I like this company! Wayne is the salesperson I dealt with, very personable and if he promises a bit more than they deliver, at least he is knowledgeable and has a great sense of color. I hired the company to do the exterior painting of a 4 unit building, and enjoyed working with them so much, I hired them for the interiors as well. Very responsive and good communicators. They are patient, show up on time and clean up daily. I noticed a couple of overspray/missed areas on the final interior job but have no complaints. There was some miscommunication about colors, but the company took care of it, and they were more than tolerant of my indecision and delays. Noe is the foreman we had, and he is excellent. The workers are also overall quite good, and I would use them again. They also offer a followup guarantee for several years, which keeps the relationship going.

Rep and crew were very polite and professional. On time and did not hesitate to accommodate. I would use them again, as a matter of fact I will be using them again this year for interior work..

The whole process was well conducted. Chad was the sales contact and communicated and follow up regularly. Ryan took over as color consultant which was highly valuable for me. He had several color decks he carried and was very patient through the selection process. He put on several colors inside and outside and had great recommendations. This part of the process was so important to guaranteeing a great result. Both Chad and Ryan provided me great communication and were professional in their work order estimates. The paint crew were socially considerate in doors as well as outdoors. They were reliably here at the same time everyday finishing when and what they said they would. When you are invaded with contractors this kind of consideration and punctuality is appreciated. Even with children and dog around I was not too worried. They were also conscientious to clean up at the end of the day. Also were mindful to show me any previous damage before they commenced painting in a particular area. Noie was a very professional foreman. A few examples of doing extra jobs on the job, was when they were getting ready to paint the stucco wall, they moved several stacks of roof tiles into the shed. Also, they powered wash the driveways, sidewalks and roof. Furthermore they keep me informed along the painting process to make sure I approved of the job. I had picked out an accent color that looked like orange sherbet. They came and had me confirm if this was indeed the accent color to move forward on. No! Let's use another accent color was the decision. They were accommodating. I reimbursed them the cost of the paint to be fair. The paint job and colors chosen look great. And, even after I paid in full for the work performed I discovered a missed spot which they promptly dispatched someone to complete painting. This company goes above and beyond, they are fair, easy to deal with, communication is excellent and the result is good. I would use and recommend them again.

EXCELLENT!! We may be late in providing this data, but it was not because of PaintGreen's work. Chad arrived on time to provide an estimate. We liked him, thought his estimate was fair (we did get a second estimate) and he knew his stuff! Chad helped us pick out paint colors and we used most of his suggestions. Anytime we phoned Chad to ask a question prior to the start of work, if he wasn't available, he called us back within an hour. The first company we received an estimate from still hasn't returned a call to us. PaintGreen's crew arrived on time and the work was completed on time. We love everything they did. Thanks!!

we were very impressed with the quick response and next day estimate from chad. he was professional, courteous, honest and personable. he was able to meet our rushed deadline within one week. the painters were always on time, very polite and professional. they left the work area spotless and were so efficient. i would definitely recommend paint green, and we will use them again for future projects.

They painted the entire house in 2 days, including a last minute change. One wall was not done in the right shade, but they fixed it immediately. I detected no paint smell. In fact, there was a dramatic reduction in smell from the paint the builder had used. The quality of the job is top notch. They were on time for the estimate, the paint consultation, and the job. In two years they come back for a free touch up!! I recommend them.

Excellent work and great results. The stucco repair was outstanding. Wayne Smith was the primary contact and he was very responsive and agreeable to our concerns. He patiently worked on color samples and scheduling and the work was started and completed within a week.

They are very good and they did everything fast and efficiently. There was a mix up with the paint but they didn't charge me for the new paint.

The job was reasonably priced (especially so after the 10% Angie's List Discount and the 5% Senior Discount. The painters were on time, highly competent, courteous, and conscientious, although more supervision was needed to make sure that all the exterior areas were covered.. The interior painting was perfect. But the exterior cleanup was not done in full daily, and some washed paint-can liquide was dumped on our canyon shrubs and vines. However, the touch-up work was superb.

Nice work, everything looks very good and they left some remaining paint for touch-ups. Two complaints that were administrative and management-related, and were not the fault of the painter. The invoice they sent me spelled my name wrong and had no date on it for when the work was going to be done and they waited until the day of the job to tell me the paint numbers they had were'nt matching up with the Frazee or Glidden paints available. The involide is four very wordy pages long and full of information about the company, their practices, awards and warranty information, and you also have to sign 3 pages and return them to them. I'd prefer a simple, one-page invoice with the date of the work, the address, the paint that will be used and the price, with one signature line. The job manager waited until the day of the job to call me (at work) and tell me that the paint number I'd given him a couple weeks earlier was not matching up with Frazee or Gliden, so I had to come home from work, contact the property mgt company, get a new number, then contact the job manager at PaintGreen so the painter could go get the right paint. That should have been done before the day of the work.

