He did a very good job; gave me a warranty sheet and told me to call if there was any kind of problem. If the rust re-appears to call him and he would bring me some touch up.

Lazaro arrived on time and removed glass shower doors to access the entire tub. He sealed off the bathroom to prevent the fumes from going through the entire house. Masked off the tub tiles and floor. Removed or masked off tub hardware. Four hours work with no breaks. He was very efficient. Two days dry time. Lorenzo returned and installed shower doors and cleaned up the entire area. Highly professional job. Lorenzo placed sheets and mats on walkways throughout the house so as not to get the carpet dirty. He also said that his truck did not leak oil so that he could park in the driveway. This was true.

I selected Lazaro because of the positive reviews on Angie's List. He answered the phone himself on a Thurs and scheduled the appointment for the following Tues. He told me it would be $380 and what to expect. He called the morning of the appointment to confirm and arrived within 30 min of the scheduled time. He worked very efficiently; covered carpeting down the hall and in the bathroom, hung plastic to protect the walls and vanity, and wrapped all fixtures. He removed the glass doors as we requested, and patched the holes so there is no evidence the doors were ever there. He completed the work in the estimated time-frame (less than 5 hours) and the cost was as quoted. He completely cleaned up so one would not have even known he was here except that the tub/shower is now sparkling white. Lazaro was also very pleasant and personable to work with. Note: I had contracted with a big name company in town for $620 for the same work but canceled after finding Lazaro.

We originally hired a different company which made a complete mess of things and was more expensive. Lazaro's did an excellent job!! He arrived a little late, but it didn't wasn't a problem for us at all.

Lazaro did a great job. He responded quickly to both my emails and phone calls in setting up the job. He arrived on time and did the whole project in about 4 hours (the tub needed a lot of work!). He cleaned up nicely - hardly know he had been here. We would highly recommend him.

Overall, the bathtub makeover was outstanding, the tub/surround looked new and the masking paid off...no over-spray. He also took time to tape or take off fixtures and cleaned up afterwards. Be sure to have good flow-through ventilation as the odors is strong by the time he unseals the space. Highly recommended!

On the Friday before around 2:00 pm he contacted me and indicated that there had been an accident with the truck carrying the materials. It would probably be several days before the materials were available. Once we determined the new date and time everything was set to go. The work was excellent, however, Lazaros was always late and usually did not contact us until he was supposed to arrive. This was an inconvenience inasmuch as we had to travel to the rental unit and then wait for him to arrive. He was late for every appointment and did not even show up for one of the appointments and failed to call until the next day. He was always sorry. I believe the problem on punctuality occurred because of the accident with the materials and he got behind in the scheduled jobs and then tried to please everyone who he had previously booked.

Mr. Perez provided a quote over the phone. He said he would arrive at 9:00 AM and the project would be completed in five hours. At 9:00 AM Mr. Perez arrived and dove right in. He was careful to lay down floor covering to protect our wood floors leading to the work area. At 2:00 PM, he announced he was finished. After inspecting his work, I asked "Why would anybody want to buy a new tub?" Mr. Perez's work is very good. He was timely and clean. I would recommend his work to anyone wishing to consider refinishing their tub rather than purchasing a new one.

Mr. Lazaro was on time and very polite. He covered his traffic path with plastic to keep my carpet clean and worked very quickly. The job took about 4 hours and the results are beautiful. I was a bit disappointed by the price as I had looked at reports of previous customers and they paid less than I was charged even with my shower door already removed. Other than the price, I am very pleased.

They did a very good job. They were on time (an exact time, not a four hour block) and did a great job. There were no add on charges. Another company had the same base price, plus additional hidden charges for taking off and replacing shower doors. Lazaro's price was all inclusive.

WE ARE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK. IT MAKES THE SHOWER LOOK BRAND NEW WITHOUT THE COST OF HAVING TO REPLACE IT. WE WILL HAVE THEM COME BACK AND DO OUR OTHER BATHROOM WHEN WE ARE READY.
