He came as scheduled, did a good job, and was prompt and efficient. He charged only what he said he was going to. I was satisfied with his service. I would recommend him to my friends.

he called me right back. he gave me a better price tan all- he helped me finish the sink befor thanksgiving and worked on his day off !

I made an appointment with him. The guy never showed. We made additional arrangement and he never showed again. So, I gave up on him. We went to the process identifying it. I said the tenant would call him when he is available so he could come in. He never returned the tenant’s three calls. Then, I called him once because he seemed nice on the phone and he never answered the call. I left a message and he never called back. So, he is out of the picture. He just never completed his parts of the arrangements and did not respond to telephone calls. He was totally unresponsive.

did not show for schedule appointment to refinish bathroom tub. I call and talked to Lazaros the night before to verify appointment for the next day at 8:30 am. I called him at 9am, 10am and finally at 10:30am. never returned call. would not recommend his service.

I called him and haven't hear back from him since. I have called 6 times in two days with no response. They day before he was due and the day he was due I called him. I'm not sure why he is unresponsive.

Very professional, did a good job. Product looked great initially, but in a kitchen sink it chips too easily and it can stain despite being careful (refinished color is white so this may not be totally unexpected). Overall we're happy but we didn't realize that this isn't the best alternative for a kitchen sink - however, the price makes it attractive as an interim solution.

They really did well. The cost was not as much as I expected and that's good. I thought that the evaluation of what I needed was really a spot on and I really appreciated that. He really could have just gone ahead and complete up. It turned out really well. The service person was the one that stood out for me. The person in the end I spoke on the phone; I wasn't happy with her. I was satisfied that got to do work that's why Angie's Lists is where I went to find to do the work. Based on the comments of the work that had done before really tells more about the company.

He was amazing and I found him in Angie's List. It was absolutely perfect. He was high on the list and it was his reputation. He did something that was really cool and brilliant. He's just fine and my husband never said that he wasn't happy.

When we talked on the phone, I can now see that he forgot to ask about the size of the bathtub and I did not realize I should have said it was a "large" tub. This resulted in the price being higher than the one quoted. We elected not to have the tub done at all. He did the kitchen sink. It was a good color match and the work was done within a reasonable amount of time. However, it is not smooth, especially around the drains. The bumps are unsightly. We had a plumber come in and remove the hookups to the dishwasher and garbage disposal so I had expected the finish to be smooth.

Lazaro was very professional and listened to all my questions and let me know that it would not be a one or two day job. The repairs to the original tiles needed to dry before applying the epoxy finish. He was a few minutes late once, but every other part of his service was great and I'm very satisfied with my counter top and I'm continuing with renovating my entire kitchen.

Lazaro is a one man owner/operator. This very good in terms of quality work and professionalism. You may have to call him several times and wait a few days for him to get to your job but he does very high quality work. Our tub came out looking like new. After the job was finished I had a small leak on the shower doors that he reinstalled so I called him & left a message to come back & take a look but he never responded back to me. I was able to fix the problem myself but his lack of follow up gives him a B instead of an A.

AMAZING! Not only did he do a gold-medal job, he was timely and extremely courteous to my wife. And he came back the next day to make sure the touch up had dried and settled correctly. A++

Aren't they out of business?

Lazaro came in a few weeks before our start date to do an estimate. His estimate was well below another highly rated competitor. The other thing is, he came in himself for the estimate and the work. The competitors I had come in for an estimate did not. This makes a difference for me because I think the person doing the work knows best what to estimate. I gave him a cash deposit that day. He called the day before our start date to confirm and he came in on time the day of. He brought an assistant and together they finished the job in one day. On that day, they sectioned off the space with plastic and they way they did it kept everything reasonably tidy. I paid the difference with a check at the end of the job after Lazaro showed me around the finished work and gave me tips on maintenance and a sheet about upkeep and warranty. A perfect job.

Easy to book the appointment. Chose this provider as he did the work himself. Arrived promptly at the appointed time, He put down tarps to protect the flooring from entrance to bathroom. He put up plastic to protect the walls in the bathroom. From start to finish the job took approximately 5 hrs. Mr Lazroros was a professional and pleasant to deal with from start to finish. The finished product looked great. Be advised it takes several days to clear out the ordor of the product, but we were advised of that. We considered replacing the tub, rather than recoating, but removing the old tub would have been a major expense. In summary, we were pleased with the work and considered the cost in line with other contractors. Would have no hesitation in using Lazaros Bathtub refinishing again or in recommending him to a friend who required a bathtub to be refinished..

Lazaros....The man is an "artist" ! He was a pleasure to work with and did what he said he would do. I would recommend him to family and friends.

Everything looks new and fresh again and in addition he was always on time to the minute. He was very professional and competent at his work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services to anyone needing refinishing.

A great job! I called Lazaro about refinishing the shower stall. He gave me an estimate over the phone, and we agreed on the work. He arrived at the agreed-upon time the next morning and spent all day doing the work. Very professional, hard worker. The results were beautiful. I had planned on replacing the shower stall but now will get several more years out of it. A savings of $2500 at least! I'm very pleased - I highly recommend Lazaro.

I contacted 3 different bathtub refinishing places. I felt comfortable deciding on Lazaro's Bathtub Refinishing.Lazaro injured his hand just before he was to do my bathtub. I decided he was worth waiting for. Lazaro himself did all the work. He is a very neat worker. He covered all the walls and doorway of my bathroom so nothing escaped into any other part of my house. He worked diligently for about 5 hours, never even took a break. He came back the next morning to do the caulking around the tub to complete the job. .He did an excellent job.....my bathtub looks brand new. I am very, very pleased. Overall, Lazaro did an excellent job. The first time he patched and refinished the two holes, they looked great, but the new finish never quite dried. It remained sticky. He came back out within a reasonable time and totally refinished each job again. This time both tubs dried within a couple of days, and they look great! I was very happy with the job and the reasonable price. I also like the fact that he does the work rather than some less experienced employee.

The whole job took about a week from start to finish. There were some issues with the finish, such as a runoff of white glazing, dimples, and rough patches. Lazaro did a good job masking the area around the bathtub and correcting all the issues. Altogether, he came on three separate days, with drying time in between. He didn’t ask for payment until I was completely satisfied. Even though there were initial finish issues, in the end I was satisfied with the quality of the work performed. He also removed the old and rusted drain flange and installed a new one that I bought, which worked out flawlessly. I would recommend Lazaro’s Bathtub Refinishing. He does a good job at a reasonable price. I would make sure to inspect the bathtub carefully with a flashlight (which helps to spot finish problems as the white glazing is too reflective to see well) before making a payment.

Lazaro did a great job. The tub looks like new. He called me the same day I emailed him to schedule an appointment, and gave an accurate estimate. He showed up on time, and finished when he said he would. He was very careful, and cleaned up. He even covered the carpet outside the bathroom. Would definitely recommend him.
