They did a good job. I was just thinking about hiring them again. The guy knew what he was doing and got it done quickly. There was an extra charge for the ice maker part. I was really happy with it.

Took two visits. First visit to take apart the stove/oven and determine which parts needed to be replaced. Isolated the electrical problem and put together the stove/oven so that it was operable while researching the parts needed ($40). Ordered oven light switch (easy) but unable to buy wiring harness. Second visit installed oven light switch and fabricated the wiring harness on his own then put everything back together ($200). Works like new!

Price - I will rate an “A” because we’ve had them on a couple of different things and like this time they knocked $35 bucks off of their regularly hourly fee; and because they worked on the old dryer too before it died.

The job went very smoothly. The repair technician had the needed parts on hand.

Repairman Made "diagnosis" of broken belt without even opening the dryer. Then, when he opened it, he was surprised that he was wrong and immediately changed to "broken motor" without looking st the motor or further duagnistics. Quoted me $475 for new motor and repair. All within 7 minutes of actual work. I paid him $39 for house call and told him I don't need his service. Did internet search myself, watched the videos online, disassembled dryer myself, bought a brand new motor online for $125 and put it in. 1 hour of work. Those guys are crooks!!!! Stay away

I called early in the morning because I needed to get my dishwasher fixed before I left for vacation that day. I was given a two hour window in the early afternoon which I took but I said earlier would be great. Felix called me two hours earlier to see if he could come right then which was so helpful. He did a great job of walking me through the repair, explaining the costs and then getting it done quickly and efficiently. He cleaned everything up, even the gunk from outside that was washed out of a hose. I was very happy with everything!

Although I was told the dryer they brought was new, there were several suspicious indications that it was not. The price was several hundred dollars lower than any other store. They said it didn't come with a printed users manual and had no paperwork for it although there was an empty plastic sleeve on the front of the dryer (which would not peel off but was stuck like glue). After they installed it, there was a rattling noise that they tried to tell me was normal but when I insisted it was not, they spent about 20 minutes trying (unsuccessfully) to find the problem. I refused the machine so they uninstalled it and took it back. Although they had initially told me they had 3 ventless dryers in stock plus another conventional compact dryer all of which would fit my laundry closet, after this episode they said they had none and "never know when we'll get more; it could be a day or a month". They were respectful and did not charge me anything.

Oscar provided me excellent service: quick and efficient, and especially reassuring that it would probably only need a cleaning, which it did.

Made a call to 2 other places, but they couldn't get to me for 3-4 days. Premier was able to schedule a next day appointment. That was awesome! Daniel came, diagnosed problem and said if he could get parts, he would install the next day. He was clear that he might not be able to find the part, since the fridge was older. He found them, called to let me know and installed the next day. Price was fair. Although, it is probably an exhausting job, Daniel was nice (although not chatty). So, for me it was good. He didn't try to sell me a new fridge, although they are clear on the phone that they do offer that service. I appreciate that he was willing to fix, since cost was an issue for me. He was also thorough, doing everything he said he would do at the time he said.

He worked me in late on a Saturday & came to my house. He had to move both the washer & the dryer & cleaned the entire area with rags & paper towels. He was very thorough. Put both the appliances back & returned the area to a workable place. He discussed that it was better to buy a new machine than to repair shock absorbers that had caused the machine to shake.

Felix came on the same day I requested service. He analyzed the problem and had the replacement part in his truck. The total effort took about an hour.

The repairman did everything he could think of to get it to leak. Unfortunately it would not. They recommended that I call again when it is leaking and they would try to get a repairman out asap.

The freezer door had been left open and there was an ice build up. He told me to leave it open to reset it ant that if it's the compressor you might as well get a new refrigeration. He said it'd be $100. I asked what the charges were for and the price was changed. I mentioned that I had bought a new stove and that became a sales pitch. The issue wasn't resolved from his visit.

Daniel removed item from dryer lint trap but left dryer wobbly; it was level before he touched it. He said there was nothing wrong with the dishwasher, denied the door made scraping noises, and didn't believe me when I said plastic parts fell off onto kitchen floor months prior. He said there was no way to adjust the refrigerator door hinges, which I don't believe. I used a $35 coupon from Angie's List and paid him $60. He grumbled that he couldn't check/repair so many appliances for the price he charged. I didn't post a review on Angie's List at the time of service, but Angie's List asked me several times to rate this company--so here it is.

The repair professional from Premiere Appliance arrived as scheduled and based on his diagnostic made the same determination of the problem as I found on YouTube (faulty magnetron). The technician was presented with the Angie's List coupon for this business as found in my monthly magazine (for the San Diego area). The coupon provided for a FREE service call with repair and $35.00 off any repair. The technician ordered the required parts and was back two days later to provide the repair. The microwave is up and running good as new. My only real complaint is that the coupon is relatively useless when the parts prices are inflated nearly 100%. I can understand a 20-25% bump, but really, doubling the price? Anyway, the microwave is once again functional and, were it not for the highly inflated parts prices, I would likely have graded an A. This company provides good service, however, it does come at a premium (or should I say "Premiere") price!

