Description of Work: My family had to move out of parts of our house due to an insurance claim. The company was able to give me a very accurate estimate so that I could get insurance approval and the movers were so quick, efficient, polite, respectful, and clean. They packed my possessions and moved them into the garage and returned to put the house back together. I had a tight budget due to insurance coverage and they constantly checked to make sure we were within the window for both the packing and moving back phases. This company values customer service from the office staff to the onsite workers. I highly recommend doing business with this company.

Description of Work: It is always a challenge when you have a small moving job. I needed to move by home office to a building in the Gaslamp and MSJ Delivery were pleased to help. I took advantage of their $189 offer for two guys and a truck and the two guys - Shawn and Junior - couldn't have been more careful and professional. It poured rain the day of the move and they made sure that nothing was damaged. I would highly recommend them for those smaller jobs when regular movers just are not interested in helping.

Description of Work: I not only WOULD use them again -- I did! Outstanding customer service both times (sorry Angie's List, I forgot to rate them the previous time in 2014)! The name of this company could be called the "roll with the punches" company! It would be great if life went neatly and orderly according to plan, but we all know that isn't how life happens. This move was to move my mother out of her beloved retirement community that MSJ had moved her into less than two years ago -- As a result of some unexpected major medical issues, her doctors determined she was no longer able to safely live alone. | |The first contact was with Stu, who willingly worked with me on both timing and cost to make the move as smooth (and affordable) as possible. We had two pick-up and two drop-off locations, more than 100 miles apart. He could have made more money for the company by pushing me into a 3-person crew, but with many of those hours being devoted to travel time, he knew that the hourly costs of a three-person crew weren't in our best interest. | |Asa and Steven were our movers that day -- and they made a difficult day much easier with their professionalism coupled with compassion. They worked quickly when time was of the essence (i.e. when the gates of the storage facility were due to shut down at a certain time and would have locked us in overnight!), but they also slowed down or switched tasks when WE needed it -- giving mom time when everything became overwhelming and she couldn't make quick decisions about what items to send to which receiving location. | |Although we wish we had not needed to use their services that day, we are so very glad they were there when we did. It is my hope that I won't need to move anyone again for a LONG time, but I know EXACTLY who I will call when I do!!!

Description of Work: We used MSJ to move our office from Mira Mesa to Poway. 4 wonderful men came, arriving on time and worked VERY hard all day to get the move completed in one day. They were AH-MAZING!!! We will definitely use them again. And have already recommended them to others.

Description of Work: They loaded a moving container with my household contents. Quick, efficient, friendly, courteous, and professional.

Description of Work: Provided moving services. There was damage from the previous movers to storage. One of the movers took photos and promised to send them but refused when contacted later. A small dent was made in one stair, but the moving company owner refused to acknowledge the damage. I will not be using the company again, nor can I recommend them to anyone.
