I interviewed four movers. MSJ was the most friendly, courteous and informative of them all. They were prompt, efficient and frendly. They took as much care with my less expensive pieces of furniture as they did with my most expensive. They worked quickly, but weren't frantic. They were friendly and caring and worked constantly as they talked and joked with me and amongst themselves. They carefully placed my furniture -- centering items without being asked to, carefully placing rugs so they were straight and even! A strong team who worked closely together and they finished in less time than I had estimated! After completing the move they asked if I was happy with the placement of the furniture, and if I wanted them to relocate anything. I've moved many times in my life and this team was one of the best I've ever used.

I moved the boxes and small furniture myself, and chose MSJ Delivery to move the things that I couldn't move in a minivan. Nate and Alex showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently and were very, very professional. After 30-plus years in the Navy and the Foreign Service, I have moved a LOT, and these were the best movers I've had.

Now I know why this company is so highly rated. Andre, Alex, and Matt were the best. They showed up on time, in spite of the confusing street arrangements around our house. They were polite and energetic. They looked at what was to be moved before they started so that they could pack the truck well and so that the items that would need to come out first were packed last. When I booked this work, I hesitated having a 3 person crew because I thought that my stairs might be a bottleneck. I was so happy that I listened to Jodi, because it really did help to have that 3rd person there. It was well coordinated, and they worked smart. The move was completed quickly, without wasted effort, and our belongings were well taken care of. I will use this company again when the next house is ready. Thanks MSJ!

They showed up on time. Called first. They were professional and courteous. They charged by the hour and worked hard.

The move was executed well by MSJ Delivery, in a single day and the team was very professional. MSJ started on time at 8:00 AM and worked well into the night to complete the job. It was quite a job and they stuck with it until finished. Because of the complex nature and size of the move, there were a few minor complications; however, the owner (Stu) was very professional and everything was handled without problem. All in all, MSG is a very good company that I would recommend anytime for your moving needs.

The move went very well. We had 5 guys - Fernando, Chris, Trevor, Spencer and Byron. All of these guys worked very h****** moving all of our items. They were fast and helpful. I would recommend them and would use them again myself. Our escrow got messed up and we had to change the move date at the last minute and thankfully they were able to accommodate us.

Andre, Alex and Jan came in and got right to work. They protected the furniture with padding, and a couple of pieces that had doors and drawers also got wound round and round with plastic sheeting. Since we were moving these items to a storage space that proved to be a little too small for all the items, the guys worked their butts off to lift items and pile them up very carefully one on top of the other in order to cram everything in. It was a very hot day and it had to be 90 degrees inside the storage facility, but the guys didn't stop or complain. The fuel charge of $12 was excessive because the distance between the two locations was less than a mile.

Stu and his workers were on time and very professional about the entire process. They managed to pack our 4,000 sq./ft. home like clockwork in one day! Stu also made sure to take his time with disassembling and wrapping our piano with care and kit gloves. He and his entire crew were vey courteous and efficient. During the delivery portion, Stu's men showed up on time as promised and Stu arrived a little later to oversee the entire process. Again, the entire crew was efficient and courteous while completing the job in a timely manner. My husband and I were very pleased with Stu, his men and their work. This company did an "A" rate job. Stu was very personable and managed to assist us with our move even though we were in a bind for time and it was right before the Christmas holiday! First and foremost I'd like to say that the guys came in the front door with a smile on their face and ready to work. After the initial greetings and run down of what was to be done, they got right to work. I could hear the guys joking w/ one another and it seemed as though they were truly happy to be working. Having been in our home for 19 years, this was our first move from a house to a house vs. our first move which was from a VERY small apartment to a house. It is a big job that is really not a ton of fun with a lot of busy work. The guys had a great attitude all day! They returned on Sunday with the same great attitude and I have to say the move was not stressful at all. The guys had helpful hints for the best way to pack things as I was helping to finish pack on that Friday and then on Sunday they went right to work and had us moved in no time. I will be hiring them again in November as we will be moving from our temporary housing to our new home. I am expecting the same great service from the crew: Fernando, Trevor, Vance, Matt and Miles. MSJ Delivery very much delivered for us. We were moving items out of a house where an extremely conflict-wanting ex-husband, did not want the goods to leave. He told the courts he had either given everything back, didn't have items, or that the rest was his. We told this to Sergio, Juan, Alex and Nate, so when we arrived with the Sheriff, they were ready. They got to see the crazy antics of this man up close, yet were professional, polite, and got the job done. Most importantly they were very sympathetic and caring as they removed and carefully transported a childhood piano from the man's house (where he was saying the piano was a wedding gift!). MSJ - thank you for the work you did, the situation your team managed quickly and without creating a storm. We got in, we removed the items, and can now restart a life in a much more peaceful manner!

