Daniel came out for an investigation on a dripping water dispenser in the door on my Dacor fridge. They charged $85 and said that they don't think they can get the part, would have to substitute another part and it would be $750 if they can even get the part. Then said we should just buy a new fridge for $10K. When we never heard back we called Dacor directly, they stated the parts are available and suggested some possible easy fixes. Would not trust these folks, they don't seem interested in fixing issues just using it as a way to up sell you to an entire new appliance.

I started out with excellent purchase and installation service on a new SMEG dishwasher from Premier Appliance BUT they sold me a broken unit and won't replace it. This unit was clearly an out-of-box failure! I now have to wait up to 8 weeks to get a replacement part. If Premier Appliance believed in customer service, they would give me a new dishwasher. Buyer Beware!

Our dryer wasn't producing heat. The repairman said the igniter was bad, and could not be repaired, and could only be replaced by replacing the motor, a $600 part. A search on the internet revealed that the igniter can be replaced, and costs only $30. The internet also revealed that if the dryer is set "in between options", it can fail to heat. That turned out to be our problem too. It's kind of shocking that our repairman didn't check how the machine was set. Now the dryer works fine.

I called for an estimate on repair. I got an appointment in 2 days. I talked to the technician over the phone when he showed up. He said he will send me an estimate the next day. I paid him the money. It has been over 2 weeks I have not heard from anybody. I have called them 2 weeks ago and nobody returned my call after I left 2 messages. I have also sent an email and no response. Bad experience. They took the money and so far provided me nothing.

Repair guy came out show me a book and I picked out a dishwasher for very reasonable price I thought and the next day in the morning I get a call from the arm saying that that one was already sold and he had no others except more expensive ones I call that bait and switch and I told him that never to hear from him again and I don't care to hear from him again

Could not repair dishwasher. Purchased new one including delivery, installation and removal of old one.

Good luck getting them on the phone... After trying multiple numbers and hearing that nobody could "get to the phone" (during their regular business hours) I just called somebody else. That sort of customer response I just don't need.

Never was contacted to evaluate the situation.

I had used this company for a repair in the past and was satisfied. On this job, the company responded quickly to my call and came out to do the repair. Had to wait for parts over the weekend once the problem was diagnosed. No issues with work done. The problem was that the tech charged me $650 for a part I found online and in a local supply store for $200. I will not use this company again.

I called a few places and they were the only ones that could visit the same day. Arman arrived on the earlier side of the time window they provided and called 20 minutes before arriving. I really appreciated the punctuality and clear communication. Once he arrived, I told him what happened, and he immediately diagnosed the issue, told me the cost, and assessed the options. Thankfully, he had the exact parts required to fix my machine! Not only did he fix my dryer, he thoroughly cleaned the inside portion that you can't get to unless you remove the top and front panels. He was done within an hour of arriving at my house, and we've had no issues since his visit. In addition to this, there's a 3 month warranty on the work completed. I would absolutely hire this company again if I ever have any big appliance issues in the future (knock on wood).

Problem fixed- faulty thermostat. I thought this service call was very expensive. Person at the house working for about 1/2 hour.

The two repairmen were helpful and professional. One part had to be ordered and they called sooner than I expected to come back and finish the repair.

We had an estimate and agreed to get the repair. When the part came in, the new part was installed quickly and efficiently by Armand. We will work with them again when needed.

He ordered parts and fixed items in a timely fashion.

Needed an evaporator fan motor. Part had to be ordered. Took about a week for part to arrive but then they came out right away and installed it. Now refrigerator cools properly. Happy with the work done. Would hire again.

Two very professional service reps went through all the testing and determined the correct solution path. Very meticulous and courteous.

I was pleased with their service. I will recommend and use them, again.

Felix took it apart. The damper for the convection was making the noise. I don't use it as a convection anyway. He disconnected the damper and put everything back and reinstalled. I think he was very honest and wanted to save me money by trying it before replacing the whole board.

Vlad did a great job on our built-in microwave. I'm sure many would have suggested replacing the unit but this one matched everything else. He was prompt and professional.
