We met for an estimate. I added on a couple of small tasks when he got here and he did them without over inflating the additional fee. He's very methodical and neat in his work.

Not good. Could not get an estimate and had to go with someone else (Bruce Morgan) who we were very pleased with in terms of responsiveness and good work.

He was extremely fast and provided high quality work. He had a fair price.

This is the best contractor I have ever dealt with and I've dealt with many. Prompt, personable, extremely hard worker, great prep and clean up; and a good price. Terry made an extra effort to come and give me an estimate at night the same day I called. Terry was the only contractor who suggested ways to save money and who said he could do the job without destroying my automatic sprinkler system. The work was done within a few days because Terry works absurdly long days, the work was perfect, it looks great, and the price was great. Charged only $2200 for labor plus actual cost of materials. Couldn't be happier.

Terry is a very hard worker who does exactly what he says. He is punctual and provides excellent advice related to the job. We have used him for several other projects and all have been high-quality and performed in a timely fashion. One of the best contractors that I have ever dealt with.

Terry was very pleasant to deal with, we didn't have any problems with the work, but we felt there was unnecessary surveying done at exhorbitant cost.

TERRY THIEL WAS REMARKABLY HELPFUL AND POLITE. HE APOLOGIZED AND SAID HE DID NOT HAVE TIME TO DO A SMALLER JOB LIKE THIS BECAUSE HIS SCHEDULE IS FULL, BUT HE PROVIDED REFERENCES FOR 2 OTHER MASONS THAT HE FELT DID HIGH QUALITY WORK WHO MIGHT BE ABLE TO INCORPORATE THIS SMALLER JOB INTO THEIR SCHEDULES.

EXCELLENT WORK AND DONE IN JUST TWO DAYS INCLUDING ARRANGING FOR ALL EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS TO REMOVE THE OLD WALL AND PLANTS AND INSTALL THE NEW WALL.

COMPANY OWNER, TERRY THIEL, RESPONDED TO PROVIDE A QUOTE THE DAY I ASKED FOR IT. HE PROVIDED A DETAILED ESTIMATE, THAT WAS WITHIN $50 OF THE FINAL COST. HE HAD AN OPENING TO DO THE WORK 2 DAYS LATER AND WE MOVED FORWARD. TERRY ARRIVED EXACTLY ON TIME AND EACH OF HIS SUBS ARRIVED WHEN EXPECTED. TERRY SPECIFIED THE MATERIALS TO MEET MY NEEDS, EVEN THOUGH I DID NOT KNOW ENOUGH TO SPECIFY THE TYPE OF CONCRETE, ETC. EXCELLENT CRAFTSMANSHIP. HE LEFT THE JOB 100% COMPLETED, WITH NO NEED TO CALL HIM BACK. THE WORK SITE WAS CLEAN AND READY FOR USE. DURING THE PROJECT, I NOTED THAT TERRY VERY CAREFULLY LAID OUT ALL OF THE TOOLS HE WOULD NEED. HE KEPT HIS WORK AREA NEAT AND VERY WELL ORGANIZED. IT IS CLEAR THAT HE TAKES REAL PRIDE IN HIS WORK. I WILL USE HIM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND HIM FOR ANY CONCRETE WORK.

VERY RESPONSIBLE. RETURNED PHONE CALLS. GAVE GREAT ADVICE ON PROJECT AND OTHER PROJECTS CONSIDERED. HARD WORKER. ON TIME. KNOWS HIS BUSINESS. HAS A GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH SUPPLIERS INDICATING ESTABLISHED PROFESSIONAL REPUTATION IN THE FIELD. I ASKED HIM WHY HE CALLED HIS COMPANY MIDNIGHT MASONRY DESIGNS AND HE SAID IF WAS BECAUSE HE WILL STAY UNTIL THE WORK IS DONE, EVEN UNTIL MIDNIGHT IF NECESSARY.