They did a fantastic job. They didn't break a thing and were very careful. They guys were very professional, friendly, and great to deal with. They got my things moved in the amount of time that they said they would. I would use them again if needed.

Juan, Tyler and Andre were very professional, careful and just a set of nice guys. They worked very h****** a very hot day (for San Diego). They moved the house so fast, and were not at all fazed when I asked them if they could help me attack a large storage unit we had packed. I am very happy with my first time using movers with MSJ! Fernando and Ashton were very professional, on time and were very careful with our furniture. We've never used movers before and it was definitely worth it. It's pretty much the same price as if you were to rent a truck and pay for gas. This way you dont have to bother your friends and pay about the same for professional help. Everything from researching on Angies list and calling for info and a quote, all went very well. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for reliable, legit movers.

It is one of the rare jewels in the business world that could easily go unnoticed due to the humble and authentic approach by which this company is run. There are no promotional gimmicks, unconscious business tactics, or unprofessional residuals at the end of your moving experience with them. Stu is a hands-on type of guy, with a genuineness that infiltrates every component involved in the upheaval of a move. He is straightforward, polite, and astute in his knowledge and preparation, while remaining compassionate and sensitive to your unique personal vulnerabilities involving your move. All of Stu's employees displayed a consistent conscientiousness in their work ethics and a sincere consideration toward our personal expectations and feelings throughout the entire move. They went out of their way to ease the uncomfortableness in 'transition and change' one experiences with a move. Juan exhibited exceptional 'leadership' and 'follow through' throughout the move in its entirely, without abusing or disrespecting his authority. He overestimates a tad to assure a competent and professional move, and competently works toward 'your' financial gain. We were profoundly surprised with how much the cost dropped from what was initially estimated, as the men completed the move in credible time. Without hesitation, we cannot recommend this company high enough, for it exceeds what has become a stereotypically not good experience, and turned it into absolute appreciation and gratitude. Kudos.

Very well. I changed the date several times and they rolled with it for the most part. One moment of damage to a leather couch. Paint of the wall rubbed off onto leather. Black mark on wall, paint on couch. One guy denied it which was irritating. Overall, the guys were nice, strong, and courteous. One person was my go to guy and they all communicated well together. Left a message with Stu about the couch. We'll see if he responds.

Tyler and Trevor showed up on time at the home in Hillcrest. They covered the two pieces with heavy quilts and then shrink wrapped them. As they removed the armoire, they pointed out it had a broken foot (not caused by them). They had my friend call me to be sure I had wood glue and when they set it in place, they used the glue for me. Once they arrived in Chula Vista, they were careful with both pieces to be sure they did not scratch my floors. They quickly and efficiently hooked up my TV inside the armoire and installed the mirror in the hall. At all times they were polite, professional, and neat. These were exceptionally nice, polite young men and I was very impressed with their professionalism.

The move went smooth thanks to the great work from Sergio, Trevor, Nathan, Andre, and Byron. No complaints, they were prompt, professional, and hard working and the move went very fast. We had zero issues and would definitely use their service again.

MSJ came to move my family from an upstairs apartment to a new house. Juan (team leader), Vance and Tyler were punctual, communicative, extremely careful with difficult shaped furniture through regular sized doors, knowledgable and great to work with. They were quick and efficient and even when I forgot what we did with something, Juan remembered where it was. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company and highly recommend them to anyone with delivery/moving needs.

The movers were very professional and conscientious. The truck used for the job was much larger than what we required and the service exceptional. Wouldn't recommend anyone else.
