We used Lloyd's at our last home for many years and they were always great. Moving into a new home, we requested a termite inspection after being here for six years, concerned that if there were termites, we would like to have them eradicated early before any damage occurred. Karissa at the office set us up with an appointment promptly and was very professional at each contact. Enter Michelle their inspector. If I could give her 10 stars it would still be too little. First, Michelle arrived early after first phoning us asking if that would be okay. She arrived looking very professional and was courteous, professional, personable and so knowledgeable about pest control. She explained the inspection process, asked if we knew of any problem areas and started her inspection. Thorough, even explained the double screening in the attic was a good extra preventive measure, wore gloves and left everything spotless. Walked out to her truck and it too was spotless, showing great pride in not only her, but also company vehicle appearance. Thankfully we are termite free, and I would use Lloyd anytime in the future we have pests or even concerns about pests. We just would ask they send Michelle the next time for sure.

Effective & cheaper than a lot of others

We have used Lloyd's for pest control for years. They are prompt and efficient. We use them for quarterly service. They do a great job, and if we see pests shortly after their service, they always come back and take care of them. We highly recommend them. A few years ago, we had rats in our attic. They came and put traps in the attic and put new screens on all the vent holes in the attic. The technician returned a couple of days later and removed all the dead rats. All at no extra charge.

Yes, I would use this service provider again if I needed to.

Great good people on time and thorough

They are easy to schedule. They call a week in advance to let us know when they plan to come out. They are flexible if we want to change that time or date. They are thorough. We recently had construction on the house next door to us and we noticed some rat droppings. They set a couple of traps and actually caught the rats. I did not have to pay any extra for that service. It is all part of it.

The company was responsive and were knowledgeable and courteous. Ants were gone immediately and have not returned. He made sure to tell me that the ant bait inside was safe for my toddlers to be around.

It's great they did it because of ants. Well when you still have ants sometimes it may not be their fault. They are prompt they come, they are nice people and everything.

Small spot in kitchen over counter used for food prep needed localized treatment for termites. Worker drilled 3 small holes in frame of overhead lighting fixture, i.e., 1 hole where termite debris was falling and a hole on each side a few inches away. Made treatment, filled holes with wood dough and left. Cost $250. Termites reappeared within 90 days (exact center hole where problem began). On phone, Albert, of Lloyd''s Pest Control says NO guarantee, will cost to treat it again.

I have been using them for 27 years. This service was fine. I have been satisfied with Lloyd pest control. They do a good job. If you have ants 55 million times they will come out 55 million times.

Inspector arrived after the scheduled 2-hour window.

They were good. I loved my sales guy. I thought he was wonderful.

I was satisfied with what they did. First that they came, they did termites. They did a good job. I was happy with what they were doing. I'm okay with the price. Quality was good. Responsiveness was great.

We were looking for an alternative to tenting our home for termites and found Lloyd's on Angie's List for heat treatment. While the initial service and actual treatment were fine, Lloyd's promised a 30-day follow-up inspection which never came. After 30-days had elapsed, I called Lloyd's to ask the status on the promised follow-up. The scheduler apologized and scheduled the post-treatment inspection for this past Monday; but, no one showed-up or called or attempted to contact us in any way. I subsequently left a vm with our initial contact and wrote an e-mail to owner/manager of Lloyd's describing the issue and asking their input on a resolution; to date have resulted in another and quot;no-showand quot; experience. While the service technician providing the actual treatment was experienced and very thorough, it is a shame that the inspection, scheduling and problem resolution services are so poor which now brings into question the integrity of the 3-year warranted I paid for along with the service. Everyone runs into issues from time-to-time with the difference being the professional manner by which they are handled. Unfortunately, that is not our experience with Lloyd's.

This company has been servicing my home for about 25 years. The outside spraying is done every 3 months, but is guaranteed between service calls if needed. Inside service is covered as well if required. Their service has been consistently courteous, friendly, and professional over many years.

It has ended the problem of ants in the house. If I ask, they spray the garage and/or in the house anytime for no extra charge. Since using them I have never had ants in my BED again, or in my kitchen upon returning from vacation of just getting up in the morning. What a relief. I am very happy with them and their service.

Initial inspection missed numerous points of infestation. These places were pointed out by another Lloyd representative who came out to finish the job some time after initial treatment. When I told customer service I would withhold $1000.00 final payment until work was properly done, they acted as if they were doing me a favor by allowing me to do this.

NEVER AGAIN! Inspector showed up unexpectedly (no appointment-no courtesy phone call ) AFTER completing and quot;annual checkand quot; .to tell me a report would be sent soon. Report was 99%copies of and quot;blah,blahand quot; with .01 information about my condo. Workers who came out to apply treatments were ok some of the time. Other days they were bored, uninterested and probably did a minimal job. I had to hire a handiman to replace boards from a LARGE INFESTATION (that they missed) right by my patio door that I use as my front door. NEVER, NEVER AGAIN will I allow them to provide any service to me.

Their service has been good. They accomplish what I hired them to do. I have no trouble contacting them and they come out when I need their service.

We have an annual termite inspection plan and warranty. They come out once a year and do an inspection. The technician shows up on time and seems to be quite thorough. They treat the areas where termites are found at no extra charge. If damage is found due to termites, they also fix that, depending on where it is found (cosmetic work is not covered). They have found some dry rot on the outside of the house and I appreciated that they found it. The price for the repairs for non covered items seemed a bit steep to me so I hired a contractor to take care of the dry rot.

The ants have stayed away for a month so far since we had the work done. So far so good.

I had ongoing pest control through Loyd's pest control and I am quite satisfied with the services they provided. They had a deal where we pay them $99 upfront and $20 a month ongoing and no ants will come in your house and it took them two trips out to my house to get everything sprayed away and I haven't seen any ants since then. They don't come out every month automatically. They only come out if I need them I call them back, but they will guarantee no ants are coming. They are very responsive and will be there when they said they would be and pretty much to the minute. I would use them again. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
