It was not too good. They came and looked at it. We had an oven microwave situation that was broken together. The guy said that it would probably cost $200 or $300 to fix the microwave. The turntable didn't work. He fixed the turntable. It could be the control board instead of the turntable. If that was the case, then it would be like $400 or $500. He took it apart and he decided that he could not get the turntable to work. In the process of putting it back together, now my oven doesn't work. I'm not sure if he was well-qualified. My husband just thinks that he messed it up. He said that the whole thing has to be replaced and he was telling us that it was going to be $2500 to replace the whole entire thing. We were not sure that we wanted him to do it because what if he did something wrong. The oven was working fine until he took it apart. That was a lot of money and we were kind of really disappointed. He didn't charge me anything for that day. He was nice about it. He's been looking for one that will fit the situation. They were great about getting back to me. They were great about being here on time. I'm doubting their level of knowledge about it maybe or their expertise. The stove doesn't work now. It was outrageous for him to try to sell me these things for that much money. I feel like at least when they left, I should have my oven intact. I would probably not use them. I felt bad but it didn't turn out well.

Technician came to our home and inspected our stove for a possible gas leak. Stove is a Thermador Professional (13 years old). He took down the model number and required parts for the repair. Unfortunately, the parts required are no longer available (note to other buyers of Thermador products). Premier Appliance Repair notified us of this problem and refunded our voucher.

I work a lot and wasn't able to be home for the repair so I gave the lady in the office Vicki specific instructions to contact my granddaughter and how to handle the process and she followed my instructions to the letter. The next day they sent a gentleman Daniel out to look at the fridge and make sure he had the right parts needed to repair it. Then the following day he returned to complete the job and they called to let me know that no one was home to let him in and at this point I had such faith in the company I told them how to get in through my garage and they were able to complete the job perfectly. I will use them again if any other of my appliances every works and I couldn't be happier with the job they did.

Daniel is very professional and a very nice person. It was a delight having him in my home. I always received a call from the office telling me he was on his way and he always got here at the planned time anyway. Amazing that Daniel could fix the problem that other providers could not.

My initial request was for the ice maker to be replaced. Upon making the appointment I also asked about having the refrigerator/freezer maintenance, my washer, dryer and stove maintenance done at the same time. Well David came out and after inspecting the ice maker said it needed to be replace ($240) and for maintenance on the washer and dryer $40 each. He said he would inspect the stove for free since we were having three other appliance maintenances done at the same time. A few days later he returned to replace the ice maker. Just for laughs and giggles I went on line and priced them at $85 and it takes a whole of three minutes to install. With the maintenance on the refrigerator/freezer I thought okay $240 is not bad, a little hight but not bad. I expected thought that a maintenance would be done on the appliances. Boy was I mislead on what they consider maintenance. Yes he vacuumed the dryer lint line from outside, but did not clean out or vacuum the dryer lint area where the lint screen goes (Yes, I empty it every time I use it but some lint falls below the lint screen and needs to vacuumed out). He emptied the water out of the washer drain pump, but there could not have been much water in there since I had only just done that a few weeks before. He did not clean or vacuum the vents behind the washer and dryer, he did not do the maintenance on the refrigerator and if turning on the stove and looking in the oven is called doing maintenance than I guess I qualify as being an appliance maintenance person. He did no more maintenance on my appliances than I do on a normal basis. I don't want to get into a screaming match but just to clarify, I purchased the $100 for $65 deal just two days before your technician came out. When I made my appointment I specified that I wanted MAINTENANCE on ALL appliances. I told the person I talked to on the phone that the washer an dryer were stacked but they were in fact two separate units. If you offer several OPTIONS for maintenance then YOU should make that clear and discuss the OPTION AND PRICING with customers. We were told that because we found you on Angie's List that the cost would be $40 each for the washer and dryer and since we were having maintenance on 4 appliance done at the same time, that the stove would be FREE. I blame the office for their inadequate knowledge of the business. And NO I did not request that he vacuum under my stove, I do that myself on a regular basis. But in order to do the maintenance, which he didn't do on my refrigerator, he would have had to get down on the floor and remove the front toe kick on the refrigerator to check the the drip pans. You stated in your comment that he "COULD HAVE COME UP WITH MANY THINGS THAT WERE "WRONG" WITH MY OVEN". So now you are saying that he could of mislead us in believing there was something wrong when there wasn't. I will leave that last sentence to the imagination of the reader. I suggest the office be trained on how to handle customer requests, ask specific questions to understand what the customer is actually looking for in the service/repair/maintenance request and be able to provide approximate pricing to the customer. No I do not want a refund, apparently you need the money more than I do.

