MSJ Delivery Moving & Storage

Very satisfied. They moved me to the Temecula area and were very professional in all respects. Gary and his crew were outstanding. They were careful, respectful, on time and on budget. What more could I ask for? Oh yes, they were very fairly priced.

Fernando (who was part of the original pick up crew), Carlos and Kollin showed up right on time with all our stuff MSJ had stored for 2 weeks. They worked quickly, professionally and cheerfully putting everything right where we asked them to. We had absolutely no damage to any of our items! Thanks so much guys for handling everything so perfectly!

Stu came out to our home and gave us an estimate on moving, storing and delivering to our new home. He was very pleasant and professional. He explained the process and went over the details of how everything would be prepared for storage as well as the costs. On the day of the move we had not quite finished packing and we have several large items that we were no able to pack. They finished the packing and prepared the larger items for moving. Stu sent two smaller trucks as our driveway was a very difficult one negotiate. The move day took a little long than planned but was understandable as we were not as prepared as we had planned. They were very easy to work with from the office staff to the moving crew. Our dates for both of the moves were not firm and we could not give MSJ exact dates for our move but they accommodation us and we were able to move on our requested dates. After a month of storage the moving crew arrived at our new home right on time and unloaded and set up beds, etc very swiftly. They were all very well mannered, introduced themselves on arrival and worked well together. Carlos managed the crew on both sides of the move and did well at keeping it all organized. He handled the paper work and explained everything before they started and on finishing. They others Brian, Asa, Kollin and Gary were all great and I would not hesitate to use MSJ and this crew again or to recommend to friends and family. The costs were a bit high but well worth it for the great service and not one thing broken!

They were terrific. They were transporting some things of mine to the consignment shop. When the shop wouldn’t accept a few things, they offered to take the items up the way a few miles to a local Goodwill – even though they were in a time crunch with their next job.

ASA was very respectful, helpful, and capable. Moving was made much easier and smoother because of this company and their competent employees. It was a long day and we had many things to move, including lots of boxes, appliances, and very heavy and expensive machinery, which were all moved with care. Nothing was damaged, the movers were personable and efficient, and we will likely use this company again in the future.

MSJ arrived on time and were efficient and careful with their work. I would hire them again, but I hope I don't need to.

Carlos, Brian and Kevin of msj made my life 1k times easier with unbelievable service, attitude and efficiency. I highly recommend this service to anyone looking to move with ease.

Shawn & Gary showed up on time and helped us move some furniture in our home. They then moved boxes and misc items to a storage facility and unloaded them. They were both professional and helpful. This the 3 rd time I have used MSJ and each time they performed their work efficiently and well. I will continue to use them on any future moves.

Carlos, Fernando, and Andre arrived at our storage unit exactly on time, they were very nice and professional - they introduced themselves and got to work. They were incredibly fast, but I was never concerned that they were going to break anything. They also moved us into our apartment in record time (the apartment house said they didn't believe it could be done so quickly). Because of the HOA rules, they had to part on the street, go through a garage, and then up to the apartment. They worked incredibly well as a team, using a relay system to get everything to the apartment, and then they put together a bed and a table - all in about 2.5 hours. They were also great about repositioning furniture when we changed our minds about where things should go. I would absolutely recommend MSJ movers to anyone.

Brian and Carlos checked in without throughout the move to see if we needed anything above and beyond what they were already doing. We felt comfortable and at ease with both of them. They worked quickly and efficiently together. We definitely recommend them.

Carlos, Asa, Sean and Kollin are all wonderful and responsive to my concern and my need. They work hard to make sure all things are do right. Even I have changed my mind to move things to different places, they are patient to address my wishes. Sincerely thanks to you all. Great job!

They were professional and I have no complaints about them. There were two trucks and four guys. They were careful with the packing. They were courteous and clean. They did a full days work. The quality was good.

I had excellent service and an amazing experience with this move to another apartment. Shawn and Kevin moved me so efficiently and fast. Both young men were so polite and professional. They moved me within a short time and made it all look so easy, which it wasn't with the proximity to where they had to park and distance to my apartment. They were so gentle and kind with Katie the cat who at first wanted to make friends with Shawn and Kevin, but then changed her mind quickly when she saw what was happening. I was able to get her to another room with ease and their help. Tina was so nice and took care of all the arrangements of the move. It had been a while since my last move, and I called back more than several times with questions. She took great care with assuring and calming me and answering all my questions. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them highly to all my friends. Thank you Tina, Shawn and Kevin.

Great. They were prompt, respectful, and helpful. The three guys were super nice and worked our our schedule. They even offered to place big itemes once we move in.

