Details: He was scheduled to arrive between 2:00 and 3:00 and he called at 11:30 to ask if he could come early!! John is always polite, neat, and informative. He's very knowledgeable and asks how you use your computer before installing "his" ideal programs. His goal is always to have your computer working the way YOU want it to work. He doesn't try to sell you hardware or software but will give you opinions and answers about both, if you ask. I've asked him about buying a new computer and he says ours works just fine for now....no need to spend the extra money for awhile. We have used several "on-site" computer experts and often find they come with an agenda, they want to sell you hardware AND software, and take longer than John does. I LOVE On-Site Techs!!

A total professional in all the work done by John Airy. He even extended his time to complete all the work needed.

see above I wouldn't have thought of buying from the hardware people I did until John suggested that what I wanted could be best done using this hardware vender. I'm delighted with what he did. The monitor is one he suggested I get from a different place and it's nicer than i expected it to be. I priginally found On-Site techs on Angie's list and I keep going back to On-Site Techs as my needs have changed. I recommend them highly.

Great! We initially used this company two years ago to set-up wireless network for our home and were happy to have them back for our latest computer needs. In both instances, great experience setting up the appointment. We were able to book within 24 hours, which is always important with everyone in the house anxious to get their computers up and running. John was on-time; professional; knowledgable; thorough; very concerned about quality of service and ensuring that he achieved the goal we had for his visit. He moved through the work efficiently and the price was very fair in both cases we used On-Site Techs. We have found the company to exceed our expectations and to have earned our trust. He was excellent. Took care of all our problems.

Clean up so corrupted applications on my system and make suggestions about how to protect myself from getting more of the same kind of problems in the future.

He came out the same day, diagnosed the problem with the computer, had the part with him, and voila, what had been a big, scary problem was solved.

|We have the greatest confidence in John Airy; his expertise with computers is absolutely incredible. John is an honest and hard-working man. We have referred John Airy to family members and friends.

John came to my house within 24 hours of my call and listened to my list of problems and ran some software to diagnose the problem. He explained everything as he went along. Things were better after he left, but still not completely fixed. He said that he would guarantee his work. So I called him again and he came back and took it home with him and ran more tests to identify the problem. When he brought it back It was fixed. I appreciated the fact that he did not give up until the computer was fixed to my satisfaction. He was extremely professional and I liked his attitude that a customer ought to receive value for his service. I will certainly use him in the future.

On a Friday, I called On-Site Techs to see how soon I could get an appointment, but one was not available soon enough. I left my name and phone number, but I told the receptionist that I would call around to other companies to see if I could get quicker service. John called me within a few hours offering to come out that same day, which he did. He took my computer on the Friday and returned it on Monday. He had replaced the hard drive and loaded all the data from the old drive. My computer seems to be working well. John was very reasonable with his fee.

He arrived on time, immediately started working on the computer. He corrected the problems quickly, explaining to me how to avoid similar problems in the future. He made excellent use of the time, while not acting hurried or rushed. We have been very happy with the results and will call this service any time we need help with our computer in the future.

It took him a while with the laptop but it was older and had lots of problems and he was very willing to keep working until he got it right. He was on time and very nice and helpful and took time to be sure he knew what we wanted.

Years ago I operated a solo law practice, so I obviously had no in-house IT department. I had to call on On-Site Techs a number of times over several years to help with everything from basic installation, wireless setup, troubleshooting, virus and spyware issues, as well as routine periodic maintenance of systems. On-Site Techs is supremely qualified and has always been timely, flexible with schedules and extremely helpful in resolving the problem accurately and explaining all technical issues in a language that I can understand. Further, on several occasions, On-Site Techs was available at a moment's notice for very late-night troubleshooting which carried into early morning, and stayed on the job until the job was completed. I have the highest confidence that On-Site Techs can handle any technical or IT issue that happens to come my way in the future, and will do it in the most efficient and timely way possible, with a focus on getting me up and running.

Ran PC diagnostics; removed malware, viruses, etc. Also installed (free) trial MALWAREBYTES program. To date, I have had no further related problems with PC.

He has been very prompt and is always professional. He has always been available which has been helpful to me. He does a great job and is at the top of my list.

Service call went well, he was cognizant of the time to make the repairs, allowed me to see what he was doing, so I could make some of the repairs in the future, explained what he was doing. I couldn't ask for better

I called to try to set up service. The woman who answered the phone sounded like my call was a major inconvenience to her. She put me on hold... and I waited... and I waited... and I waited. And then I hung up.

John Airy from On-Site Techs was very helpful and patient in spite of the fact that I had many, many questions. He was thorough, explained everything he did, and taught me a lot about computers-- even made some very helpful suggestions. He's extremely knowledgeable and I would definitely call him again in the future. My computer is running great!
