I had already purchased the faucet, they needed to do the plumbing work for me.

We're very happy with Ideal Plumbing. I would refer their cleanliness. They're professional.

This company had high ratings on Angie?s list so I gave them a go. I should have gone somewhere else. They required me to be home between 10-1 on the day of service. I got a call that morning asking if they could come early I explained no because I was at work. They said that was ok they would still be there between 10-1. Well they did not show up until after 2PM and did not even bother to call to say and they would be late. I sure could of used the extra time in the office. This was the first red flag. The leaky pipe in my front yard was only 18 inches deep and had already been located by a leak detection company. The plumber they sent out spent about 45 minutes digging it up and 45 minutes just sitting in his van before informing me that he would not be able to complete the job that day unless he went into the overtime rate. No big deal we were heading out of town the next day and as long as it was complete by then fine. He informed me there was a lot of work left to be done and it would be between $800-$900. No big deal this must be a big issue that requires a lot more work. Day two comes and another plumber comes out to finish the job. He was there for approximately 2.5 hours 1 of which was spent in his van eating lunch. So now we are at a total of 4 hours on the job site but only 2.25 hoursof actual labor. So 2.25 hours of labor for one leaky pipe is $825? I pay my attorney less per hour. Furthermore, my lawn looks terrible he told me that the patch of grass they replaced on the yard only stuck up because it needed time to settle well we are now two weeks later and it is still sticking out about 4 inches above the rest of the lawn. I had to go back to work so I wrote him a check and asked that the invoice be placed in the mail box. My wife was home to see what time he left. On the invoice there was no break out of services, cost of supplies, or hourly rate. He just wrote $825. At this point it became very apparent t that I got ripped off. I would never use this company again. I will say the one plus is the leak is fixed. We were able to go on vacation without any worries about a leaky pipe.

I've used Ideal Plumbing/heating/air/electrical before to replace an electrical panel and trouble shoot a complex wiring job. I really liked their professionalism, quality of work and friendly demeanor. Therefore, I called them again for this smaller job. Jeff Ferree (vp/electrical) and Gabriel (installer) were both wonderful to work with. It was such a pleasure. I will always call them for any future needs. Thanks guys!

The technician was very helpful and resolved our AC problem.

Received a quote over the phone which was competitive with others. Set a time. Arrived as scheduled. Men were neat, clean, professional and polite. Within 10 minutes of their arrival they hauled it out and were gone. Cost was a quoted.

Like I expected it too...you can just plain trust them...ALWAYS!

I was doing laundry and heard water gurgling in a bathroom and it started to back up. I call Ideal Plumbing and they came out within 2 hours. I have used Ideal Plumbing on several occasions and they have always done their best to get out as soon as possible and have solved the problem in one visit.

They were great, they completed everything in a timely manner, problem solved quickly in order to get a job done in a timely manner. The installers were very good, there were rebates that they offered.

The plumber/installer did this challenging job by himself. I was quite satisfied with the final installation.

It went great. I called at 6:00 a.m., got a return call right away, scheduled same morning! they called a little while later to ask if they could send someone earlier. the technician was early. very professional. quickly located the manifold and conducted the repair. checked the pressure, identifying the failed regulator. Did all the work in under tow hours. great customer experience.

I've used them for a long time. They're awesome. It went great. He was in and out. He was very courteous. He has his personal booties on. He was great. He took care of everything. He's very professional. They knew what they were doing and they were educated. They got it done accurately in the way I needed it. They were on time for the appointment.

I had other companies come out claiming that I needed to replace the whole unit. They were great! They were very straightforward and honest. Instead if charging for their time to come out, they just charged me a flat fee of $50.

I called Ideal Plumbing Heating and Air in the afternoon on a Saturday while in the middle of a major tree removal project. My old water heater with a10 year warranty was on it's 22nd year and leaking. The woman on the phone said she'ed call me right back, to see if she could adjust there appointments to get to my problem. 15 minutes later she called and said she could have someone out within the hour. I explained I had a huge tree removal going on and that their service guy would need to work around them. Jim showed up evaluated the heater and agreed it needed replaced. There employee was courteous and polite and answered all my questions, and cleaned up after himself. The replacement took about three hours and the price didn't change from my quote with the woman on the phone. Overall I would definitely use them again in the future.

They did a fabulous job. It was excellent. We had a hot water pipe leak and the leak was under our slab. We have hardwood floors on top of the slab. It took a little while to get the job to be done. It was for a week. He was out here four or five times. He was right at the end of his cellular phone anytime I had a question. His employees were terrific. They were neat and they were clean. I can't say enough good things about them. That's fabulous. It's also nice when I have a problem like that which appeared overwhelming and I can call one person and they take care of it all.

Twice we have scheduled the installation of a new HVAC system and twice we have had to cancel (the first time due to the loss of a family member and the second time due to loss of employment). Ideal was so great to work with though both instances. They completely understood and refunded our deposit - both times! We will definitely be using them in the future to replace our HVAC system. Hopefully, the third time will be the charm for us!

They were okay but they were expensive. I would use them again if necessary.

It was under $125. They came out right away. I thought I was going to need a replacement and they fixed it, so I was really happy with them.

The experience with Ideal Plumbing Heating And Air was fine. They were on time, professional and got the job done. They replaced some faucets and repaired some lines in the wall. I think the price was probably about the going rate. I would rate them an 'A' overall and for all of the five finer points. I would use them again.

Sewer line plugged up, called Ideal they came out and cleared the line. The sewer plugged up one week later. Initially we were told it was under the one month warranty but when they came out they did not honor the warranty or accept the $20 dollar coupon. The ine plugged up again two weeks later, they came out a third time and cleared it a third time, suggested camera inspection. This was done, still no warranty. The technicians were professional however, our total cost to clear the line was over $900.

Went smoothly. Quickly identified the problem, which wasn't just the thermocouple as I had thought, and was upfront with the price and subsequent change out of the whole control unit. Professional service - thanks.

It was fine. The technician arrived within the appointment window, and he called my cell about 20 minutes before arriving to let me know that he was on his way. He was knowledgeable, and courteous.

They are great. They identified the problem and fixed it. It was done quickly. I called them at 4:30 pm and came first thing the next morning(as long as the washer was off there was no leak). Its a little expensive but they are the best. You get a real professional plumber when they come out. They always fix it right. They were very responsive to the home owners insurance. I use them all the time.

My air conditioning went out. I've used Ideal before, and they've done a good job in the past. They're really good about trying to get someone out quickly. The workmen are professional and efficient. The problem was resolved in about an hour, and the cost was as quoted prior to the work being done. I'll use them again for heating and air conditioning issues.
