Description of Work: Washing machine was making loud banging noise and clothes were soaking wet when they came out. Described the problem over the phone and the lady taking my call was rude. But they were able to come out quickly. The guy said he could fix it and would pick up the necessary parts and be back the next morning. When he returned and put the parts in, he realized that he had made a mistake and not only were these parts broken, the bearing was also bad, which rendered the washer irreparable. He said he could sell me a new one. Said I would take a look. Once he put the broken washer back together he tried to charge me for the parts that we didn't need (his mistake). He claimed that now that he had taken them out of the package and installed them in our machine (for 5 seconds) that he couldn't reuse them. My husband and I refused to pay for the part, we said we would pay for the service call and the labor, but not the part because we didn't need it, and had he done a more thorough diagnostic he would have known that. He then backed off and said he would reuse them and wouldn't even charge for the labor, just the service call if we would buy a new unit from him. I wanted to pay for the labor because by this point I knew I didn't want to buy from this company. He went back to his warehouse and started sending me pics of what they had. I told him no thank you I'm getting one from Home Depot. I felt like he was just wanting to sell us one of their units. We even called another company to get a second opinion since we really didn't trust the guy at this point. The lady on the phone said that what I was describing sounded like a textbook bad bearing, and was really surprised that the guy messed up and didn't see that from the beginning. I don't recommend this company.

Description of Work: |Daniel was prompt, responsive, knowledgeable and professional. He replaced a malfunctioning part on my refrigerator. Everything is working fine now. I recommend him for any appliance repair work.

Description of Work: Daniel was wonderful. He was on time, and he was able to diagnose the problem with my dryer immediately. He was able to fix it within 20 minutes. He also checked the vents and made sure everything was working properly. Excellent service. Would highly recommend.

Description of Work: The provider didn't repair the type of appliance I needed help with (kegerator), but they were very proactive in contacting me and trying to help me or work out a refund. Great customer service.

Description of Work: "Our fridge stopped working. I sent Premier a message requesting an appointment thru Angie's List. Soon after, they called me and an appointment was scheduled. I ultimately cancelled as the refrigerator again started working. | |I appreciate their quickness to respond, their ability to schedule me in a timely manner and their overall friendliness. I'll be using them in the future for any of my appliance needs."

Description of Work: I needed a heating element replaced in my 31-yr. old GE 3-in-one oven/range (upper oven, lower self-clean oven with 4-burner range). I called on a Friday and talked with Vicky in the office. She called back 2 hours later and scheduled me for Monday when they would be in North County. I was so relieved that they would work on an appliance of this age. Daniel arrived on time on Monday, replaced the heating element within 45 minutes, charged a very fair price and tested the oven for heating before he left. Vicky and Daniel were very professional and I would definitely use them again and will definitely recommend them. They also had printed on their receipt that on my next service call, I would get $15 off the bill.

Description of Work: I felt as though the company over charged me. I was quoted one price and than when he arrived, I was given a higher price. I felt as though he knew he was over charging me and I didn't feel good with him at all. I will NOT be using him or recommending the company to anyone. I was disappointed!

Description of Work: Dishwasher repair. Service was prompt, efficiently done. We were very pleased with the work. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing appliance repair.

Description of Work: They were extremely prompt in responding and getting an appointment set. The only piece that I wasn't 100% certain about was the extra charges, as the deal was to fix one large appliance, but we had to pay extra in order to help ensure it wouldn't need to be fixed again. | |Overall, we were happy with their service.

Description of Work: My dishwasher needed repair so I called Premier and they had an appointment available that afternoon. Daniel showed up well within the window I was quoted and took a look at the dishwasher and showed me that several of the brackets that hold the handle and the front panel together had broken off over the years due to poor design of the model. Given the fact that it is a 10 year old dishwasher and was also having other problems we opted to replace it with a new model. We said we would think about it and let him know which model we wanted. He didn't charge us for the service call even though he spent about half an hour taking the front panel off and looking inside to see what the problem was. A couple of days later after doing some research I called and ordered a new model (same Bosch brand) from Premier. Since the model we wanted was on back order at Lowe's it hasn't been installed yet. I appreciated that Daniel didn't charge us for the call even though we weren't committed to buying the new dishwasher from him. Vicky, in their office was very pleasant to deal with as was Daniel. I would definitely recommend Premier and use them in the future.
