Description of Work: Nutter never showed up. Supposedly order parts for my range hood 2 weeks ago and have never heard back from them. PParts were a transformer and lights. I had sent a picture of good and part number.

Description of Work: Called about my Decor stove and they told me what they thought the problem was and how to fix it. It was a no charge telephone fix and was the fix. I will always call them first. This is my second telephone fix with them........ that's what I call real customer service. I'm impressed.

Description of Work: I have had three occasions to have contact with this provider. Once, they installed a new dish washing machine for one that was recalled. There was no charge. Then my disposal was "acting up" and they diagnosed the repair and solution over the phone but offered to come to my house if I wanted them to do so. I was able to fix the problem with their direction. There was no charge. Then my instant hot was leaking and they diagnosed the problem and solution on the phone. They offered to come to my house, but I was able to fix the problem with their direction. There was no charge. So, to say the least I am happy with their service.

Description of Work: I have a Decor dishwasher and a Bosch refrigerator that decided to team up and break down at the same time. I called Nutter because it was very highly rated on this site. They were very prompt and set up an appointment for the next day. They called me later to say they didn't work on Bosch but they referred me to another company that could. The technician came out the next day to work on the Decor dishwasher, but then said they didn't service those either. I'm not entirely clear why they didn't state that when they told me they couldn't fix my Bosch, but the technician was very nice and spent time stepping thru common causes of dishwasher problems. When none of those resolved the issue, Nutter provided me with another company referral that handled Decor and they were able to come and help. Even though Nutter stayed about 30 minutes and helped troubleshoot the Decor, they didn't charge me anything and provided two great referrals. I know in the future if something breaks (and they fix that brand) I'll work with them again.
