They were running late, but they called beforehand to let me know. The technician who came out, who might’ve been the company owner, was nice and polite.

They were professional and timely. Carpet looks great. While they were here we had them clean some area rugs which they also did an excellent job with.

Pacey and his assistant arrived on time. They moved some lighter furniture out of the way. Heavy pieces were left in place. They cleaned the upstairs bedrooms first and then the living room and the rest of the downstairs. The stairs were the last to be cleaned. After cleaning the living room, they dyed the faded spots. When all the cleaning was completed, the carpet was scotchguarded. We were given paper booties to cover our shoes until the carpet was dry but also to make sure we didn't get the scotchguard on our feet or socks. He didn't accept a charge card, so I wrote him a check for the additional charges. He offered other services but was not pushy. The same day, he sent an invoice via email, because he had run out of the paper ones. All in all, it was a good experience and I would recommend his work to others.

I have been looking for a steam cleaning service ever since I got my new carpet. My old cleaner used dry chemicals which the manufacture says should not be used on my SmartStarnd carpet. So I bought an Angie's list coupon for whole house carpet cleaning that cost $179. My house is approximately 2000 square feet with most areas carpeted. They came on time and did a very impressive job with the cleaning. They really got out all my dirt and pet related stains for no extra charge. The carpets look terrific at the moment. They do charge $15 a room for scotchguard and the living room counts as two rooms. I had them do the living room, steps and hallway. I'll see if that helps any. It's only been a few days so it is hard to say. They gave me an estimate of $325 (without scotchguard) for future cleaning which I think is high. They did say they can give me a 10% discount but I am not sure if that is only for the next time or a permanent discount I used to pay my carpet cleaner $250 and I thought that wasn't the cheapest. If I add on scotchguard each time that would make it very expensive. I would really like to use them again so I will have to see how often the carpets need it. They did do an excellent job - I can't stress that enough. The carpets look really good. If it is only once a year or so it would be worth the extra cost.

There initially was confusion over the date, but Same Day worked it out satisfactorily. We also couldn't take part in the original dates of the Angie's List special ($179 for whole house, under a certain square footage), since we were having other work done on the house at the time. However, we called to see if the offer could be extended (just a couple of days), and Same Day agreed. The carpet wasn't in bad shape, just some dirty areas from traffic patterns. Same Day did a fine job. We're satisfied customers.

Prompt, courteous, fast and professional! They did a great job despite my carpets being terrible. He even helped me move the couches so that he could do under them (which has never been cleaned!). The carpets look great and it only took him about 2 hours for him to do the job!! Will definitely use them again!

Everything went well. There were a few issues, but they were on time, friendly, and did a good job.

They did a very good job. Turns out that our heater thermostat was old and broken, so when they tested the heater, it broke. They sent somebody out to fix the thermostat; we were just charged for the parts, and it wasn’t even their fault!

Overall, the experience was good. They were responsive and available to do the work quickly. They actually did the work on a Saturday. The service went really well, and the technician explained to me some areas for air filtration to look for the furnace system. The job was done quickly, too.
