I bought two carrera marble vanity tops 60" long by 28" deep and 1" thick up in Vista from a priviate party. I live in Pacific Beach and I hired MSJ delivery to pick up all the marble and bring it to my house. If you know anything about marble it is very heavy. The crew coordinated a time with the seller and picked up all the marble, safely transported it to my house and unloaed it into my garage. I even had them bring one vanity top in to my house and up one flight of stairs. They were professional, very friendly and I think the prices was very fair. I would definately use them again.

They were very professional too. Clean, respectful guys that were strong and smart. Very clever in how they moved things in through some tricky doors. They also were efficient with their time. They stayed within the time frame they bid the project too. That included them setting up beds, cabinets, my tv, etc. There were also very considerate... for instance, I had them bring lots of big and heavy potted plants from my house. They made sure they removed any spiders and bugs from the pots, while also making sure they didn't mix these messy pots with my inside furniture. They arranged for a separate smaller truck to take these and other out door items. They were amazing. They were worth every penny I spent. That's says a lot, because they weren't the cheapest bid I received. They were about $100-200 more than the other moving company. I went with them because they were experienced furniture movers and their boss, Stu admittedly pays his movers more than most of the other companies. But that's because he wants to attract and keep the best movers. His strategy works! They were awesome! These guys work hard lifting and carrying all these items. I hope you tip them big like I did. The move went great. They were prompt and courteous and cost lower than estimated! We would recommend these movers to everyone!

We just moved yesterday- as exhausted as I am , I still feel compelled to write about our wonderful experience with MSJ. Just as promised...on time, regular staff (no temps), professional ex and active duty military men. Matt , Jacob, and Tyler were polite, strong, and careful. they wrapped boxes, blanketed and taped a work- everything was handled beautifully. I am using them for our consignment move, too and would recommend them to everyone! Jody booked everything, and she was super helpful on the phone. My experience could not have been better!

Soooo VERY HAPPY with the services provided by MSJ Delivery!! The whole experience was top notch - from my interaction and negotiation with Stu, the owner, to my experience with all of the wonderful men who packed and moved my precious posessions. My move was a very large move from a home that I had occupied for 25 years to a home 40 miles away in another county. It was a two day event that could not have gone any smoother. Juan, Erik, Chris, Trevor, and Frank packed me with such great care on Friday, and then loaded and unloaded the truck with immense precision on Saturday. I was stunned at how they loaded two large trucks with such accuracy! They were extremely polite and personable, answered all my questions, went the extra mile in hustling to get the job done as quickly as possible (saving me hundreds of dollars), and treated my posessions as if they were their own. I was extremely happy with their service! They also moved my parents the very next week and my mother raved about the service provided to her as well. I would definitely recommend MSJ Delivery to anyone!

EXCELLENT! The office staff was excellent, responsive and professional. Our movers, Sergio and Erik, from MSJ Delivery were great! They were on time (arrived in less than 20 minutes), were prepared with all the right supplies, and had a perfect sized moving truck. They were efficient and careful and pleasant, finishing the job in less than 2 hours. We were very impressed with MSJ and will recommend them to all our friends. If you need movers in north county, these are the guys!

These guys were great. I had all of my stuff packed and ready to go and they were able to load everything up and get it over to my new place which was 20 miles away and kept the whole job under three hours. Nicely done gents. Thanks Will

Frank, Trevor, and Tyler showed up on time on the arranged date to move my belongings to another smaller house. I thought there would be plenty of room in the 16 ft truck as I was only taking a few rooms of furniture and leaving most behind. However, Frank and team realized the pieces I selected to move were large, and they had to carefully pack the truck to get everything in. Because of this, it took them longer than anticipated. Plus, when we arrived at my new house, I discovered the bedroom set was really too big for the room and we had to try several arrangements to make everything work. The team was courteous and professional throughout the 6.5 hour moving day. They made sure to locate boxes and furniture where I requested and nothing was broken or damaged during the process.

They helped my daughter move. They were on time, professional and worked the entire time. I plan on using them for another Big Deal soon!

The movers were on time, very professional and put in the extra effort to make sure my stuff and the walls were not damaged. Had it not been because of the slow elevator in my apartment building, they would have been able to complete the job in exactly the amount of time which was quoted. Their rate is competitive and well worth it for the great service they offer. Highly recommended and I will certainly refer them to friends and family.

