MSJ Delivery Moving & Storage

The crew arrived the rented home on time. They moved all the boxes to the truck. Then, they wrapped up mattresses and refrigerator carefully. They move these two items to the truck carefully. After they arrived my new home, they moved out refrigerator and mattresses from the truck to the kitchen and master bedroom respectively. It took two hours to complete the whole job. During performing their job, they were listening to us carefully and responding positively. Because of that, they could do the job quickly and effectively. No item was damaged. Their performance was professional. I would like to recommend MSJ Delivery to anyone who wants to move because of the quality of the job and also the unbelievably generous charge. It was a wonderful experience.

They were able to work with an unanticapted delay in the house closing which required changing the date of the move.

This is the 2nd time I have used MSJ for similar work. Jodi in the office is organized and worked with me on the initial scheduling and then responded promptly and efficiently when I had to reschedule. Tyler and Andre showed up on time, even calling me when they were on their way. They were extremely courteous and professional. They worked hard and quickly, taking special care to avoid problems with my hard wood floors. This firm will always be my first call when I need this kind of help.

Great experience with MSJ Delivery. Andy and Palani are professional movers, NOT a couple of college students. They called 30 min ahead to let me know that they were on their way. They moved a BBQ from our balcony and took the time to cover the bottom so that no grease/dirt stained the light carpet in the house. Would recommend this service to friends and family and use them for future moves.

They were a little late due to a misprint with the address. The 3 men who moved me were VERY professional, courteous, and helpful with anything I needed. They were very careful with all my furniture and managed to complete the move without any damage. I would have given them an overall A, but with the wrong address and the drivers stopping at Subway for lunch on my dime (they didn't think I noticed) I gave them a B.

It went well. I called and s/w Jody on Monday and needed my new furniture picked up in a couple days or I would lose my deposit on the furniture I purchased at the estate sale. I called a couple other places to get quotes, MSJ was a little more but everyone else sounded sketchy. One estimate I had a guy show up in an undershirt that was clearly full of sweat. yuk! Jody was very nice and accomidating to all my questions. I felt very confident everything would go well. The guys showed up on time, wrapped all my belongings and safely delivered it all to my apt. I was worried the big wall piece would not fit in the elevator, but the man in charge knew how to maneuver it properly into the elevator and I couldnt find any damages.I was looking. lol! Very good experience.

I saw the guys at a neighbors house and talked with Jason. After talking with him and seeing the crew in action I was sold. I moved a lot in the military and have had some rough around the edges kind of workers before, but these guys were all uniformed and moving with a purpose. I wasnt a member but they gave me an Angie's list discount anyways, because I told them the neighbor found them on Angies List and she got a deal. I promised to get a membership and write them a review, so here I am. The guys, Jason again with 2 other guys showed up on time packed up everything from my storage and delivered it all to my new house. it went so quickly I had them assemble a bunch and unpack everything, They took all the trash, boxes and I donated them some blankets too. overall, went well... I would use them again if I have to move.

They had to hoist everything minus some boxes over the balcony to get out of my house. They were very careful and nothing was damaged. Seth, Jason and Ron were polite, on time, and worked hard. They earned their tips.

They were on time. They took care with wrapping the furniture. They are very fast and efficient.

these people are great. they were on time (important on moving day), professional and FAST (but cautious, nothing was broken or misplaced.) I was unprepared on a few packing issues but Juan, Palani and Byron resolved them before I had a chance to get stressed. They worked beautifully as a team and as individuals. Everything they took apart ( bed, table), they put back together at the new apartment. They were very careful to not scrape walls or floors in the new apartment. And Palani even carried my twenty-pound cat to my car at the very end of the move. Very nice guys. If the rest of the company is a good as these three, I would recommend them without reservation. They were a little more expensive than the other mover's I considered but I went for the peace of mind that the reviews on Angie's List provided.

Juan/Alex/Miles were our MSJ movers. They were outstanding. They worked hard the entire time, while still being careful not to damage anything. I would recommend them to anyone, and will definetely be giving MSJ a call the next time I move.

I messaged MSJ through Angie's List and asked to be contacted to set up an appointment. After 2 weeks of no contact, I decided to try their phone, thinking that maybe they didn't check in here often. I was told by the owner, Stu, that he'd call me when he was back in the office so that he could set up a time. I didn't get a call back then, either. I gave them one more chance and called again, this time reaching the manager, Jason. He apologized for the lack of communication, and was very nice about the whole thing, so I went ahead and scheduled the appointment. Stu was supposed to come out on June 11 at 1:00 to give us a move estimate, but he called to say he was running behind and asked to push the appointment back to 3:00. I agreed since I didn't have anything going on that afternoon, and waited for him to show. It's a good thing I didn't hold my breath for that, since I haven't seen nor heard from anyone at MSJ Delivery since. I'm severely underwhelmed with the treatment I've received from these guys, especially since they have such good ratings. What a disappointment!

