Mike Murphy was a true professional. From beginning to end, he conducted himself as a pro. Point Loma Electric made maximum use of technology by sending a picture of Mike via text. This ensures security for the customer. He provided an honest service that was almost $1600 less than the first estimate. I would recommend Mike to my friends and family. He was ethical, listened to my concerns and started his trouble shooting from the least expensive option. His diagnosis was the replacement of two receptacles.

Their charges are on the high end but their work was very good. Tom created an innovative way to rewire the whole house with minimum disturbance. That s why I hired them. They were here for a week but made sure we had water in one area while working on other areas.

Mike was super nice. I just thought their prices were a bit high for a fan installation. I wanted them to just replace a small fixture in my kitchen and that would have been another $130.00 more. My bill for a fan install was $265.00 or so

Every call experience was excellent and informative. Flexible scheduling. Very professional well dressed men came to quote within the time frame given. They asked appropriate questions and answered all of ours!

Maybe I m just cheep cause the service was great and they did the work when they said they would and the guy was really nice. It s just the $550 quote to add a junction box 2.5 feet from another box in an easy access area in the kitchen seems like I got screwed. They lowered their fee to $375 but refused to provide a warranty. I was thinking $150 or maybe $200 was fare.

Point Loma Electric had me concerned because of the name Point Loma sounded Pricey $$. My townhouse was a rental for over 15 years and it needs work because I had a property manager all the time it was a rental and many repairs were done on the cheap. The doorbell and smoke detectors all needed replacement and first, the technician was very nice, respectful, very very professional. He located the doorbell transformer really quickly!! I thought one of the former tenants had removed it on purpose. That alone was impressive because 2 other technicians were nt able to locate it in the coat closet, I made my decision to hire them for the doorbell and detectors. I m glad I did, because my wife had been wanting the smoke detectors and CO2 sensors operating for a while... and the doorbell was driving me crazy. So I was able to score some points! HAPPY WIFE = HAPPY LIFE!! Thank you POINT LOMA ELECTRIC & Plumbing!! I HIGHLY recommend them for electrical work anyone may need. If I have a plumbing issue that arises, I will definitely give them a try for plumbing work as well. A++++ service Thank you Home Advisor!!

Another company quoted $400 for the same job. Point Loma Electric did it for $140. Two hours of professional, knowledgeable, courteous service. I would hire them again! I highly recommend Point Loma Electric! 💡😊

They wanted to ask for double what everyone else would have charged, 500$ for cleaning out my mainline, outrageous!

Far too expensive for the work required. I needed the work done that day and hired them. Very clean, polite. Customer service became annoying. We had set a time and they kept calling hours before the scheduled appointment to ask if I would move the appointment to an earlier time. I would not have set the original time if I was able to do it earlier. Calling again and again nearly cost them the call, but as I said, I needed the work done.

Easy going, nice workers ! My ceiling fan/ light, runs very well. I was told all my possibilities . I knew what to expect . They are very true to they word. I m very satisfied!
