I was extremely satisfied with the results. They spent several hours polishing the marble to meet my needs. The result were spectacular.

It went fine except they wanted to charge us a lot more to move a bed. There was no other furniture in the room so we told them just to clean around the bed. It seemed to be a lot of money for two bedrooms and a walk in closet with hardly any furniture in.

Pacey and his team were cooperative and punctual. They did their best to get all stains out of a very dirty carpet. Family room carpeting is newer than that in the rest of the house and, as a result came out much better. The older carpeting had some issues that may have been related to its age. Pacey sent his team back twice at no charge to correct the problem and was willing to call in a carpet inspector if necessary. Bottom line is that he stood behind his satisfaction guaranteed claim and, because of this, I would call him again when needed.

Everything went very well. No hassles. No upsell. Nice cleaning.

Pacy was very professional. He came out to give me an estimate. Since we have aggregate floors in the house, he talked to someone on the phone who cleans these floors for a living. He researched how to clean the floors before coming out. When he and his crew came out, they were very nice and worked diligently to get our floors clean. There wasn't enough water extracted from the aggregate and I wanted a few carpet spots to be cleaned again. Pacy once again came out w/ his crew and cleaned the floor all over again, left more fans with us and called to make sure everything was right. I highly recommend him and this carpet and tile cleaning business.

Same Day Carpet Cleaning was wonderful to work with. The scheduling went smoothly. They clearly explained how I should prepare for the service. The technicians did a beautiful job cleaning the carpet and a chair. The spots are gone; the dust and allergens are removed. The place is SO much better for my sniffly grandson. The Scotchguard treatment on the carpet is so needed with an active toddler who considers eating a mobile activity. I highly recommend them.

Jason, the foreman of the two person crew, was polite, observant, and addressed the questions I had about the process directly and clearly. A whole house carpet cleaning is pretty disruptive, but Jason and Sam got the job done efficiently. The results are excellent. The carpet looks as clean as the day we bought the house nine years ago. I recommend spending the extra $50 flat rate cost (at the time of this review) to have the fan dryers used. Otherwise the drying time would be twelve hours or more. With the fans, we were able to walk in the carpet using the supplied shoe covers within a couple of hours for part of the house, and within four hours for the entire house. Overall, this was a much better experience than I had expected.
