MSJ Delivery Moving & Storage

All three men were professional, friendly and took their time to do things right. They exceeded our expectations in every way.

The two guys showed up right on time, they were careful with our furniture and wrapped moving blanket (is that what you call the blue blankets movers use?) over the large pieces. They loaded up the truck and followed my husband to our storage unit. Setting up the 2 hour service was easy. I contacted MSJ through Angie's list on a Sunday. Someone responded right away, the next day I received a phone call from the manager, or maybe the owner. She was nice...especially when she realized I was a member of Angie's List. The only issue I had with MSJ was actually, the manager/owner on the phone. During our first phone conversation as we were confirming the date and time of the movers she realized the information she had on my house was wrong. No, we do not have an elevator in the house, no we are not 80 years old, no we do not live in Orange, obviously she simply was looking at a different inquiry. The woman totally started blaming this super easy to correct issue on the person who is in the office on the weekends, to me, a customer. She was questioning why she hires weekend help when they screw up all the time. It was so unprofessional and mean. I suppose me dishing out the details of the woman on the phone is mean, too but I still give the whole experience an A. My first review!

The three guys (Asa, Miles & Derrick) MSJ sent were fast, efficient and courteous. No problems at all. They even had to move a really, really heavy table top and did so with no problems even tho the carry was pretty far. I had bought the half off special and they managed to do everything in the 3 hour time frame. Nothing got dropped. So I'm 100% satisfied!

Carlos and Brian arrived exactly on time, carefully wrapped the furniture and then moved the furniture to our home. Delivery went very smoothly. Crew was very helpful.

It was good. They were hardworking guys. It ended up taking a lot longer than initially expected.

Carlos, Stevie, Brian, and Nicholas did a great job. They were efficient and quick. Carlos kept checking in with me to make sure that we were on the same page and that they were clear on what to do. He's a good crew chief and they were a good crew. I'd definitely use them again.

Fernando, Nicholas, and Jonah were absolutely amazing. They were efficient, polite, very organized, and punctual. This is my second time using them. They were amazing the first time and they were amazing the second time. I have nothing negative to say. If I need movers, I only call them. This company provides customer service like few others can these days. Thanks again.

Everything went very smooth. Fernando and his crew arrived on time and after Fernando went through some paperwork, they went right to work. The crew, Oscar, Andre, Big Nick and not as big Nick, were courteous and friendly. Everyone kept moving and they were able to load and unload everything at the new house in about 11 hours. All very professional. I would definitely recommend MSJ and will use them for my future needs.

It couldn't have gone any better. Total move was 6.5 hrs from start at their facility to delivery and unloading at destination. We had Fernando, Nicholas, and Darrick move us. They were professional and skilled! They hustled and no damage to anything. They took great care in everything. I have experienced other movers and these guys were impressive. I will definitely be using MSJ to move me again in 6.5months and will ask for Fernando , Nicholas and Darrick. You want these guys to move you!

Carlos, Miles, and Nicholas from MSJ Delivery arrived right on time. Carlos did a walk through with us to see what items needed special care. Went through the paperwork and then they got started. The guys did a wonderful, professional job. They protected our flat screens and glass tops by wrapping and handling them with care. They moved everything out without banging on our walls or nicking door frames. They had to lower our sofa from the balcony down to the first floor and did an amazing job! It was so scary for us, but they had it under control the whole time. Really impressed. They drove to our other home, unloaded and were done within 15 minutes of the time they predicted.

Movers were competent, courteous and upbeat. Even at the end of very HARD day. Thanks Steven, Nick, Miles, Shawn, Dakota and for a job well done! i do wish that we had negotiated one price beforehand and not paid by the hour. the final bill was higher than estimated/expected.

I have to say that I was hesitant to pay for movers because of the expense but it turned out to be the best way to go. MJS Delivery made has made my move so much more easier and faster. In a matter of one day, I had my new house set up and moved. Carlos, Miks and Andre were great and worked fast and efficiently making the most of their time. Since it was a cost per hour, they made the most of their time and it was money well spent. Great job and go with this company!

