They were all very friendly from the beginning, from phone service to repair technicians. They are excellent electricians. I had a rather odd and complicated problem where two of my walls (electricity) just stopped working. They figured out the problem and fixed it. What more could I ask for. I would definitely use them again and recommend to others.

It took 3 days to complete the installation of 2 toilets and three shut offs. The company would redirect the plumbers to other jobs when at my house. I'm still not sure of the costs. I was to get a senior price. I saw no reduction in the total cost. The plumbers, when allowed to work, did a great job. Questionable customer service.

I had called another plumber who was a jerk and only gave me a recount of problems. When I called these guys they were there in a hour, and Robert Ibarra did a great job with a smile. He looked at my old Victorian house and found solutions to our problems, and then fixed the kitchen sink, and installed our tiny bathroom sink. We will be calling them in the future!

I bought an EV and needed a dedicated 220-volt plug installed. I made an appointment and I was told the tech would be here to look at the job and complete it the same day if I approved. I told the person I talked to on the phone I work at 1030 each day so I needed them here early so I can get to work. The installer came, gave me a reasonable price, and said he couldn't do the work that day. We made another appointment for the installation to be complete. The next appointment day I received a call around 0800 telling me my installers would be at my house in 30 to 45 minutes. I reminded her that I had work and I was told by the installer he would be here at 0800. An installer showed up with one of the leads to see what was going on and what they could do. The original tech that gave me the quote was not with them and he didn't pass any information on. I explained what I needed, and they said they needed to order parts. My issue with this is I was told the parts were already being ordered and they would have them to install. A 3rd appointment was made. The lead told me they would be here at 0800 so I could get to work. I get a call at 0745 and the message said they would be here in 30 minutes. I called back after an hour and I was told they are at the warehouse getting parts. They had the job done in under 90 minutes. After they left I went to plug in the new charger and the plug they installed was wrong. The lead took a picture of what plug I was using for my specific charger and said they would install that one. I called after I calmed down and they sent someone out as soon as they could. He came, I showed him what I needed, and he went off to the parts warehouse. He came back and installed the correct parts. He also had to re-do the work of the 2 guys here earlier that day, they didn't run a 30 amp wire or something to that effect. Everyone I talked to was friendly, polite, and professional, just never on time and lacked communication. They were the only company that came up on HomeAdvisor for installing EV related things or I would have told them not to come back and I would have hired someone else. This took my whole day, I had to miss work at the, which cost me money. The reason for 2 stars is the last tech that came last had the integrity, and was honest enough, to fix something he saw wrong.

They charged $1800 for 4 hours of simple work involving replacing a water pressure regulator, a 3 ft section of 3/4 in. copper pipe and digging a 1 ft x 3 ft trench using a shovel. They over stated the extent of work needed when they provided the estimate.

They are more concerned about the customer, making them happy, as if was their house.

Very good customer service but I thought it was pretty exspencive to just change out a switch but I guess you pay for experience. My light works now so I’m happy.