My 12-year old Frigidaire clothes washer unexpectedly stopped working. Following my own advice there was only one company to call, Premier Appliance Repair! The phone receptionist took my information and said she would contact Daniel to schedule a service call. Within 30-minutes my phone rang and the receptionist said if I was available that Daniel could be by 4pm that same afternoon. YES I was available! Anyone reading this review knows how inconvenient it is when you cannot do laundry at home. Daniel arrived as scheduled and I was happy to see him. Based upon prior experience I have total confidence in Daniel's professionalism and honesty. Daniel quickly diagnosed that the circuit panel (basically the internal computer) which operates the washer had failed. Daniel said at this point I should really consider replacement vice repair. The circuit panel alone costs over $300 (not surprising as manufacturers make their profit on repair parts) and then there would be labor. Daniel pointed out that both my washer and dryer were 12-years old and facing other failures. Why spend perhaps $400 on repair when Daniel could install new appliances for just over $600 each, or around $1300 total. That includes washer and dry both on matching pedestals, testing of new machine operation and removal of old appliances. It's funny, I should have just said, "Let's do it". Despite being the obvious course of action I said I wanted to check with my wife and think overnight. Daniel was courteous as always and said to simply call when I had made a decision. So the next morning I was ready to proceed and called the Premier Appliance phone receptionist. I was hoping to wrap this up within a few days so I could resume doing laundry. The receptionist checked with Daniel and again returned my call in less than 30 minutes. She said if I was available that Daniel could be at my house 5pm that evening to install the new appliances. YES, same day service!! Daniel and his assistant arrived on time and efficiently removed old appliances, installed new appliances with supply lines and successfully tested operation. Wah lah, I was back in laundry operation with new appliances the same day I had placed call! Daniel and Premier Appliance Repair are my trusted one-source for appliance repair and replacement!

Very, very well. Daniel was very responsive to my initial call and subsequent calls and questions. They came out to check on the washer the day that I called. The technician (lovely young man!) spent quite a bit of time figuring out why the washer was leaking (it was difficult to get the front panel off because the screws were rusted). In the end, he gave a quote for repair and we figured that the repair cost versus purchasing a new machine suggested that the repair wasn't worth it. Our fee was simply the standard fee for diagnosing the problem. There was ABSOLUTELY no encouragement to purchase a washer from this company, but because the quality of the service was so good and the reviews on every website reflected high satisfaction (and rightfully so!), we went ahead and looked at the machines that they had available. The costs were far below what could be purchased from retail stores, even when sale prices were available. Daniel and his technician installed the new machine promptly and efficiently. I honestly can't say enough positive things about the genuineness and professionalism of this company. They don't need additional praise or stars, because they have already earned so many compliments. But because we are so pleased with how things turned out, they deserve the recognition. A+ And thank you!

Daniel was amazing. A no nonsense professional, he was in and out within 30 minutes. He diagnosed the issues, provided recommendations and left me knowing his technical competence was stellar. I was impressed and would recommend Daniel without a moment's hesitation.

He provided honest service and told us the washer itself was in good condition. I appreciated the fact we did not have to pay for unnecessary repairs and only the service charge of $40

Daniel called to say when to expect him and he arrived on time. He removed the item from the dryer's lint trap. He moved the dryer out from the wall to clean the transition duct, said it wasn't good and needed to be replaced. I said OK, he went to his truck, and came back to say he didn't have the part. Thinking he'd return with the new part another time, I asked him what was to be done about the no-good part and he just said he'd put it back on. Then he looked at the dishwasher door. I told him black plastic pieces fell on the floor from under the door and now the door makes rubbing noises when opening/closing. He argued with me and said nothing fell off from the machine. Next he looked at the refrigerator and said there is no way to adjust the hinges, which seems strange. He said the ice bin was stuck because room air was getting in through the exterior dispenser flapper, causing ice to form under the bin, and it would be hundreds of $s to repair, which I declined. When I presented the coupon I printed from Angie's List he wouldn't honor it because the bill wasn't high enough! The coupon doesn't say how much the bill has to be nor does it have an expiration date. When next using the dryer we discovered it's no longer level and rocks back and forth! He should have checked this after working on the dryer. Now I have to find somebody to level the dryer. Extremely disappointed in this service provider.

Great, I am completely satisfied with the repair and the company.

The technician listened and saw how the dryer would shut down and announced that it was a thermistor mounted on the motor and that the repair would be $440 or I could continue to run it until it stopped once and for all. I declined the repair as I wasn't impressed with his troubleshooting technique, and I was certain the rollers supporting the drum were bad. A few months later, the problem was getting worse and we had a different repair service out. He replaced the rollers and showed me where I had a partial blockage in exhaust for the lint filter. He explained that the combination of the two was causing the Thermistor to overheat and shut down the dryer. Now working fine. The cost of the estimate would have been fair had the estimate been accurate but I wasted my time and money having them come out.

Fantastic! Felix and Vlad were on time and despite having to work in hot weather and no a/c, they took the dryer apart and fixed it. They are really great!
