 + -1 moreI was very impressed with the speed of service and follow-up. I was told it might take a few days to determine the pest in question, but Curtis called back in approximately. An hour from collecting the sample. We signed up for a year service plan, which was included in the price I gave for the job.
Description of Work: They sprayed our storage shed for these very tiny bugs that were crawling over products we store there. Curtis Huber is the area supervisor and he was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. They came out the very next day even though I called late in the afternoon. He took a sample of the bugs to verify what they were. He called back in only 1 hour with an identification.

 + -1 moreLloyd's comes out every three months for inside and outside control of ants and spiders. For the nine months since we started using them, we have had zero ants and very few spiders. They were prompt, on time every time; they were very flexible about rescheduling work; I believe the work is worth the price. They were easy to deal with and totally professional.
Description of Work: We had a severe infestation of small grease ants and spiders. Lloyd's not only got rid of them, they have not returned.

 + -1 moreVery nice and thorough, gave us an estimate for a repair on the patio roof because of dry rot but we ended up not using them for that because our son is going to do the work for us. I would definitely use them again. Approximate cost was the estimate for the dry rot repair.

 + -1 moreMr. Tomlinson came over and inspected the house and garage. Found a few spots, where I had missed some spots doing damage repair from the termites. Then he took all the measurements, and told me he would go put it all in the computer, so that he could give me an accurate price. That's exactly what I paid, and they left my property cleaner than when they started. I am completely satisfied with their work, and the price I paid for it.
Description of Work: They fumigated both my 2000 sq. Ft. house, and my 2 car garage.

 + -1 moreJohn was on time, polite, non-intrusive. We were having a bad infestation of ants over the summer that we couldn't cure on our own. After Lloyd's service, we didn't have any more ants. As an additional benefit, after 30 days, the service also was effective against rats which had also been a problem in our garage.
Description of Work: The first time, they sprayed indoors and out for ants, spiders, bugs. The second service three months later, I had them only spray outside since I hadn't had any problems since the first spraying.

THE TERMITE FUMIGATION WAS VERY RECENT - I CAN ONLY HOPE THAT IT WORKED! BUT LARRY BURT, THE TERMITE INSPECTOR AND AGENT, WAS VERY HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL.
Description of Work: WE HAVE HAD LLOYDS FOR TWO TYPES OF SERVICES, TERMITE FUMIGATION AND GENERAL PEST (PRIMARILY ANTS) CONTROL. THE PRICE GIVEN ($2725) WAS FOR THE TERMITE FUMIGATION. WE HAVE A QUARTERLY PLAN FOR THE ANT/OTHER PEST CONTROL, WHICH COSTS $89 EVERY THREE MONTHS. FOR THAT PRICE THEY WILL COME REPEATEDLY IF YOU NEED THEM.