I had Carlos, Fernando, Byron and Shawn work full day unloading, uncrateing, placing, assembling and moving about 3 trucks worth of furniture today. Every single detail about this job was performed top notch. First and foremost, the crew was very professional. That includes punctuality, neatness, care about every single piece of furniture they had to work with. They did not scratch, damage, drop a single item (and some of the pieces required 4 guys to move into very tight spots). They were very careful with the walls, doors and floors. My wife several times asked them to move pieces to different locations (including different rooms and floors) and the guys did it with a 'yes, can do' attitude. A surprisingly positive experience ....

Asa and Jonah did an excellent job of covering, loading, and delivery of furniture. Best of all they were fast, completed job within the time I requested. Would definitely use them again.

Fernando and his crew we are very personable and nice - Asa, Derrick, Andre & Dakota. They worked very efficient and the move went fairly fast. For the most part, moving is h*** - you get sweaty, dirty, frustrated and you'd rather be doing something else. But, the MSJ guys made our move.... somewhat fun. When the MSJ crew showed up, we were tired from being up late the previous night packing, and we were tired, stressed and still had stuff to pack. But, Fernando and the crew instantly set our minds at ease when they started the job. While they worked their butts off, they still managed to joke and make light of whatever they were doing at the time. Even when we were done moving in and we were saying good-bye to all the guys, they still had enough energy to crack a few more jokes. We were even schooled about arachnids by one of the crew, and even though I hate spiders, I enjoyed hearing him talk about them.

Stu came out and walked through our house to give an estimate and to figure out how many trucks and movers would be needed. Tina contacted me within a day with a written estimate. Two days before, they called to confirm. On moving day, the team lead, Fernando, called me just before they left the office. They arrived as they said, in 30 minutes. The men, Miles, Byron, Nicholas, Dakota and Shawn checked in with me by shaking my hand and introducing themselves. Fernando went over all the paperwork and did a walk thru. Then the guys started wrapping furniture with blankets. They systematically worked through the house. Not one piece was damaged, walls in either house were in perfect condition. Everything they moved into the new house, they placed where we wanted. They were patient as we changed our minds a few times. This company took care of us. They were polite and very hard working. We appreciated all they did to make our move smooth. We highly recommend this company. They have a personal touch that most companies don't. THANK YOU MSJ.

MSJ was the best moving experience that I have ever had. A friend of mine used them a few months ago, and they had a similar experience. Carlos, Asa, Brian, Jonah, and Stevie completed our move from a 4 bedroom home in less than 5 hours. The guys worked non-stop and were extremely professional and courteous. We originally thought the move would take 8 hours. Since they charge by the hour, I saved over $700 from my estimate. I would absolutely use them again if I ever have to move.

Communication was very good. Showed up on time, and worked efficiently. I hoped they could finish the job in 3 hours, but it took 4. Overall, a good experience.

Asa and Miles were very prompt, courteous, and professional. They were waiting for me when I got to their facility, and worked quickly and cheerfully to get the job done.

Asa, Miles, and Vincent were our movers. Asa called 30 minutes before to say they were on their way. Each of those men worked continually to remove all the items. They didn't waist time! I did have all the boxes pre-packed and marked and they moved those as well as my couches, tables, 2 K beds, 2 twin beds, head boards, washer & dryer and refrigerator. It went very smoothly. I will want this same crew to move me back into the home once the remodel is complete. Very professional! They are the best movers I have ever used.

Excellent moving experience. They (Carlos, Byron, Brian) showed up exactly on time, worked very efficiently, and were very careful with my items. Very professional and polite. I would certainly use MSJ again.

Andy and Rob arrived on time and handled everything quickly and safely. It's a little extra work using our elevator and loading dock but, they have been to our building before and knew what to expect. They were very friendly, professional and courteous. Would not hesitate to use them in the future.

Smooth as silk. Carlos and Nick arrived on time (Sunday morning at 8:00 a.m.) and accomplished the move swiftly and with great care.
