MSJ Delivery Moving & Storage

The scheduler changed the date & time at least 2 times to accomodate their orders which was a bit of annoyance. The truck could not make it up the driveway so the movers had to haul the furniture using dollies or carrying it by hand which added additional time & cost to the move. The 2 gentlemen were friendly & professional & explained their process. I waived the additonal insurance for damage which I regret since they damaged my leather chair. The compensation does not even cover the labor much less the material to fix the damage. After I reported the damage to the scheduler it took over a week plus a few reminders to get a status and a solution for the damage. It took a over a month to finally receive the check for the damage.

The move went very well! All items arrived in original condition and the movers were very good about placing the items exactly where they needed to go. They were super nice and very professional. I highly recommend this company! I've used several companies and would definitely use MJS again.

From the initial quote, through packing and moving into my new house George and Felix were outstanding. Everything was well packed and nothing was broken. At the other end they quickly and efficiently brought everything into the new house, set up the beds and placed the furniture where it needed to go. I would absolutely use them again. They made the daunting process of relocating easy. Thanks, guys!

The movers were very helpful and professional

It was an excellent experience all around. It was a very rainy day, but Carlos and Junior called when expected and arrived precisely on time. The job took less time than expected, Carlos was very helpful with suggestions and estimations of how much we could put in the storage facility, and they even took away an old mattress for a small disposal fee. They were friendly, helpful, polite and very professional. We will hire them again, without question.

The guys were very polite and professional and very timely. They called in advance to let my know that they were coming and asking if I had any additional needs. I would definitely recommend them! I plan on using them again!

Andre, Rob and Marcus arrived on time and immediately went to work, first assessing the two part move then starting the move. They were professional, efficient, courteous, careful and a pleasure to work with. These gentlemen worked hard and continued into overtime without hesitation or complaint. They worked well as a team with each other and with us. We definitely would use MSJ

There was a lot of furniture to move and they wrapped everything very well and nothing was damaged and the guys were very nice. They were on time and professional. When we move the last few items from the old house we will call them again.

We needed two large and heavy printers moved. The project included a narrow, very delicate, new wood staircase plus multiple outdoor stairs. Andre and Brian were just great! They completed our job quickly, professionally and paid close attention to all our requests. Chris was also very helpful through the process. We will definitely use MSJ again.

Brian and Daniel were exceptional. They arrived on time and worked extremely hard to get the job done in the estimated time. We had requested to move only heavy furniture and a few boxes, but then decided to move everything which they did very graciously. There were no hidden fees and price quoted was what we paid. They went above our expectations! Very professional and friendly. They even like my dog who wants lots of attention. We would definitely recommend them if you need a job well done.

The delivery and moving crew were on time, well mannered, clean and dressed appropriately. The men were able to follow directions as to where each piece should go. They were very careful with my furniture. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely use MSJ Delivery and Moving again.

Not well. I do not want to pay for the approx. 2 hr. that the Sheriff was talking with the movers. I did not get a bill/receipt at the end of the move and they will not mail me one. It has been 3 weeks since they moved me. Stu Zuckerman the owner will not call me back and they will not send me a receipt even though I said that I needed this for tax purposes.He is taking advantage of a senior citizen.

Every single mover that MSJ assigned to our move on three different weekends -- Aaron, Andrew, Ralph, David, Junior, Brian, Michael, and Tim -- was polite, professional, and very respectful of our belongings (no matter how heavy!). They were all friendly and more than willing to do anything that would be helpful to us in moving out of the old house and moving in to the new house. Moving is a pain, but MSJ helped us enormously! We have already recommended MSJ to friends and family!

GREAT, Beyond expectations, these folks were seasoned professionals, no faffing around, showed up promptly at 8am, introduced the team, Brian (lead), Junior (loves oldie music), Ralph and Micheal, started right to work, new what they were doing, all furniture was padded and shrink wrapped, estimated 8 hours for a four bedroom house, finished in less than 6 hours, outstanding, you cannot go wrong moving with MSJ!!!

Called about questions regarding the coupon and ended up booking a truck with 3 movers. The girl on the phone estimated 4 hours and she was right. The guys had lots of blankets, were careful with our stuff, and worked well as a team.

Very good, the price was slightly high, but I am happy that I used them.

Our move was a little unique as we only needed MSJ to move our big furniture items. They included dining room and living room furniture, a heavy A/V media cabinet, and two mattresses - including a king-sized monster that is a bear to move. The morning of our move, it was - of course - raining. The team - Asa, Robert, and David - showed up right on time. Despite the lousy weather, they seemed happy to be there and ready to go. The team was great - not only very professional, but also extremely careful with what they were handling. While it didn't seem to take long, they did a great job wrapping all of the furniture with padded blankets and plastic wrap. At the new house, they were careful to lay down mats to wipe their feet on before entering, and extremely careful carrying some pretty large pieces of furniture up one or two flights of steep stairs. They carefully reassembled everything and made sure that everything was to our satisfaction before packing up the truck and heading out. Moving can definitely be tedious and stressful, but MSJ helped it be a little less so. I highly recommend them, and if/when we move again, I'm sure we'll be calling them.

Very professional, responsive, and friendly. They were on-time. They picked up a fridge for me on the way to my new home. They stayed three hours over (at a charge, of course - but it was fair). One item was accidentally damaged during the move but they came to a quick resolution. I would definitely use MSJ again.

This was a big move and it was the 2nd time that we have used MSJ Delivery. They are a very professional and trustworthy moving company. It took 6 guys a full day to load all of our furniture and possessions into two trucks, transport them, and unload them at the new residence. The movers (Andre, Brian, Robert, Chris, David, and Ismael) were excellent and took great care with our furniture and possessions. They were very careful to wrap furniture to protect it and to load/unload their trucks with thought and planning. The only complaint that we might have is that it appeared that the guys slowed down in the afternoon in an attempt to push things into overtime, which is more expensive, of course. But other than that, we were very pleased with the move and highly recommend them to others.