They were very fast and very good. Nothing was damage. Plus they were really nice guys. Best moving experience ever.

Overall an OK experience. The team of Juan, Tyler and Ashton was very nice to work with. They also were very reasonable in charging for the packing boxes ? we returned most of them on the same day as they left. The reason for giving an overall OK rating is - The major issue we found was we were not told that the credit card usage has a 4% fee! They did finally accept a check from us - but that took a lot of convincing. Also, some minor notes, not a huge issue - they seemed a bit rushed - there was a mirror broken and - upon final unpacking we found a few nicks and scrapes. We would hire them again for their overall professionalism as individuals and if they didn?t rush as much. Thanks for moving us. Abhay & Anjali

They made the moving process as painless as possible. They were very responsive about locating the furniture, even with heavy pieces. Nothing was damaged or lost. I appreciated that they gave a fixed bid and they were very well insured.

Great experience. 2 guys arrived on Friday to pack the entire house and were very efficient and professional. We gave only a few directions about what not to pack and they followed it perfectly. The put aside one item that was broken during packing for us to see which was exactly what you would hope they would do. Everything was packed promptly and furniture that could be prepared ahead of the actual move was done in same day. On the Saturday the truck with 3 men rolled up right on time and they got stuck straight into the task at hand. They worked quickly but carefully - again with no direction at all from us. Had it all loaded up, transported and unloaded within 6 hours total. Probably could have been a little faster if we hadn't made a couple of changes with where we wanted them to put stuff. They also helped to move a couple of items that were already at the house which was a big help. They gave us a call 30 mins before coming to the house each day and were there right on time. They also called when they were leaving the house to head to the new place - in hindsight I wished they would have called 30 mins before finishing up there so we could have cast an eye over to be sure everything we needed loaded was loaded. This was certainly not their fault, as already mentioned we gave very little oversight. All in all a great experience and would highly recommend them to others.

Everything went so well. Not the usual moving company experience. Sergio was Awesome, as was the entire 5 man crew. They were polite, professional, on-time and extremely careful both with the loading up of the furniture and all the boxes and the unloading the trucks at the new home. They managed to get everything to the new house in one piece and without a scratch. We have moved many times in our lives and this perfection was a first for us.

The 2 men( Juan & Trevor) arrived on time and started moving all of our furniture and boxes from our condo into the elevator and onto the truck. From there, they drove to the storage unit and had to unload all of the boxes and furniture from the truck into an elevator and into the storage space. They were very nice and professional and fit everything very well and safely. I was very happy with their work and will hire them again and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants quality people handling their possesions.

I had purchased the moving coupon for this company thru Angie's List which included two total hours of moving, two movers and the van. What the coupon did not include was gas fees which came out to be 7%. Also, there were extra fees once you got past the two hour coupon limit. Also, more importantly, MSJ did NOT have a minimum which is why I chose them for my move. .I used to live near UTC and worked up in Vista so I had been moving things up to my new place throughout the week. By the time I was ready for the final move all I had left were: king sized bed, 3 cushion sofa, cat tree & scratcher and a couple small boxes. MSJ (Sergio & Byron) came by on-time and moved all of my stuff to Carlsbad in under 2 hours. Sergio & Byron moved all of my stuff quickly and professionally.

They were great. It was back in February. They were really good. It was a big deal. They were quick and efficient and really friendly. They were top marks across the board.

The 3 men they sent were courteous and hard working. The move went without incident. None of the furniture was damaged and while it took a little longer than I thought, this could have been due to their need to wait for elevators in both buildings. I would certainly recommend them and would plan to use them in the future

We had a two hour moving coupon that was listed on Angie's List from this company. Two young men named Juan and Ashton were right on time and did a fantastic job. We couldn't have been more pleased. They were polite, neat and extremely careful with the furniture. Some of the pieces were old and they handled them very gently. After all was completed and in place at the other end of the move, they said we still had some time left on our two hour coupon and could they do anything else for us. We actually had them move a couple of other pieces of furniture around the house that were difficult for my husband and I to move. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone that needs items moved. They were fantastic.

Stu took the time to explain his business model and protocol to me when I booked the gig a mere 8 days before the actual move. I didn't have to pay upfront, either. He called the night before to confirm the move dateas well as move time. He also mentioned I would get a call 30 minutes prior to arrival time. All three men showed exactly on time ready to work! Juan, Ashton and Trevor were professional, courteous and hard-working. They hustled and moved me quickly and efficiently, taking great care of my items. They deftly moved my items up the stairs to my new condo without any problem.
