Premier Appliance sent someone ASAP. He opened the bottom of the dishwasher, turned it on and it worked! The young man was very courteous and polite. The lady scheduler was very helpful and eager to help. I would hire them again.

It went fine. We paid for the gasket and the service call was paid for. It took two men so we paid for the second person. It's working great and they were very efficient.

The Premier contact person called me right away and we set up an appointment for the next day. The repairman showed up on time and was very easy to deal with. We have a refrigerator in a very odd place so to get behind it he had to climb over a cabinet, but he did what he had to do and figured out what was going on and was out the door in an hour.

Premier Appliance found a leak under our dishwasher due to a broken drain pump. The soap dispenser hadn't worked since we moved into the condo. The cost of repair the unit compared to the cost of replacement was a deciding factor in purchasing a new unit from Premier Appliance. Their price beat the local stores and online prices for the same exact unit. The total installed price including the original repair service call was very good.

The deal was I would get a Bosch 800 within 2 weeks and the Angie's coupon would go towards the installation. As an Angie's list customer I was promised priority follow-up. When I stopped talking with Daniel and started dealing with their booking person, the experience got pretty unsatisfactory. I had to call to follow up. The first missed appointment I has to find out by myself, as nobody warned me it was cancelled. I called again and the explanation was that it was too late to call me when they found out they could not make it. The second appointment was fixed for the next day, and was cancelled 2 hours in advance when they verified their shipment and realized they did not have what we agreed on, and instead I was offered an inferior model for almost the same price. At that point they told me they could not guarantee when the right model would arrived and I said I would hang on a few more days. Today, after 5 days with no update I called again and the secretary, a bit distressed, told me she thought I talked to Daniel -obviously they do not talk between themselves- and that she had no idea when the promised model would come in. I therefore decided to ask for a refund, a request that wasn't entirely acceptable to them. I will call Angie's list directly to see if I can have a refund for this or not. All in all I get the sense that they are a bit disorganized and not the type of service I am looking for. Disappointed because I chose them based on good reviews and proximity to my house. It might have been a string of bad luck, but I can't see any reason to not follow up properly with customers waiting to be updated.

My Kitchenaid microwave door was stuck closed and would not open. This is a very common problem with this model where the flimsy plastic door opener inside the microwave breaks and you can no longer operate the door. I would normally repair this type of problem myself, but the microwave has temper-proof hex screws so that you can not open the case without the special tool. Tech came and identified the problem pretty quick and improvised a fix using a metal screw without ordering any parts. This is probably better than original part. My only concern was that when I made an appointment with the Premier Appliances, they told me that service call would be $40 whether they fix the problem or not, which I was okay with but after the fix, tech told me the bill will be $159.99. I told them that I was Angies list member and he told me that $35 discount was already in the final bill. I think $194.99 is not outrageous, but I think I should have been told about the how they charge about $200/hour rate so I could make a better choice in whom I call to repair.

I will never go to anyone else other than Dan and premier appliance for problems with my refrigerator, washer or dryer or any appliance. Dan looked at my 15 yr old sub zero fridge and gave me honest and technical advice. He couldn't finish the repair, but spent about an hour trying. In the end, he refused to accept payment. I would have gladly paid for the sound advice. Just a very rare blend of honest, hardworking, and competency that you normally don't see in today's world. Thanks Dan!

He evaluated and diagnosed the problem right away. Then the technician contacted me via phone to obtain my approval to complete the repair. He replaced and tested a defective start relay. Vicki from the office contacted me after the job was completed, and I gave her my pertinent information for payment. This was one of the quickest, smoothest, most convenient repair service calls (on a Saturday too) that I have ever experienced. Thank you Premier Appliance! I will definitely call on them again when necessary.

Dryer stopped working. This came out same day and assessed a bad heater element, which for my case basically meant a new dryer. They gave me an exceptional, and I do mean exceptional, deal on a brand new LG dryer to replace the old one. They went and got it from the warehouse and installed it the same night. They were also able to take away old dryer and they did not charge me for the removal. Swept up, and put carpet back in their places when they were done

Very well. The repairman arrived 30 min earlier than planned and had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 1 hour. Really impressed that he didnt have to unstack the dryer to get it disassemble.