In a nutshell, I was impressed with this company and their people. They really care about customer satisfaction from your first telephone call, to delivery & installation, to follow-up. They even called me back within two days to make another appointment to install the additional screws that the manufacturer had left out of the box. They came right back and handled this small detail immediately. Premier Appliance and their employees are professional, reliable, knowledgeable of their products, versatile, competitive in price, and very honest. In mid-August, we needed a replacement refrigerator FAST. I shopped online and was having trouble getting any of the huge major appliance stores to deliver the same or next day. Getting desperate I scanned Craigslist and quickly found a "Premier Appliance" ad with photos and descriptions. Daniel answered the phone. He helped me shop over the phone going through their inventory of refrigerators in the size/color/features I needed. It was already afternoon and I didn't want to waste time driving up there to see the refrigerator, so, Daniel took several pictures of it and emailed them right to me. I approved it over the phone. Within two hours Daniel and a co-worker had our gleaming new 25 cu.ft. Samsung French-door refrigerator waiting out front. Daniel professionally requested that we inspect it in person before delivering it. Nice touch. We loved it. They brought it in, unpacked it, set it up (including the water line in back), made sure everything was working properly, gave us a quick lesson on how to use it, cleared away the mess, I paid them by credit card on the spot, and they left with our old refrigerator. Everything we could have asked for. It has been a couple of weeks now and I can report that we definitely made the right choice in refrigerators and, importantly, from whom we made this purchase. We highly recommend Premier Appliance.

Daniel was very responsive and eager to do a good job. I could not be more pleased with the this company. They did a fantastic job.

The parts had to be ordered so he had to come back a second time for the install, but they got the parts quickly within a couple days and he was on time or even early for both appts., very personable and took the time to really talk through the issues with me.

I noticed the drinks in our garage refrigerator were not as cold as they should be and mentioned it to my husband who uses that frig all the time. Need I say more. A week later I got something out of there and it was "dead warm". I checked the freezer and everything was defrosted, aka "ruined"! I contacted American Home Shield because my husband had signed us up for a policy a year prior and they had no record of us, yet, they have been sending us information to my husband by his first, middle and last name. So basically when we needed them, they didn't know who we were and even if they did "know us", they couldn't have gotten anyone out to us until Monday or Tuesday. Mind you, it was Friday! Enter my brain, Angie's List, Priemier Appliance Repair, Vicki on the phone and ultimately Daniel. I made my purchase and then called Vicki. She told me the transaction hadn't come through yet, but went ahead and made the appointment for that SAME DAY! I was elated even though my freezer food was defrosted. I don't know how many days it had been that way, but the formerly frozen turkey was warm. Daniel came that same day at 1pm and fixed my frig and we've been "cool" ever since! Premier did a wonderful, very timely job, and at least it was trash day (regarding the food we had to throw out). I give them my highest recommendation and if I ever need any type of appliance repair in the future, they will be my first call! Thank you!

Once I noticed the foam coming out of the machine, I called my sister and asked who I should call. My previous repairman had been a bit of a let-down and I wanted to use somebody else. She told me about PASD and I called. A friendly man took my details, listened to a description of the problem, and made an appointment for repairs.. He said they were very busy but he was going to try to have it looked at next day at 2. The repairman came at 4 but I'm still impressed he made it on such short notice. The repairs didn't take very long and he thankfully had all the parts he needed. I guess he stocked up before coming to my house... I wasn't shocked at the bill, I mean, an old machine which however still performs well, is worth spending a little on... Would definitely recommend them!

It turned out great. They charged me extra.

Daniel arrived promptly and diagnosed that the bad odor in our dryer was due to a vent problem. He cleaned everything out and gave the dryer a diagnostic check. He said the odor would go away, and it did. He also said we take good care of our dryer, so it's in good shape. He was very polite and personable, and was able to make the appointment very quickly when called. He is very thorough. Vickie took the call and was very helpful and very polite, as well. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

The whole process was great! Called me first thing this a.m. to schedule appt. Daniel was here when he said he would be; is very professional and friendly, and did a thorough check of frig. Am very happy with Premier and Daniel! Also same day service was a big relief for me. :)

As soon as the dishwasher was available Felix came and removed the old one and installed the new one. Vicky, in the office, let me know that Felix would arrive between 2:00 and 4:00 and he arrived right at 2:00. Felix was very neat and tidied up after himself, completed the job within an hour or so and was very polite and pleasant to deal with.

Since there was no "service" to be done, I requested refund for the deposit I made towards the fixing of the appliance and the company agreed in reimburse me in full. It was very pleasant to speak to all representatives of this company, from the technician to the owner...I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and I will call them whenever I need any repair on my appliances...

