Description of Work: New wall-to-wall carpet in 3 bedrooms of our home. Steve at the store was helpful and answered all of our questions. He also thought to ask us if we had a Dyson vacuum as it would possibly ruin the softer silk strand Mohawk carpet we chose and then redirected us to a different Mohawk product. Great selection and service. Installers also moved furniture, for $150 extra. We have already scheduled them to do work on a rental unit we own.

Description of Work: They made a large custom bound area rug for our living room and delivered it to our home. | |We also had them recarpet a rental property we were preparing to sell in Tierrasanta last Fall. | |In both cases, the service was prompt and professional. The always showed up exactly when they said they would!

Description of Work: They refused to repair carpet that they had not installed. They should have said that on their web site, not after I went to the trouble of calling them.

Description of Work: North Park Rug and Carpet has been installing carpeting and vinyl in my rental properties in San Diego for the past 25 years. They are a family-owned company and pride themselves on customer service. They are a great company with which to do business. Their prices are very reasonable (with no ''surpise'' extra charges for padding or installation), they keep appointments for measuring, any needed prep work, etc. If any problem should develop (i.e. I asked them to repair a tiny tear in a rug that had been damaged by a tenant, even though considerable time had elapsed since the rug had been installed by NPR&C), they promptly correct the problem. Their customer service is the best in San Diego. I will not do rug and carpet business anywhere else. I highly recommend them.
