Description of Work: They came and saw the washing machine. The technician was very honest and told us that buying a new machine would be prudent instead of repairing the current machine with problems. So, we did not have any repairs done. We are going to replace our washing machine with a new one. Thank you for your help with this.

Provided a detailed estimate for the repair, explained potential problems and confirmed what I had learned with my online research. Advised that based upon the age of the dryer and the cost of the repair, it would be wiser to replace the unit. Suggested we can continue to use the dryer as the issue while inconvenient, wasn't a safety hazard (which was our biggest concern) and that it could continue to work for another year or more.

When they came back, I allowed them to enter the house using the lockbox key (house was for sale). It was done without my having to be present. They billed my CC and it was carried out professionally.

I was told what might be the problem with my washing machine but he also said he couldn't be sure that replacing the part would solve the problem. He also told me he could get a new machine at an excellent price. He said I should think about it and let him know. He did not pressure me in any way. I decided to repair my machine. He repaired the part, and even another part at no cost, for $250. So far it is working fine. I felt very confident using This company and will definitely call them again if I need any service.

Description of Work: He came out and the refrigerator was not acting up but we determined it was one of two fans. He did not charge for the service call. A couple of weeks later the problem returned and he was out the next day and repaired it.

I believe the required repair was too time consuming for the company on the $99 deal. So he just told me to get my money back, rather than fix the problem.
