Frank did an excellent job. He spent a lot of time and much effort on removing specific stains, and on applying special care to a wool carpet that was in one of the rooms. He didn't try to sell extra services. He was patient and sociable, spent time explaining the any limitations and risks involved in the cleaning process. After the cleaning I called with generic questions about carpet pet odor and obtained some useful advice. Days later Frank called back to make sure all was well.

We have rented a home in Vista for about 3 years and never had the carpets cleaned. I scheduled with him about a week earlier. Frank called me in the morning as he was driving up from Point Loma (to Vista) to let me know he was on the way. We had alot of high traffic areas (4 kids that play sports - no pets) and he was able to clean everything. The carpet looked new and it has been a week since the job and no spots returned. (in our past experiences with others it only took a couple of days for many of the spots to return). My husband was shocked when he walked in the door and saw what used to be an area about 7 ft. long and 2 feet wide of black shoe marks and who knows what - completely SPOTLESS. I felt Frank charged an extremely fair price for the amount of work that he was going to do, and with the amazing results, i now know that it was way too cheap. I needed my carpets cleaned on very short notice. The carpet in my home is 10 years old and ready to be replaced, but I figured I could get a couple more cleanings out of it. I called King Sweep and the owner created an opening for me the next day even though it was going to be a day off for him. He gave me a detailed estimate, which was exactly what he ended up charging me. Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. It's been a few weeks and our carpet still looks pretty good. (Other times I've had the carpets cleaned and the stains come back in just a week!)

Frank did a great job with the carpet cleaning. He worked diligently at cleaning the various areas of my home, and did a good job moving and protecting my furniture. He was also upfront about what I should expect. I would hire him again in the future.

We had used Frank before and he was at the top of our list. He has always done a high quality job at a fair price. He did a great job this time, too.

Frank came to the house and inspected the scope of work and gave a fairly accurate estimate. He showed up on time and took the proper precautions in protecting the house from damage and did a very professional cleaning job on both the carpets and couch.

He did such a wonderful job of cleaning for me that I am going to call him again. I have had the best job ever on carpet cleaning. He was very knowledgeable, very nice, and professional. My carpet was put in in 1990, and he made it look like new. I do business out of my home, so I have a huge traffic area. I also have pets. He knew so much about carpets, fiber, texture, and what would work and what wouldn’t. I have recommended him to my clients.

Because he is so much in demand, Frank wasn't free to come to our house until several weeks after we made the appointment, but he was worth the wait. Our carpet had been badly soiled in many places by our elderly cat with bladder cancer. We had used Urine-Off, an enzymatic cleaner which works better than most, but still didn't get it all out. Frank was very straight forward about what we could expect: he didn't promise miracles, and warned us that the spots could return. But he got our carpets much cleaner than we could have expected anyone to do. A few spots did return after several months, but most of them did not. And the smell was almost entirely gone. His price was no higher than any other good carpet cleaner we have used, and lower than several of them. All in all, the result was much better than we had dared to hope! Frank was extremely pleasant, very knowledgeable, very straight forward, very honest. He is the best carpet cleaner we have ever employed, and we will definitely call him again for our next cleaning.

The service was excellent. I was unhappy with the large firm that cleaned my carpets before. King Sweep did a much better job. Even my husband noticed-and that's saying something!

I contacted Frank to clean three different club type chairs. He first came and spot cleaned small areas on each chair to ensure they would not be damaged by the cleaning. He then came back several days later to do the full cleaning. When he found that the fabric on one chair could not handle a full cleaning he stopped the process and explained the situation. The other chairs were perfectly renewed. Despite the amount of time he spent on the chair he could not fully clean he did not charge anything for that service. I recommend this gentleman highly.

Frank worked very hard. He was here for about six hours. He took his time and did the job right. I feel the price was extremely good. He went above and beyond to make sure the work was done in a professional manner. I would use him again in the future and would recommend him to others.

The crew was great. Very professional, the carpet looked like new (and it was heavily soiled) and they gave me a cash discount. I'll definitely call them next time I need a carpet cleaning. Price was excellent too!

Took longer than expected to get started because trying to find an appropriate drain for the hose, but worked hard, was very thorough and friendly.

Went very well. Frank is clearly very good at what he does and takes a lot of care to be sure that I was happy. He explained a lot about carpet cleaning and took the time (all day) to make sure it was done right.

He did a pretty good job. It went well. He was friendly and listened. He told me the rug would be difficult to clean, but he did the best he could. The price was reasonable.

The carpets are really clean. They did a wonderful job. I was very pleased with the service they provided. They showed up on time. The bill did not exceed the quote they gave us. They called to confirm the appointment. The serviceman was very professional and polite. The only thing is the service man put foil under furniture that is hard to move and we can't lift the furniture, so I would request next time that they use foam instead of foil so it's easier to remove from under the furniture next time. I definitely consider hiring this company again.

I had to book an appointment almost two weeks in advance. Frank was very personable and professional. Price seemed very reasonable. Results we excellent. He removed several spots that we were unable to clean ourselves. We would use King Sweep again.

Frank steam cleaned all of my rugs and referred me to someone who specialized in Persian/hand knotted rugs. I appreciated dealing with someone as honest and hardworking as Frank.

I found him on Angie's List and he had really good ratings. He was cheaper and seemed more sincere than his competitors. He itemized his prices, and it was easier to trust him because I knew where my money was going. He did a good job cleaning my carpet. He was very informative about the process and the different fabrics of carpet. He added a free deodorizer and he doesn't charge extra for spot cleaning.

Good job overall, however the carpet cleaning machine broke the first day and had to come back the next day.

It was excellent because we called and they were able to schedule an appointment that was convenient for us. He was prompt and kept us informed. He was thorough, very friendly, and informative.

He was able to come out when I needed him to. After he arrived he gave me a quick estimate which was very close to what he had told me over the phone. He worked quickly and did a fantastic job on some pretty dirty carpets. He also explained everything that he was doing. He was a great guy and I would definitely use him again.

We were in the process of getting our home of 12 years ready to rent out as we are moving out of state. We had never had the carpets cleaned and they were generally in good condition, but had a few problem areas. The question was " will the carpets be cleaned well enough to attract a good tenant, or do we need to replace the carpet?". We found King Sweep on Angie's List. We had to wait a week for Frank to come to our house because he was very busy. We asked for his professional opinion as to what we should do. His did some testing on the problem areas and was honest about which areas he could clean well and which ones were most likely not going to clean up sufficiently. I asked for a quote to do the whole house. It was $274. At that price we felt it was worth the gamble to get everything cleaned and see what happened. Frank worked extremely hard. He explained his equipment to us, spoke about the various precleaners he was using, and as he went along kept checking with us to see if the cleaning was acceptable. We were especially concerned about the carpet on the stairs, and Frank put extra effort into this area. Frank spent almost 5 hours on the job. In the end we were so pleased with his work we paid him $300 for the job. We did end up having to recarpet the areas that Frank said would be a problem. But we were saved from having to re- carpet the entire house because of Frank's excellent work.
