Great experience with this company from the customer service to the plumber himself. Highly recommended.

They did not really repair my taps, were afraid - the fixtures were old. They only replaced the valves which were somewhat stuck ( not really needed urgently). Over 1000 $ spent and the leak is still there.

I had a leak in my kitchen I suspected the dishwasher. They diagnosed a leaking water line. They told me to go buy a new dishwasher. They took out the old one so I could repair the damage to the cabinets they returned after the cabinet repair was made to install the new dishwasher. The told me I had to unplug the garbage disposal to use the dishwasher or have an electrician split the outlet. I called their office about getting an electrician and they told the technician to hardwire it as the other one had been. When they pulled it out to hardwire I noticed that the insulation had not been placed around the dishwasher. They then went and retrieved the insulation and added it. Total cost over $1000. I could have had Home Depot install it for $100 if I even really needed a. new dishwasher.

Dispatcher said work was 249.00 dollars plus parts and any additional labor but over our cost would not be much more than that to replace a gateway valve. Technician came gave three unsolicited estimates. Never asked for them. The first estimate was over 7000.00 dollars, second estimate was 1600.00 dollars, third estimate to replace gateway valve was 600.00 dollars. Technician said it would take most of the morning to complete work, technician finished in one hour replaced eleven inches of pipe and the valve. It seems exorbitant. I ended up paying 550.00 dollars instead of 249.00 dollars like they had said at the beginning.

Great experience. They were quick to respond and completes the work within a couple hours. They identified where the leak was, the root cause, replaced the pipe and we weee back in business!

There work and workmanship is excellent. There customer service is excellent to. The only thing negative is that they are expensive. But everything else is excellent.

Luis, my plumber, was great! Very professional, friendly and helpful. I think Point Loma’s pricing for the work done was a bit higher than it should have been, but the job was done very well,

Professional service done efficiently and with a great attitude.

The technicians Mike and Frankie were very professional and courteous. Mike made suggestions about installation of dimmers, lights and fans that were very helpful in the overall completion of what each room needed. They are a little more expensive then other companies I looked at but worth it.

I was contacted immediately by text and got the estimate, agreed and they came out the next day to replace 3 ceiling fans. Richard - the electrician, was prompt and professional. They are expensive, but very efficient.

Too pricey will not use again

Sounds too expensive! We paid $177 for replacing one receptacle. We feel that we had no choice to go ahead with the work, otherwise we had to pay the $65 diagnostic fee!

They answered the phone at night and came out early the next morning.

We were very happy with the customer service and the overall experience! Would hire them again!

Technician arrived on time. He immediately inspected the problems with some switches and immediately went to work. He was friendly and respected our home. I would rate his work with 1,000 Stars if possible. Point Loma Electric and Plumbing will be my number one source for future problems.