They cleaned up beautifully. They were so sweet and courteous and the house looks beautiful. The salesman, Nathan, was very good. He took a long time helping us pick out the color and made sure we would be happy. He painted several options on the house so I felt comfortable with my decision. Mario, the head painter, was absolutely fabulous. He was very accommodating and was wonderful.

The whole experience was an A+. Chad worked with us on pricing and color and did a great job. We received 2 other bids and this was the lowest. The quality of the workmanship was great. The painters showed up promptly and worked every day until the job was completed to my satisfaction (2 weeks or 10 days total). Oscar, the team foreman, was great and I would recommend him highly. He met with me daily to go over everything, responded promptly to requests, called if there was an issue when I was not home. The other guys were equally cheerful and hardworking. I would say that I was "on the job" at least part of every day and felt that was critical, particularly with cleanup at the end (windows had to be cleaned up a bit). I did help with putting all outdoor stuff back in place to my satisfaction , so I was very 'hands on'. The end result was a house that looks like new. One roof tile cracked which they replaced (we had extras). Left plenty of paint for touchups.. Original price, no markups although I did tip and felt they deserved it.

Chad, the general manager arrived on time for the original consultation, worked with me on paint color recommendations, gave me a fair price and a realistic timetable for the complete paint job. I had a wonderful experience with PaintGreens painter Michael who was always on time, very professional, careful of my furniture, conscientious, pleasant, respectful and did incredible work all by himself. The cleanup was flawless and I was delighted to find as the paint job was finished on time it looked absolutely beautiful! I had follow up from both Chad and Ashley and was happy to share with them how delighted I was to enjoy excellent customer care which I had not experienced since the last time I used PaintGreen.

I found Paintgreen to be an extremely professional group of guys. I have a lot of furniture and original art. The organization handled everything with care and ensured that the job was completed as agreed and on time. Their suggestions for accent walls was incorporated and I couldn't be happier with the work. Superior job! I would use them again in a heartbeat!

We were very satisfied with PaintGreen. They were the lowest bid of the three A rated painters we asked to bid. They were thoroughly professional from the initial estimate to work completion. They did everything they said they would in the contract and then some. The two painters were on time, courteous, and did an excellent job with their painting. They cleaned up the area very well and were careful to protect plants and other areas. We would most certainly use them again.

Once again excellent work. Chad came to the house at the exact time scheduled and looked at the bathroom. He noted rust showing on a few corners which meant the paint had to be removed down to the base, an anti-rust coat would go on first, and then a new coat of paint. Also, we found an area where the wall surface was uneven and needed smoothing and then of course more painting. Michael ?Angelo? returned and in little less than one day he again exceeded all expectations. PaintGreen was able to match the paint color perfectly and Michael smoothed over all the problems and at the end of the job everything looked as good as new. Another thing I really appreciate with PaintGreen is their clean-up. After working with them for two jobs I realized that there is never any trash left behind, no stray paint splatters on the floor, no random paint brushes reappearing in a couple days; just the faint smell of a fresh coat of paint. It is a joy to be able to go straight into the room and start using it.

I called PaintGreen and asked for someone to come to my house and give me a quote to paint two 10x10 rooms. The person answering the phone was courteous, professional, and able to arrange a meeting the next day. Chad Flood came to my house right on time and I first took him to what I will call the ?hard? room (labor intensive room) because it had a 2? x 1.5? hole in the wall that needed repair. Additionally, two of the walls were previously covered by wood laminate of which I removed prior to Chad?s arrival. In removing the wood laminate one of two things happened. Either the glue holding the wood laminate to the wall was left behind and had to be removed prior to painting (very thick patches of black, what looked to be decades old roofing tar) or the glue pulled-off parts of the wall (tennis ball to football sized areas about 1mm deep) and had to be filled with putty to even the walls. Chad reviewed the rest of the room and also found some water damage that needed repair prior to painting. Then after a quick review of the ?easy? room Chad determined it was a pretty straight forward job. At the completion of the job I was incredibly impressed with the work on three of the four walls in the ?hard? room. The hole was perfectly patched, the black tar glue substance removed from both walls, and the water damaged areas were smoothed and covered. It was absolutely amazing. However, the paint on the fourth wall in the hard room seemed a little thin and then interestingly enough three of the four walls in the easy room appeared to be prepared poorly. No need to dwell on the deficiencies in the easy room but simply enough it looked pretty bad in comparison to the hard room (opposite of what you would expect). I am sure you are asking yourself why, if the job was completed poorly, did you give them an ?A? rating. Reason being, Chad Flood recognized the shortcomings of the job and insisted on making things right. The day following the review, Chad sent Michael (a consummate professional and artist in his own right) who did everything that was necessary to make the walls look like new. In no time at all wrongs were righted and both rooms looked FANTASTIC. Also, immediately after the walls were painted the first time but before Chad could come in for the initial review, flooring and moldings were put in both rooms. During this process the person installing the molding accidently missed a nail and put a hammer-head sized depression in one of the walls. Also, when the flooring people installed the molding they did not paint over their nails (black nail heads on white molding) and in some places the molding was not flush with the wall and as a result it gave the walls a much unfinished look. When Chad Flood came for the initial review he noted the problems regarding the work of his team (as mentioned above) but also of the company that installed the moldings. Even though it was not PaintGreens responsibility to fix the hammer-head sized depression in the wall or paint over the nail heads in the molding, Chad insisted on doing the work at no extra charge since these flaws ultimately detracted from the high quality work performed by Michael. So, when Michael came to fix the other problems he also covered the black nail heads on the moldings in both rooms and filled in the gaps between the molding and the walls ensuring that the freshly painted walls transitioned flawlessly into the new wood floors. This is a perfect example of how PaintGreen is willing to go above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with the final look of the walls, even though it was the responsibility of the mistakes ultimately fell on the flooring company. To expect that everything will go perfectly the first time is unrealistic and instead, when picking a company, I simply want to know that if problems arise along the way that the company will stand by its work. Additionally, to see Chad, Michael, and PaintGreen fix the problems caused by the other company simply because it made the newly painted walls appear less impressive speaks volumes as to their personal level of desire to provide their customers with a world class finished product. I was infinitely impressed with ultimate results of the two rooms and this is why I have every intention of keeping Chad Flood on my speed dial and using PaintGreen for the remaining rooms in the house.