I liked them better from the start. They had a little more expensive quote but it ended up being lower because the movers were very quick. We had a lot of stairs at my last place and they used the stairs at my new place a little bit. I was surprised they had to hoist the sectional up. I recommend them highly. wish I didnt throw the paperwork away so I could mention the guys names, as they get an extra bonus for good reviews. They most defiantly deserve it as they were awesome.

They were on time, and I had no damages. I thought Byron, Carlos and Asa were great guys. They all worked hard and were fun to be around. I was very happy to pay them to move instead of killing my boyfriend with a uhaul.

went well. initially i was hesitant to store it all with them, cuz i wanted to be able to sell some items over the year and i really didnt know where i was going to live. i used them because i felt stu and the other guy was more trustworthy and that msj was going to be more flexible with my needs. they took really good care of my stuff. i got everything back, it all looks as it did when they took it. they wrapped everything up like a mummy so nothing would get wrecked. i didnt really pack much up they helped me pack. i went through everything yesterday and it is all perfect. im very happy with them. stu was very nice and accomidating. he helped me sell a couple items on cl and i didnt even have to show up. tina was nice too. i changed my move in date 4x and she was understanding and helped me.

they packed everything for both of us on 1 day and managed to get to the apt with trucks from my place and my buddys place around the same time on another day to unload into our apt. I was stoked I was at work and left the key at the landlord and they put everything where it was supposed to be and nothing was broke. very happy.

MSJ may be helpful for smaller jobs, but DO NOT trust these guys for any large moves.!! Not only were they 3 hours late on delivery but we trusted these guys to move and store our stuff from S.D. to L.A. and I have never, experienced so many broken items, sloppy packing and then they left a whole load behind that we were forced to go pick up ourselves from a condo we had just sold.- Some of the items broken; a large stand-up antique brass lamp, how do actually take chunks of brass out of a metal lamp?? a insert for a brand new dining set,huge score marks on the underside, 1960's glassware completely broken, 10 water glasses, etc. an original beautiful mixed media picture we bought in Sedona, AZ. for $195.00. was cut down the middle and glass missing from frame. Gary, who spoke over the phone with my husband was very snarky and rude. His offer was, "Oh, I can just replace the stuff from my Grandmothers antique shop." Well, NO these things are actually not replaceable from your "Grandmothers antique shop.? That's the kind of response you will get if you complain about broken items. Now we are in a rude and protracted argument about getting compensation for all these broken items, And the terrible thing is there may be more, because we had them put stuff into our L.A. storage unit after moving stuff into our apartment, that we have yet to go through.I have made many moves in my lifetime, with a lot of stuff, and mostly did self-moves with just packers on either end, I have never, ever, seen the amount of damage done to my items before MSJ got their hands on them. When we went to our storage unit to take a look over things that may be broken, we now find my mountain bike is MISSING!! And the last time I saw it was when MSJ was unloading our stuff onto the lawn in front of our LA apartment building, before taking things to our storage unit. Our storage unit is not that big and a bike is hard to miss. - OH, and get this, I got a phone call the day after we moved, before any of these broken and missing items were discovered by us, asking f we "had any furniture that didn't belong to us". Whaa?! I told the woman that I think we would have noticed if there had been any new furniture we had mysteriously acquired during the move, but I'd let her know if it showed up.. So, keep on writing those great reviews about Stu and his MSJ biz...I would suspect he may be hiring a few of those review people, because it just does not make sense.

Unreal! Fernando, Miles and Nick showed up right on time. They are all super friendly and professional Tina who scheduled our service is also very friendly, helpful and professional. She was also very patient when we changed the date/service we needed...more than once. Fernando, Miles and Nick worked so efficiently. They managed to pack all our stuff in 3 hours. We felt so comfortable with these guys, we went out for breakfast and ran a couple errands. By the time we got home, they were just wrapping it up. We are definitely going to request this same team once we're ready to have it delivered to our new house. Definitely recommend MSJ! They helped make moving a lot less stressful.

Asa and Kollin were punctual, professional, and great to work with. I was very happy with the quality of their work and enjoyed working along side of them.

Andy and Andre arrived right on time. They protected all furnishings appropriately with wrapping and blankets and were very competent, careful and efficient. Their transit across town to the delivery sites was very timely and all furnishings were safely and carefully deposited. They even moved established furnishings for us to allow room for the new deliveries. The cost for all this we felt was very reasonable and competitive.

We had water, Gatorade and muffins for them in the morning and pizza for lunch. We also tipped each guy- they worked so hard and moved quickly.