OMG, Premier Appliance Repair is the only company to consider for fixing your appliances! I will never, ever again call any other appliance repair company. I used an Angie's List Deal for a large appliance repair. I noticed there was insufficient water flow to the refrigerator ice maker. I assumed the problem was the refrigerator water valve. Premier Appliance Repair technician, Daniel arrived on time and examined all aspects of the problem. Daniel concluded the problem was not the refrigerator but was clogged filters on my home water system. So following Daniel's advice I scheduled Culligan for a service call. Wah lah, clean filters restored water flow to the refrigerator! Three weeks later the ice maker stopped working. I didn't hesitate for a second to call Daniel and Premier Appliance Repair. Daniel re-examined the situation and concluded this time it was the water valve which had ceased working. Daniel quickly replaced the valve and returned the refrigerator to operating as good as new! Daniel and Premier Appliance Repair remind me of good attributes from the Boy Scout law: - Trustworthy, Loyal and Helpful. Daniel visited my home twice regarding repairs to a refrigerator. Each time he accurately diagnosed the problem and gave me a solid plan for repair. Daniel was able to put technical details in terms I could understand. Never was there an attempt to oversell. - Friendly, Courteous and Kind. Daniel is extremely polite. His kind demeanor put me, the homeowner, at ease. - Thrifty. I cannot over state my elation at finding a company, Premier Appliance Repair, that provides honest charging for repair services. In past years I've been overcharged (gouged!) by many other appliance repair companies (A&E Factory Service, Mastertech, etc.). It got to the point where I dreaded having to call for appliance repairs... it was like dealing with a used car salesman. Daniel and Premier Appliance Repair are extremely fair on invoicing! It's funny how much this discovery has put me at ease. Now I'm not worried about my appliances breaking down! Now I know who to call - Daniel and Premier Appliance Repair.

He repaired the dryer, cleaned up the area, and gave very good preventative advice.

He worked on dishwasher and gave me very good advice. He explained what was wrong and told me what he was going to do. There was too much pressure on pump and cleaned pump of debris. There was paper on pump and he explained how to avoid that in the future. He was thorough, informative, and enjoys his trade. My dishwasher is working great. The price was very fair. He took apart the dishwasher and was very transparent on the work he was doing. I would use him again when I have another repair.

As usual, Daniel was exactly on time and gave me good advice. Although we chose to purchase a new dishwasher and no repair was done, Daniel made good suggestions as to what to look for in purchasing a new one. I so appreciate having someone who is honest, professional and always on time and who has the work ethic to look out for us customers rather than just try and make another sale. Thank you Daniel! Great prices on out of box appliances from Lowe's. We got a great deal on a bosch dishwasher.

Daniel taught me a lot about refrigeration parts and best practices for keeping the fridge running well. Daniel also checked my gas dryer for no fee because it was giving me a few problems. Will definitely be calling Daniel for any appliance problems!

Daniel shown up on time. He knew the problem right away and recommended replacement of two parts which cost nearly $400. He visited a few days later and fixed the ignition problem with new parts. He didn't charge extra labor besides the deal price.

Repair would have taken a new ice maker. I did not want to spend almost $300. for the replacement. Provider was polite, and professional.

I'm pleased with the repair but nothing else. I purchased a Big Deal through Angie's List that states $83.00 for a repair of one large appliance (labor only, up to one hour), any parts required for repair will be an additional cost. The technician installed a new dryer belt which I was fine with. After the work was done I was handed a bill for $97, which is $180 total cost minus the $83 Deal price. I was a bit confused where the additional $97 came from because the company never clarified what the cost of the belt was. The actual bill simply said $180 - $83, nothing was itemized. When I talked with the company a couple days later they indicated the extra $97 was for cleaning and oiling my dryer, no mention of dryer belt cost. I also assumed and cleaning or oiling would just be part of an appliance repair. Regardless, I never agreed to pay additional money for cleaning or oiling. At this time I would like to know the cost of the dryer belt and be refunded any monies between the $97 and the dryer belt cost. It should be noted that I've been very frustrated with the communication from this company up to this point.

I called the office at 7:30ish and Daniel was at the front door before 9am. He diagnosed, and showed me what the problem was at that time. Since he had squeezed me in on his way to another call, he told me he would be back later for the repair. Daniel complete the repair promptly upon his return and COMPLETELY cleaned up the mess. I didn't have to remove one thing from the refrigerator. I bought a new dishwasher on sale for Black Friday; I will be calling Premier Appliance and Daniel to do the installation. My only complaint - having nothing to do with the service was - the Angie's List BIG DEAL said $79 towards large appliance repair, a value up to $250. It actually saved me $21 towards an hour of labor. I have no idea what the "up to a value of $250" meant.