I highly recommend Premier Appliance Repair. They were professional and courteous from beginning to end, and fixed the leak! Daniel responded to the call and was very respectful of my home and protected my floors (without me even asking). They were able to accommodate me the same day which was sincerely appreciated, but I would wait for an appointment with them, if necessary, in the future. The office even called after the repair to check in on how the service went! I give Premier Appliance Repair my highest rating and recommend their service without reservation!

He came out and checked the ice maker and suggested that I leave the Refridgerator turned off for 24 hours to allow all the ice to melt. This seemed to help but then the dispenser wouldn't work. He replaced the motor and it worked for a very short time and quit working. He had to come back out and replace the motor again. Now everything is working fine. I was very impressed with the way everything was handled and they were very professional and worked with my time constraints.

When I called Premier Appliance Repair, I was told they could come the same day between 3:00 and 5:00. The cost was clearly explained. At 3:15, the technician arrived. He was friendly and professional. Although he was not able to fix the problem today, we feel confident he will get it taken care of. This was my first time using Angie's list. I was afraid that I would not be happy with an unfamiliar company, but my fears were unwarranted. I will be using Angie's list and Premier Appliance Repair again. Daniel arrived Saturday morning (no extra charge for weekend) and quickly fixed the dishwasher door. While I realize that this repair does not seem like much, to my 96 year old mother, it was a big deal. Daniel was understanding of that fact, and completed the job as quickly as possible. I am so glad to have an appliance repairman I can trust and who is reasonable in his cost. I will definitely call Premier when we have any appliance repairs.

I have a GE Monogram built in refigerator with a freezer drawer. The interior base of the freezer floor was covered with water that had frozen. Wasn't sure if it was coming from the ice-maker that I turn on and off to make ice. Daniel was the technician that came to my house. He was profession, polite and on time. After discussing the issues he was able to determine it wasn't the ice machine, but the freezer was not defrosting. So the water or condensation was pooling on the floor of the freezer and freezing. The only part that needed replaceing was the Control Board. But he completely dismantled the freezer and pulled off the back walls to steam clean all the ice and frost. He discovered the drain pipe was clogged and cleaned that out. He made sure the thermosatat and fan were working correctly too. During this 2 hour process, he made sure that he protected my wood floors with tarps he had brought. He explain and showed me every step he was doing. No hidden services or parts. He later called me the next day to see how everything was working. The receptionist Vickie also called me to see how the freezer was working. I had used another appliance service about 8 months ago and the difference between the two is night and day. I would highly recommend Premier Appliance and Daniel to anyone and will use them again.

Premier Appliance sent Daniel to fix our failing kitchen refrigerator. After setting a Saturday appointment (no extra charges for a Saturday) Daniel called before he arrived, and knocked on our door at the appointed time. He diagnosed the problem quickly and but had to pick up the parts from a location 30 miles away. Later in the day he returned and installed the appropriate part. We discovered that evening that the refrigerator was still not working and began thinking the we would surly need to buy a new refrigerator. Daniel called to check on the refrigerator and assured us he would return Monday morning which he did with the parts he needed. He discovered that the original failure caused two other parts to fail, but he had the appropriate parts, installed them quickly and left us with smiles on our face. Daniel is a very pleasant and competent man - AND he saved us from having to buy a new refrigerator. Thanks again Daniel! If ever we need an appliance repair we will ask for you.

EXCELLENT !! Would rate A++, if possible. They arrived at the start of their two hour window. They had the part needed to fix the door latch on the washing machine (I had given them the model number when I made the appointment). The washer was fixed in about 15 minutes. They started and stopped the washer several times, opening and closing the door each time. They checked out the dishwasher, which was immediately draining every drop of water through the bottom onto the floor, even when off. I had told them I thought the damage was due to a rat that had recently been seen in the house and had requested knaw-proof drain tubing. They told me no such thing existed. They said they had seen the problem many times before and that the only solution was to get rid of the rats. They even opened a new dishwasher box that they had in the truck to show me all the plastic exterior tubing that rats could chew through. They only charged us for the washing machine and gave us a $35.00 Angie's List discount and also a 10% senior citizens discount. They said that they would be happy to come back and fix the dishwasher when we got rid of the rats. They were very professional and I will call them for any future appliance repair needs.

I called to Premier Appliance San Diego, the guy came very quickly, replaced some part and set up the electronics. Prior I called to other companies, after my description the problem I was offered to buy a new washing machine because the repair price was to high. It was nonsense! Because it was fixed fast and cheap! Now it works like a new. Thank Masters for good job.

Came on 11/4 to check out the appliance. Had to return the next day as the tech (Daniel) did not have the part on hand. True to his word, he returned the next day with the item, fixed the switch and tested the machine was functioning properly. The company did a follow up call to check if the dishwasher was still operating properly after a week. Tech was very courteous and professional. I would use them again for all my appliance repair needs.
