Same Day Restoration & Cleaning operates a team of Certified, & insured staff on call for you with truck mount carpet cleaning equipment – the ultimate carpet steam cleaning tool at our disposal. We also use high powered portable machines so that we can clean carpet, upholstery, tile/grout & natural stone floors in high rise buildings. Our technicians clean small private homes as well as large offices in The City and County of San Diego. All the cleaning products our company uses during the cleaning process are non-toxic and do not pose a risk to your health. We do carry a line of Green Seal Certified cleaning products if requested we can use them at no additional charge. Our home and business owners know that at SDCC we do not take our 100% satisfaction guarantee lightly and we pull out all the stops when providing services to our clients.

Description of Work: Owner was punctual, polite, and accomodating. Quality of work was poor , especially that done by his assistant, who never did get my stairs well cleaned, and areas of the carpet he cleaned remained dirty about 6 inches out from the baseboards. Also added an extra fee for "moving furniture" - nothing complicated, but just moving small dining table & chairs, and sofa and chairs in living room to clean rug under them.Rugs did not seem to stay clean for very long either, and I am not h****** my carpets..would not use this service again. This is the second report I have filed for you on this company - I did one at the time of the service....

I was very pleased with this company. I was able to schedule an appointment that met my schedule. Pacy and Andy showed up on time and were very professional. Light furniture was moved and the spots in the light carpet came out. Previously I had used Stanley Steamer, this company was a better value with the same, or better results. I will use them again, and suggest them to my friends and neighbors.