The nurse helping my Mother found these guys on Angie's list. I investigated a little more and decided they were the best option. I called Stu in the morning at the beginning of the week and my Mother was moved into her new care facility within 2 days. Amazing. The crew, Jason, Jodi, and Damon were great. They showed up early, had uniformed work shirts that were soaked before they left. I honestly dont think they took a break. I bought them lunch afterwards and they offered to help with my personal garage. Stu called and gave me a quote over the phone and it was easy to say yes. They took all my clutter in the garage away and stored it for me. Shortly after when my floors were finished, I had Stu pick up my new furniture on Girard St and they brought all my new stuff with all my old stuff I stored with them. I feel like MSJ is on my payroll as they work very hard and it is so easy to get something done. I cant say enough. Very accommodating.

After reading the great reviews here and taking a look at their website, I reached out to MSJ late on a Saturday night to ask if they'd still honor the Angie's list deal to us despite being just outside the official service area of the deal. To my surprise, I received a response Sunday afternoon (great!) from Stu that indicated he would be willing to extend the deal to us despite being just beyond the service area (even better!). In his reply, he asked that I call to discuss specifics, and provided his mobile phone number. Not wanting to disturb his weekend, I waited until Monday to call. My 2pm call went to voice mail, and I was greeted with a notice that the mailbox was full and I needed to call back later. I sent him a quick note with that information and asked when he would be available for a call. He attempted to call at 7:45pm that night but I was away from my phone and it went to voice mail. I called him at 9am Tuesday morning, again got his voice mail, and was able to leave him a message. It's now Thursday evening at 9pm and I never heard back. Based on the other reviews I have to assume their service is fantastic if you can reach them. Unfortunately I wasn't able to, and we found someone else.

Great! Stew responds ASAP to all phone calls and questions. They were running a special for 3 movers/3 hours. Totally worth it! Never gonna go through the stress of moving myself again! Frank, Kyle and Matt were our crew. Really great workers! They will also pack whatever you need-additional fee if you don't have your own boxes-but we packed up all our boxes to save some time and money. They shrink and blanket wrap your furniture pieces that need to be protected. The movers were efficient and careful. They even take time to put everything where you want it. Very polite. No damage to any items.Nothing lost or missing. We had some exceptionally difficult furniture pieces to transport and they did a wonderful job with everything.

They did a good job meeting me on time at the store and then delivering the furniture to my home. They unloaded and placed the boxes where I wanted them. Nice guys and hard, fast workers.

I had requested a move estimate from MSJ and received a quick response from Stu who provided me with detailed information on their rates and services. While their hourly rate was a little bit higher than other movers, they did not have any of the hidden fees and costs that I was discovering other movers had. I had a good feeling after speaking with Stu and reviewing all of the great Angie's list reviews, so I went ahead and booked them. I received a call from the movers about 1/2 an hour prior to their arrival. When they got to my place, they immediately got to work--efficiently loading all of my boxes and furniture. My movers, Juan & Vince, were professional, courteous, and really hustled to get the job done (I don't even think they stopped to take a break). After we arrived at the new place, they again worked quickly to move all of the boxes and furniture--I couldn't believe that they managed to do everything in only 2 hours (and that included a 20 minute drive between locations). Moves are typically very stressful, but these guys made this part of it so easy. I will definitely be referring your company to friends and family. Thank you for a job well done!

Stu responded immediately to my web inquiry at his website with a text message to acknowledge. He was very friendly and by phone we scheduled the date, price and time. He came to our home and did a walk through to make sure the estimate covered our needs and see if there were any issues that needed to be considered. Always available by text message, email and phone, he was very flexible and even allowed me to change the date with him to an earlier one. His team of movers; Moi, Sergio, Juan and Chris were on time, friendly, professional and ready to go. After a brief home tour to show the guys what types of furniture were being moved, they started working. The move went extremely smooth and faster than estimated. They were very helpful and assembled any furniture that was disassembled or required special handling. They were very careful to profect everything with shrink wrap, blanets and took proper care when loading the trucks. Ours took two truck loads. Everything went back into the new house and they remembered where just about everything went. We were on site with them so we could point this way or that or if there was a question but these guys are extremely smart and professional. Our experience was excellent and we couldn't be happier with how easy it all went. When the moving was done, each of the guys gave us a handshake and wished us good luck in our new place. They did a wonderful job of unpacking our moving truck. Being very careful with items, not one thing was scratched or broken. We were just thrilled with the job they did.

Drive Frank called at 8:30 to say they were on their way for my scheduled 9:00am move out. They arrived a bit early, came in to size up the job, and started immediately. They (Frank and Trevor) knew exactly how to wrap, handle and move each piece for furniture, and were very careful with everything. The loading was relatively quick and very efficient. Same at the destination storage facility. A great job of stowing items in a way that allowed for maximum use of space. Frank, Trevor, and MSJ exceeded my expectations, and when it comes time to move my belongings out of storage into my new home I will want them to do it, or for that matter, any other move I do in the future. Great, professional relocation at a very fair price.
