Description of Work: Power's was called because there appeared to be water leaking in the bathroom. When they responded the standing water had dried. They tightened valves and cleaned a drain. They were very pleasant are quickly scheduled the visit. I thought the charge was reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Over a number of calls they did extensive work on my gas lines and sewage ejection pump. Pros:Available on weekends and evenings. Respond well to emergency calls. Friendly. You can absolutely trust these guys around your home when you are not there. Cons:Very expensive, in part because of being inefficient. Charge for every 6" nub of pipe. One part of the job involved replacing a gas line that probably had over a dozen elbows (and a dozen straight pieces). So, each piece of the line had to be custom cut to fit. Most guys on a job like this would bring their threader to site. For a dozen pieces of pipe (24 threads) usually you'd bring it right to the work area. At the very least you'd have it in the back of the truck. But, the LL Powers guy took each piece - one at a time - back to their shop to cut and thread it. Each trip was at 30 to 45 minutes. A job that should have taken 4-6 hours took several days. This is the only reason that I rated so low on professionalism. Apart from that their professionalism was fine. The good part is that when I challenged them on the price they reduced it.