Was very impressed to receive a same-day response from Paint Green, and estimator/job manager Ryan arrived for our estimate appointment a couple of days later a few minutes early. He was professional, gracious, and gave us a good presentation of his company's services, including their emphasis on eco-friendly products and other associated programs. While living in our camper with 3 nervous dogs, we were waiting to move into our newly purchased home until painting and other cleaning was completed. Ryan took extra effort to schedule our job as soon as possible, and the crew arrived in 3 days. What was expected to be a 5-day job was completed in 3 days, as Ryan put on extra men when an unavoidable delay of one day occurred. Ryan came with the crew on the first day to show them exactly what needed to be done, and he kept in touch with me by phone nearly every day to make sure the job was going well and we were happy with their work. The crew were all friendly, cooperative, and willing to do whatever we asked. David walked us through the completed job and offered to come back for any touch ups needed after our furniture was moved in. Everything was cleaned up at the end of the job and the walls look great. We will definitely use Paint Green for our future painting needs. Thanks, Guys!

Chad was excellent with guiding the job, making color recommendations and explaining the limitations of what could and could not be achieved. The painters Noe & Marcel (ohh I hope I have the names correct) were soo conscientiousness and showed obvious pride in their work.

These guys did a great job. We had a lot of painting around crown molding and in difficult-to-reach spots with high-contrast colors, and the detailing that they did was excellent. They cleaned up after themselves at the end of each workday, the painters were courteous and friendly. They finished ahead of schedule in spite of my last-minute color changes. Overall I was very happy with their service.

I am just so pleased with the completed results that I recommend PAINTGREEN to all. I had a very very neglected wooden house with lead paint peeling off the windows, trim, facia, etc. PAINTGREEN removed all the lead paint in the appropriate manner, then spray painted all the wooden shingles. They spray painted what facia, overhang, etc. that they could and then hand painted all the remaining (many) windows, doors, etc. I am extremely fussy. I am very aware of craftsmanship and attending to details. I worked closely with the lead painter, Ron Barnett. He was very patient with all my many requests regarding details. As you know, any company is only as good as its employees. I feel fortunate to have the painting crew that I had. Wayne was the supervisor and was there for any major concern, but it was Ron on the day to day basis that really saw that things got done my way. I had so hoped I could include before and after pictures because the transformation was so astounding!! Also, I have about 10' of 6' fencing with my house number on it and they volunteered to paint the fence (a task I was planning to do with the left-over paint). If you are looking for a painting company, we HIGHLY recommend Paintgreen, you will be thrilled with them. What a terrific group of professionals. Not only did they do an exceptional job painting EVERY wall in our 3300 sq ft home, but they were also personable, responsive and generous. From day one when Chad and Wayne came to our home to assist us in planning a color palate, to the final day of touch-up work, these guys listened to what it was that we wanted and followed through as promised. There was even a point at the last minute when we made some color changes, but Chad was not phased. He followed up with us over the weekend (more than once) to see how our plans were coming along. Chad came to our home with sample colors and took a great deal of his time to paint samples of the colors on each wall to see how they looked. After taking 5 days to meticulously paint teach area of the house, seeking our feedback every step of the way, they went through the house carefully noting potential touch-ups. They also had us go through the house and make notes of anything we saw that needed a touch up. After walking through with us to get our feedback they went about the task of making the touch-ups. David and Wayne were very detail oriented and they did an awesome job with the touch-ups. We are exceedingly pleased. This group of gentlemen also went above and beyond the call of duty. They corrected problems caused by past painters, they even moved a very heavy antique oak desk up two flights of stairs so we did not have to hire someone to do it!
