They arrived on time as scheduled. The total estimate gave us sticker shock but the work was top notch. Very professional and were neat and clean. We would definitely hire them for our next project.

They installed an attic fan and whole house fan for me. I'm very happy with the fans and my experience with customer service. The only thing I found disappointing was that it took them a couple tries to get the wall switch installed, so our wall now needs some touch up work. This was the first major work I've had done in my house, so I'm not sure if this sort of issue is common.

Very courteous and helpful updating old electrical and plumbing of my mother's mobile home. Timely and competent. They were quick to recheck and correct an overlooked switch that had been missed because of it's hidden location. Very pleased with their service and will use them in the future.

I was very disappointed with the workmanship, customer service, and professionalism from the technician, office manager, and service manager. I hired them to unclog a kitchen drain, which the technician accomplished perfectly, but left me with a leak I didn't have before he touched the pipes, and they all felt it would not be cost effective to fix the leak for free, or even for half of the price they quoted ($300) me for a problem I didn't have before the technician disassembled the same drain that I disassembled and reassembled (without any leaking) the day before he arrived.

Using Home Advisor was quick and easy, and the contractor called immediately to arrange the job. They were excellent and wonderful to work with! I would certainly use both Home Advisor and Pt Loma Electric & Plumbing again.

Besides doing a great job at a fair price, Scott was even willing to work with me on the price when the job needed extra work!
