It was superb! He was very personable and professional and answered all my questions in a professional manner! He also arrived on time, in the ealier part of the window in which he said he would. He made a suggestoin to speed up the computer which would require ordering some parts, he said once I did this and got the parts he would install them for me for free.

This was not the first time we had used John's services. Prior to this visit, John had provided extensive services on another computer. I apologize for not submitting a review at that time because he did an amazing job at saving my data and restoring my computer. When another computer (used by my adult daughter) developed problems I called the On-Site Techs on a Sunday afternoon expecting to leave a message on a machine but was pleasantly surprised to be able to talk to a person and make an appointment. John, as he had in the past, called me some time before the appointment to confirm the time and let me know he would be here at that time. He arrived on time and went to work. His demeanor is polite and amiable and very professional. As stated above, he quickly found the problems and corrected them. In response to our request to recommend and install a virus protection, he proceeded to obtain the program, download and install it. On both my past and present experience with John, I have found him be more than fair with the cost for his services. I would immediately call him for any future computer needs we may have and recommend him without any hesitation to anyone who needs help with their computer.

John Airy, arrived at exactly on time...was very professional, efficient, and courteous. Being an 81 senior on a fixed income, it would be nice to have vendors who give discounts, but I felt this young man was totally trustworthy, and I would not hesitate to call him again for any future problems.

It went well. I am not finished with the transfer of data yet, but I learned enough to proceed on my own.

My laptop went haywire on a Sunday morning. I was able to reach On-Site Tech's telephone number that day, and John Airy called me back that afternoon, and made an appointment to come to my home Monday morning. He arrived on time, quickly identified the problem (a bad keyboard), and worked to get a replacement part so it could be repaired quickly. Wednesday morning, Mr. Airy was back with the laptop repaired and functioning. I was very impressed with his professionalism and support. I'd recommend On-Site Techs very highly.

I was having problems with my P.C. i.e. speed, freezing, overall poor performance. I thought is was a hardware problem as my P.C. is 4 years old. John Airy diagnosed the problems as software issues and cleared them up. He also removed a bunch of programs I didn't know were slowing down my P.C. I was about to purchase a new P.C., but now, my P.C. is working the best it has in two years. The P.C. was performing so poorly (before John did his thing) that I was sure I needed to purchase a new P.C. We discussed whether I should purchase a new computer. discussions inclluded what to buy, what operating system, and what features I need. It has been only a few days since John was here, but so far, I am very pleased.

The thing about these folks is, they are for the customer. I wanted them to come out on Sunday, cost $150. Talked me into waiting till Monday. I was not completely without a computer and after all, what's one day and football is on after all. Point is, Monday, he showed up exactly when scheduled, about 11:45AM. Wish I could remember his name but, he had a briefcase with lots of disks to help. I truly thought I would need to buy a new machine but in less than 30 min he had me up and running. These guys really know their stuff. The cost may seem a little high but they come TO YOUR HOUSE. And they can fix anything. Most knowledgeable folks I've met. They look, dress, and act professional. You won't be disappointed.

Anyone understand Windows 8? What about script errors in Internet Explorer? And, how do I get my calendar's to all coordinate? John Airy has the answers! I called based on the recommendations of other subscribers and was delighted to find that John could come out within a day! He arrived as planned and spent 3+ hours updating, creating and reorganizing things that are waaaaay beyond my skill set. He gave me options to get the results I wanted and helped me select software that has made my life MUCH easier. The computer now works faster, and does exactly what I wanted it to do in the first place. John is thoughtful and considerate; he doesn't presume that his was is your way, and he really listens to what you want before offering solutions....what a concept! He's not just selling software to "fix" your life, he's supporting you in finding solutions that work in YOUR life. He did an outstanding job and we will use him again.

We have two home computers: (1) desktop all-in-one; and (2) laptop. Since we did not have a wireless home network, I went to Best Buy and purchased a LINKSYS Wi-Fi Router. The young Best Buy salesman assured me that I would have "no problem" installing the Wi-Fi router. Wrong! I spent several hours trying to install the Wi-Fi router. Frustrating! On the basis on Angie's List reviews, I contacted ON SITE TECHS to come to our home and do the installation. When I phoned ON SITE TECHS, I spoke with a very nice lady named "Dawn;" she set up an appointment for the following day. John Airy (sp?) ON SITE TECH proprietor came to our home at the scheduled time; he successfully completed the installation in less than 40 minutes. Comment: John Airy is a relatively young man; he has been working in the computer tech industry for most of his working life. It was readily evident that John "knows his stuff." He quickly and efficiently did the requisite trouble shooting and did the WI FI installation. Everything works perfectly. No problems. Comment: I am a young retiree and have a layman's (limited) knowledge re: computer hardware and software. Whenever we knew a computer "pro" to come to our home, we will contact ON SITE TECHS. We will recommend this company to our relatives, friends and neighbors.

I had a 6 year old computer that would not upload and open. I was concerned about reteiving the data from the hard drive. John was quickly able to retreive the data from the hard drive. I decided to purchase a new computer and John returned a second time to load the saved data from the hard drive onto the new computer. He was on-time, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him for any computer need.

They are excellent. I had an issue with my computer, and they fixed in 15 minutes. They are a small company, so you may have to wait. They diagnosed the problem quickly and efficient.

This company gave wonderful service. We were very happy with their work, their professionalism, and their price. What I liked the most was that the tech allowed me to watch him and ask questions.

He really took a lot of time with me, and also helped my daughter with her computer as well. He spent around an hour at my house and actually came under the estimated price. He did a great job and I would highly recommend him!

I had a computer worm. I got an appointment the same day. The technician was on time, found and fixed the problem in an hour, and clearly explained what he did. Since I had spent a fair amount on their previous visit, they made this repair free.

He's a complete professional: fast and thorough with no upselling. Will have him come back and install wireless printer/fax/scan/copy next month - he can do in an hour what would take me 4 hours.

I called On-Site Techs and was given an appointment the next day with an arrival window of 10:00am to 12:00pm. John Airy, the tech, called me a little after 10:00 and said he'd be there just about 11:00 and he was. He had the computer fixed within about 30 minutes. ( I'd replaced the system battery with a new one that was apparently defective.) Their hourly charge is $90.00 but he wanted to charge me only $50.00 since the repair went so quickly. I suggested that he could perform some other system maintenance items for me to fill out the hour, which he did. The computer is now running faster and functions perfectly. John was completely professional and personable and I'd recommend On-Site Techs without reservation.

His name was Jon, he was very pleasant and knew what he was doing. He did a great job.

I called John and he came out the next day he was on time. He charges $90.00 for the first hour and $22.50 every 15 Min after. John spent an hour and 50 min and he only charged me $90.00 he is very honest. I will use him again.

've had problems with my computer for over a year. I took it to one of the chains to their tech support. I paid $200 to have it fixed and had to return 2 more times because it was still acting up. I decided to go on Angie's list to find someone since I didn't trust the other place after 3 visits. I called On-Site-Techs and made an appointment. He came within a day of calling. He worked on my laptop for an hour. He ended up taking it in to work on it. I got it back on Monday as promised. He removed two viruses that were hidden. He also fixed the problems that were slowing it down. It was well worth the extra money and time because now my computer is back to normal. I would recommend him to anyone having trouble with their computer. I just can not thank him enough!! Amazing!!

Upon arriving to my home, technical issues prevented the cloning operation to be completed on-site. The desktop had to be taken to their own repair facility, and it was returned to me the following day. That event had an impact on the original estimate, due to the added labor and a second trip to my residence. The initial and subsequent appointment times were adhered to and John Airy maintained on-going phone contact.
