Description of Work: We had a problem with our washing machine. They came promptly and assessed the situation. In stead of charging us for work to repair, they advised us that it would be too expensive to repair and since we have never been happy with the machine, we ended up getting a new washing machine.

Description of Work: Premier Appliance was contacted in response to coupon special. They did not perform a service. Therefore, we were charged for the call. The technician basically told us the problem was minor; although he was not sure what was causing it. We could just continue using the work around as we had been doing.

Description of Work: Service technician called ahead (was even early!), did a very thorough check of the range and clearly explained diagnosis. Unfortunately, it was a failure of main controller on 20+ year old range with no controllers available. This confirmed both what I thought had failed and general status/availability of controllers. Time for a new range :-)

Description of Work: I purchased an Angies List coupon for $85 for a repair. They came out and were unable to repair my dryer - they said it was not worth the cost of the repair. But, they did offer me a discounted price on a new dryer, and applied the cost of the Angies List coupon toward the dryer. It was installed and my old one was taken away for a very reasonable price - about half of what I saw other appliance stores selling the same model for.
