It was fine. They are wonderful. They are puncutal when they supposed to come. They don't overspray or underspray.

They were on time and reasonable. I have used them for a while and have been very happy

1-man work crew showed up on time, explained the work he was going to do and what impacts it would have on our house (heat treatment generates noise and increases the temperature of the home). Work was done with minimal impact despite the fact that I was working from my home. The work was completed on time and work site was left clean. Overall a good experience.

Lloyd's Pest Control come out and do the work and the bugs are gone. I have a contract with them. Any problems I have they'll come right out and treat. I can call them five times a month, I can call them once a month. Whatever I need. The price varies depending on the size of the house. There's an upfront payment and then a monthly payment. The only inconvenience I've found with them is that when they spray in the house they like you to vacate for a couple of hours. The same person comes every time which I like. He is very professional and personable. If you have a bug issue he wants to take care of it. He gets the A grades, it is the response to the phone call that gets the B.

The job was under bid and the time to complete it underestimated. The final bill was $1000.00 greater than originally estimated. The work didn't start on time. It took a month to complete, rather than the few days estimated and promised. The work was sloppy, paint drips on the sidewalk and boards not fully primed. There were large gaps between fascia boards and rafter tails caused by removal of old fascia boards. Payment demanded before we had an opportunity to inspect the work. The only good thing they did was refund a $1000.00. after we complained.

Biggest rip-off ever!! Would NOT recomend to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Overall experience was terrible. Said they would come back, I told them not to bother!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The entire job went smoothly and as planned. The work was done professionally and on schedule. The technicians that did the jobwere thorough and competent. Overall, a very good experience.

They are very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and expedient. They've always done what they've said they were going to do and we've never had bugs.

It is an on-going service, they did a tinting service to kill all the termites a few years ago and we kept an annual service with them so the tinting is no extra cost. When they come out for the annual visit they spot treat at no extra charge. If I see termites throughout the year they will come out and treat that at no extra charge as well. The service techs have all been very professional!

I interviewed almost every pest control company in the area. This is the only company that did not instill fear in me or immediately write me off because I couldn't do tenting. Most of the companies did not inspect the house. This company was by far the nicest, most professional, most thorough people I met. They helped me as best as they could and for a very reasonable price.

I think that they are dependable and effective. I really like their service.

They are extremely easy to work with and their billing is accurate. They have multiple ways to pay and have a quarterly service plan. They have a variety of different compounds to use which I didn't get with other companies.

I am very satisfied with their service. They're on time, clean, neat, responsive and local. I would highly recommend them.

We pay $89 every 3 months. If we have them do the inside there is no additional charge. They come when they say they are going to come. They leave a bill on the front door so we don't have to be here. They pick up stuff on the outside so they can spray under. They move trash cans and they moved some stepping stones that were leaning against the house so they could get behind them. We haven't compared their prices. If they set up appointments between 8-10, they are here during that time.

They have been very god. They send the same person everytime. They are never late. They are very prompt.

They are very consistent, very reliable. They call in advance to let us know when they are coming out so we can put our dog inside. We have been very happy with them.

For the past 7 years, the same guy comes out and inspects for insects. I'm sure they have other employees. He wants to make sure there are no termites. He will also point out specific areas that need trimming or fixing. They're good, but their price is really high though. They always call before they come out. It's nice that they do that.

I don't use them a lot. I just use them quarterly now. I used to use them more often when I had a dog, got a lot of animals in the backyard so we backed off. The price is pretty competitive, it hasn't gone up much. It used to $69 now it is $75 so it's probably in the ball-park. The responsiveness all depends on the service person who comes out, some are more conscious than the others. It's not the matter of taking caring of the property; it's on how they spend the time to do it thoroughly or not. With respect to punctuality they come out when they say they are going to be here.

I have been using them for over 30 years, they have always been very reliable. They come and give great estimates, and always take care of my pest problems. They are a great business and I would high recommend them.
