Description of Work: We had a very heavy sofa bed moved and it involved taking interior doors off and using stairs in the rain !! |Responsible and personable movers. I would definately use MSJ again!

Description of Work: Msj moved our entire household into 3 level home. Was a very difficult move. They were very nice to work with also. During the move there was one item damaged and they had it fixed very promptly with no questions asked. Very rare to have this level of integrity and for a company to stand behind what they say.

Description of Work: Andre' Byron and Adam moved furniture from two homes into one with great care. All the furniture was carefully wrapped and walls protected as well. Doors needed to be removed to get a refrigerator out and into homes. All was done professionally and timely.

Description of Work: I moved residence recently. Though only a few miles away, a move is still a HUGE project. My experience with MSJ started with scheduling the move with Tina who runs the office. She was so wonderful I should have not been surprised that the 3 men she sent were equally impressive. Fernando, Byron and Andre couldn't have been any more thorough, professional and respectful of me and my belongings. Additionally they were really, really nice :) They were even kind enough to help my neighbors pet sitter who happened to lock herself out of the house she was sitting...not once but TWICE! I couldn't have been more pleased with my whole experience. I have recommended them several times and will continue to do so....they were the best!!

Description of Work: Used the Angie's List coupon for 3 movers for 3 hours for $299. Was a great deal and overall experience, had great help from Fernando, Miles and Nicky. I was a little thrown off when booking however that I had to pay a fuel charge of 7%, as well as the fact that my clock started to run when they left their garage, but they got done everything in time. Moved a one bedroom apartment to a storage unit. Very courteous and helpful gentlemen - I appreciate their help and care they took with my things! Will definitely be using them again in the future.

Description of Work: This is the second time that we have used MSJ Delivery, and we have been very happy with them both times. The guys, Fernando, Miles, Gary and Jonah were fast, professional, and made sure to handle our stuff gently. I recommend them and would use them again, but hopefully we don't have to move for a long time!

Description of Work: Overall grade is A-. | |We purchased the 3-hour, 3-men moving packages from MSJ for our local move. We staggered our move to 2 days (first day was for moving big furniture and big boxes; second was for all other stuff - big boxes, small boxes, and everything in the garage) and hired MSJ for both days. | |Fernando and his team - Asa, Jonah, Derek(? - I don't remember his name but I know he is Seattle-bound.) did a great job. Fernando explained the process (plus the forms I needed to fill out) thoroughly on both days. They were punctual, courteous and always on-the-go. They only took breaks when they asked us if boxes where ready to be moved or where we wanted our stuff placed. | |I would've given MSJ all A's if not for a number of dusty/dirty boxes moved on the 2nd day. I had to wipe down boxes before opening. Might have come from the floor of 2nd truck (they used different trucks for the 2-day move) or boxes might have been placed on the road prior to moving to our new place. | |Overall, we are pleased with MSJ Delivery and will highly consider them for our next move. | |

Description of Work: We had a great experience with MSJ. |Tina was very accommodating from the initial call and scheduled us with no problem on our desired date. The guys showed up on time and Fernando took the lead with Shawn and Asa, reassuring us we were in good hands. The guys worked hard and were very pleasant and polite. |The move took longer than expected 7 hrs. with lunch. However this was not the fault of MSJ ,this was on us, as we underestimated how much stuff we had in our garage. |My only suggestion is to ask for the larger truck if you're a pack rat. We moved our 4 bedroom house 2200 sq ft house with a 3 car garage full of bikes, storage racks and lots of boxes and bins. |I would use MSJ again without question. |

Description of Work: We had two guys to help my son move from his apartment. They literally hustled the entire time. They even finished before our two hours were up. They were professional and polite and careful with all the items we needed them to move. My son even lived upstairs in an apartment complex. |We rented our own truck so that we could keep our costs down as I was also in the process of moving so my son and I combined our moving. MSJ Delivery had already moved my home in December but I still had some more to put into storage because I was fixing my house up to sell and hadn't moved everything in December. |The two guys that did this move for us were Bryon and Cam. They are great!

Description of Work: They were great at first, went right to work. Unfortunately, I found two broken items later. I had some of the stuff put in one room to keep until my new floors were put in and when I moved it later, one of the legs was broke. There was also a heavy item to move and now the door won't shut tight. I was very happy at first, tipped them well; I didn't find these items until later. Once I found them, I remember hearing something break while they were moving and heard them saying "you have to tell her, she would have heard it". I totally forgot about this until I found the broken leg. The leg still works, so I didn't call in to complain, but remembering what they said, I feel like I have to say something about it for this review.

Description of Work: These two gentlemen did a terrific job working tirelessly and efficiently; they went above and beyond just moving our stuff and ensuring that it was placed exactly where we needed it! I can't say enough about how nice and accommodating they were!

Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for $149 for Two Movers and a Truck for 2 Hours. The movers were good. They were right on time and did a very well careful job.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal from this company for: $299 for 16ft. Moving Truck + 3 men for 3 Hours. That service turned out great.
