They are wonderful. They call up and tell me what time they have me scheduled for and that if it is not okay I need to let them know. I would recommend them to others. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

We recently moved into a new home and had noticed some rat droppings around our backyard and patio. We had Lloyd come out to assess the situation and help us remedy it. We have been using them now for the past 6-8 weeks and are happy with their services. They explained the situation and how their process works in order to properly eliminate the rat problem. We are continuing to use their services and it is working out well.

They've done a pretty thorough job.

If I have an infestation problem like ants and spiders, I can call them and they come out for free as long as I am on a service with them, and I like that about them. I think I pay them $89 or $99 a quarter. It's one of the two that I pay them every three months. They always show up on time. They call me three or four days, or may be a week before they come out to let me know that they are coming out. They always show up on time, and the technician is very personable and friendly. I think their price is fair. Their quality of work is good. They show up on time and they're very professional. I've used them for years and I will use them again in the future if I need to.

They came out right when they said they would. They were very professional, thorough, and very good at communitcating everything to me. They also had a very competitve price. I was considering using them, however I got a better price from another company, so I did not use them. However, I would consider using them in the future.

They did a really good job and we are very happy with them. The are very prompt and very friendly.

We have an annual contract with them, but I am not sure how much we paid for it. They have been very good for us and we have had the same person that has been coming to our house for quite a while and we like her a lot. They come regularly and if we need anything in between we call them. We had a little problem with mice and that was what they were out for recently. They give us a range of time, but they come within that.

i was hesitant because after extensive research - they were the least expensive. But I really liked the guy who gave the quote and trusted. They did a great job and surprisingly went above and beyond for me. Tenting on a weekend, helping me prep the house, giving extensive detailed instructions. Punctual, finished early, etc. I highly recommend them. I was very nervous about hiring a termite company because i didnt know much about it - but they were really great. Even offered to pay for replacement some of my outdoor cushions that got dirty from the tent - but it washed off easily so they didnt need to. When I told them this - they offered to pay for the cleaning solution I had to use. But I just used detergent so I told them no!

They come out in May and do an annual inspection. They are adequate, they come and draw up a plan and show me any areas that need help. A couple of times in the last several years when I had a problem they were prompt and came out to take care of it per the terms of the contract.

I have been with them for at least 35 years. I have had some problem with them. It is a family business and have been around for a long time. The last time the guy was here the gates were locked and he could not get into the back yard. He only did in the front of the yard. This guy usually rings the bell so that I can let him into the backyard. The last time he came he did not do that. I called the company and complained about it and the woman on the phone said that it was up to the person who came to ring the bell or not. The last time they did the charges were high. They did not do the backyard as well. My daughter spoke to them and they were not willing to send the person again to do the back yard. I may use them again if they are ready to accept their mistake.

. They call or message ahead of time and they come and do it. Usually they spray around the house and outside. If you have the problem inside they treat them too. A while ago we had some rats on our attic so they took care of them. Generally they do their job and I don’t see any bugs around. I would use them in the future.

They come out regularly. They have been excellent. I don't know about their price, I have really not compared them with people. They have been consistent.

After inspecting my home and finding termite evidence, I contracted to have my house tented. Their sub-contractor came promptly within the 2 hour window they gave me and tented the house. Two days latter they arrived and removed the tent and cleared the house for entry. Everything went as promised. They had moved dirt, removed fence boards, and scrapped rocks and gravel from the foundation in order to make a good gas seal at the base of the tent. After the tent was removed, they spent a long time carefully restoring the foundation to its original condition.

They are awesome. The people who come out and spray are very nice. I spend around $80 quarterly for a 3200 square foot home. It’s a pretty fair price.

I liked Lloyds Pest Control for basic bug control but when it comes to rats I had a bad experience. One of their service guys caught a rat in the attic of one of our rentals and told the tenant that it was the biggest rat he'd ever seen and that he was going to put it on the internet. So, I had a breach of contract, lease, and tenant move out all at once. I do like that they are responsive about coming out when needed and they are flexible.

We were in the process of selling our house and discovered through the home inspection that we had termites. Having used Angie's List for several other services, I found three Termite companies to compare prices and services. Out of the three companies, Lloyd's Pest Control seemed to be the best fit. They returned my calls on time, they showed an hour early for the inspection. When we decided to go with them, they showed up on time and went through every line of the contract. However, there were several things that didn't go as planned. We were to have our house tented on Monday, Tuesday and be finished by Noon on Wednesday. After bagging up most of the food on Saturday and most of Sunday, I ran out of bags. I tried to contacted the service represenitive on Sunday and could only get his anserwing machine, he stated to call him directly if anything should arise. I feel like he dropped the ball. I started to get worried about the remaining items that needed bagging. The service rep called on Monday around 8 AM and apoligized for not calling, however the company that they use for tenting the house was to arrive between 9AM and Noon. The service rep said not to worry the company would take of the rest of the bagging. The tenting company did not show up within the scheduled appointment time. When 12:15 rolled around and no tenting company I decided to call Lloyd's Pest Control to find out when and if they were going to show up. I also called the service rep on a different line to ask the same questions. The service rep and Lloyds both said they would be there in 20 minutes. At 12:50 the tenting company shows up without any explanation. I ask the lead worker if he had a cell phone and when he responded with YES, I ask why he didn't call to let me know that they were going to be late. He explained that the other job lasted longer than they expected and if I had any problems with them being late to call his main office. A simple phone call would have been nice. Several things the contract company did that was upsetting: 1 Showed up late without any notification, 2 Did not bag up the remaining items correctly: a full bottle of Listerine was not properly sealed and ruined a full bag of items that had to be tossed out. 3 Garbage was left in and around the house, 4 Placed plastic bottles and Styrofoam containers in the Green recycle bin not the correct container. On a positive note, after talking with Lloyds Pest Control, the Area Manager did call to hear my complaints about the contract company and said he would pass them on to his C.O.O. If you decided to use Lloyds, be careful and ask questions about their policy about the contract company.
