King Sweep

I never received a reply to my messages therefore I couldn't even let him know what I needed done. I tried contacting twice and wasted 4 days of time waiting for him to get back to me.

Frank has cleaned my carpets for several years. He is fastidious and always does a great job. I've had other cleaners and after a while, the spots reappear. He is the owner and has no workers. Many other companies hire and train their workers who may not as committed to doing a good. I would definitely recommend Frank. (All my friends to whom I have recommended Frank rave about him.)

It was a pleasure to see a professional with the knowledge and skill to take care of the carpet cleaning. He arrived on schedule set up and worked steadily and methodically. He spent enough time to do an excellent job, with carpets dry enough to walk on. I am very pleased with Job done.

Frank was great! He arrived on time, saw the work to be done, talked about the products and procedures he would use, and gave a very fair price for the job. I agreed and he got started. He did an area in the room with the dirtiest carpet to show me what the final result would be, and it was SO much cleaner it looked like new again, and then I was off to make my tee time. Frank stayed and worked on the carpet, including using a hand steamer to do the stairs where my dogs lay and sweat and generally smell up the place. When I returned about 3 hours later, the job was done, the house smelled great, the carpet really did look new again. Take Frank's advice and use the freshener he recommends -- I was afraid it would smell artificially flowery, but it just smelled fresh. My daughter walked into the house a couple days later and said, and quot;The house seems suspiciously clean!and quot; and the only difference was the nice, clean carpets! I can't recommend Frank highly enough. It's wonderful to find someone who truly cares about doing the best job possible, who is personable and knowledgeable and professional and kind. We'd use him again in a heartbeat.

Frank came on time and performed all the work alone. I enjoyed meeting him because I always appreciate individuals who take pride in what they do and do it well. Frank is that kind of professional and will definitely hire him again.

I called Frank Prantil the on Friday asking him when he could clean the carpets in an upscale rental house in Point Loma. He said he could come the next day. We met at 9:30am. He walked through the whole 4 bedroom, 3 bath house and he gave me a very fair price to clean all but one bedroom (which hadn't been used). There were 25 carpeted challenging steps that were really dirty not only on the top but between the risers as well. Not sure how carpeting between steps can get so dirty but they were. I'm happy to say Frank got those things really clean...what a relief. I had the carpet cleaned 2 years ago through out in this same house by Frank I picked King Sweep out of all the carpet cleaners in Angie's list then because of the high recommendations. Frank is very personable, hard working and puts his whole heart and soul into the job. He wants his customers happy and I must say I'm one of his happy customers. As long as he's in business I'll use Frank.

He is not overly expensive and does an excellent job. I would highly recommend him to others. He is the only one I trust to do the work.

Frank Prantil does an absolutely stellar job - was easy to reach, easy to schedule, great attitude and disposition, was very gracious and it was obvious he appreciated the business and opportunity. He worked extremely hard and did the best job of any carpet cleaner we have had over the last 8 years. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever - we gave him a very large tip because we felt he undercharged a little compared to how hard he worked.

I have used him since I have lived here and he is always very reliable. He does a great job and the price is right.

Frank was very professional, and did an amazing job on our (old, worn-out, badly stained) carpet. His prices were very reasonable. Highly recommended.

I cannot say enough good things about Frank Prantil. He has been cleaning our carpets now for several years and i wouldn't dream of calling anyone else. He genuinely cares about doing a good job and does sterling quality work every time. His prices are so low that I find myself offering him extra money (and I'm kind of a cheapskate). It seems almost miraculous to find someone as dedicated and honest as this guy.

Frank was very knowledgeable about how to clean our area rugs. He set up his equipment, cleaned our rugs and helped us set them up for drying. He was very professional and we will definitely call him again.

Everything went perfectly, from the initial phone call (and Frank explaining at length the different methods used to clean area rugs, depending on the material), to the cleaning itself, to him loading the clean rug back into my car !

Frank showed up on time, and reviewed my carpets before beginning. He made sure I understood what was going to be done before hand, and how he would deal with refractory carpet stains. He prepared the areas to be cleaned by putting inserts underneath the furniture in order to ensure no subsequent staining would occur. During the cleaning process, Frank was meticulous at each step, and asked if I were happy before proceeding onto the next area. Frank was eager to please without a doubt. He also applied a deodorizer, and raked in a teflon preservative free of charge! I had little faith that my bottom stairs could be 'brought back to life' from black, tar-like stains that others could not remove. To my great delight, Frank used a hand wand, and on his hands and knees, he cleaned each step. Miraculously, 98% of the stains were gone, restoring my carpet to its original color. The stains did not reappear after several days of drying! I am so pleased that I kept the faith that someone would have the resources to restore sections of carpet which I had 'written-off'. Frank worked alone and was not a clock watcher. He gave me his full attention, and was happy to answer all my questions. Frank was environmentally sensitive by dumping the waste water into the sewer line. Thanks Frank for restoring more than just my carpets....

Frank arrived on time, thoroughly explained his procedure, spent a great deal of time testing one cushion before starting. Deodorizer and protective coating were included at no charge. He did an excellent job, sofa looks better than new. Would definitely use him again.

We used a carpet cleaner not on Angie's list but who our neighbor recommended. After he cleaned essentially there was no difference in the carpet. I went to Angie's list and selected A rated companies only with service awards and up popped King Sweep. I called and even though they were booked for the two weeks before the holidays they fit us in the same day. We received superior service. We also received great education and our carpet looked and smelled outstanding. I will always use King Sweep in the future and I have learned my lesson that I will always use Angie's list which is like having dozens of neighbors making recommendations not just one. A disaster was turned into an excellent outcome.

My carpets stay clean longer after Frank cleans them so this was a small job, just the family room and my car mats. Frank uses the best quality supplies and pays great attention to detail. He arrives on time, explains exactly what he is going to do and gives an estimate of what it will cost. His prices are very reasonable and he aims for perfection regardless of how small the job is. I wish I could give him A ++ in all categories.

I would have been satisfied if Frank hauled up a portable hot water machine to the remote condo to freshen it up before tenants were to move-in. Nonetheless, Frank wanted to give it an optimal treatment with the use of his long, long high pressure steam and vacuum lines-- He brought the cleaning lines from the back of the truck, around the back of the building and up through the condo's third floor balcony. I then left and Frank locked the door behind himself when finished. When I returned the next day I found the job well done! Furniture was carefully elevated on styrofoam chips to allow complete drying, the carpet's pile had a nice combed appearance. It was just a little job but Frank took no short cuts.

Frank is very professional and very detail orientated. I was very satisfied with the quality of his work and I have since recommended him to a friend of mine and she was also very satisfied with his work.

I phoned Frank and set up an appointment for a carpet cleaning within two days. Frank called before arrival, explained all the work he would be doing, gave me a price before cleaning the carpet. Frank also put foil or padded blocked under all the furniture legs. Frank is very kind and I trusted him in my home.

Frank was prompt, courteous and completed the work in a reasonable amount of time. He paid attention to details, like protecting our wood floors with sheets, etc. He also explains what he is doing and results to expect (stain removal). He always does the work himself and takes pride in the results and providing personalized service.

This man does NOT know how to do a bad job! He is on our short list of people that we would recommend to our friends. From now on he will be our carpet cleaner of choice. We are glad we called him.
