Not the best way to start a Saturday. Water was puddling in my yard near my front porch. I was able to find the leak in my water line after a some digging, but I thought it would be impossible to get someone to come on a Saturday afternoon to repair the line. Called Ideal and was very impressed at how helpful and responsive they were on the phone. Rob was at my house late in the afternoon and quickly fixed the line. Great customer service from everyone and Rob did a really beautiful repair. Everything was done and water was back on in time to still make dinner! Very impressed!

The work was the best, Rob was knowledgeable and helpful, thorough and up to date parts. I will never used any other plumbers except Ideal Plumbing. Very expensive but I live in a condo, and the plumbing should be perfect.

Over the last two years we have been enjoying the new forced-air gas heater and electric air conditioning system and whole house fan that Ideal Plumbing (IP) installed for us in May 2016. Our existing heater was approximately 36 years old so it was time to be replaced. We were also tired of not having air conditioning during the summer. Further, we had a kitchen and bathroom remodel and room addition project starting in June 2016, so we had a tight window in which to get a new system installed. IP designed a new high-efficiency HVAC system, that incorporated our new room addition, and reserved space in their schedule to conduct their installation just ahead of the remodel/room addition project. They also prepared all the paperwork necessary to obtain the county permits and to apply for the available rebates. IP actually installed our new heater in the attic, instead of the existing location in a hallway closet, thus freeing up the existing location so we could install some much-needed cabinet space. In addition to the heater unit and the air conditioning condenser, all new ducting was installed along with a new WIFI thermostat. The installation went smoothly and on schedule and the final efficiency test results were better than originally quoted to us, which resulted in larger efficiency rebates and reduced our cost. As mentioned above, we also had them install a whole house fan which is a great complementary system to our new HVAC system, in that we can use it to minimize the use of the air conditioner and it is also a great way to quickly move large volumes of fresh air into the house. IP’s representatives that we worked with in their office and the installation crews were great. We signed up for a regular maintenance program which ensures that the system runs as designed and also qualified our new HVAC system for a longer warranty. IP completed their installation as scheduled before our remodel/room addition started and came back and installed the ducting to the room addition once the room addition was far enough along. We are happy that we contracted with Ideal Plumbing and would certainly highly recommend that they be considered by others for any HVAC work.

They came out and fixed it right away. He did really good work and was neat. I will recommend him and use him, again.

Ideal replaced the broken and worn parts promptly.

We have a 63 year old Home. As they began to demolish the existing bath, some major plumbing issues became evident. Joe Clark, the project manager throughout the remodel, was clear when describing the problem, the recommendations and the additional pricing involved. He and all members of his crew were professional, on time and cleaned up daily. They were responsive to all of our requests to make changes or take care of minor issues to our satisfaction.

Overall, they are generally efficient. Sometimes their prices are reasonable and sometimes their prices are high, it all depends on what you are having done. I think they were done within an hour.

They do work on my rental properties also.

I am blanking on the name of the Ideal Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electrical employee who repaired the kitchen ceiling after the fluorescent lights were removed from the soffit. He deserves being mentioned by name so my apology. He did an excellent job. You absolutely cannot tell where he did the drywall repair and texturized to match the surrounding areas. He was definitely skilled in his craft. Thank you to him and to Ideal.

We are so pleased with the work done by Juan and Damien. They removed the fluorescent lights and installed recessed lights in the kitchen ceiling. It was a collaborative effort on their part to make sure that the new lights were where we wanted them. We felt very included in the decision process. They did other electrical work in several other rooms and were just as interested in getting our input. They knew what they were doing, were efficient, and it was important to them that we were happy with what they did. We were and we are! Plus, they were really nice guys. We would definitely hire them again. Ideal Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electrical is an awesome company with really nice employees.

Joel is another awesome employee of Ideal Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electrical. He did the installation of trim kits (I think that is what they are called) in the showers and tub/shower combo and did a great job. That was possible thanks to the hard work of Joe Clark who researched and found exactly what we needed to match our sink faucets. He knew what we needed and made sure we got them. We continue to be so impressed with the expertise of the Ideal employees in the various trades and their concern for their clients. Highly recommend Ideal.

How did it go? It went great!! I forgot that we needed two additional outlets in the kitchen before the granite backsplash was to be installed and Ideal Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electrical came through for me. I don't know how Rafael fit us in but he did. He came out and installed those needed kitchen outlets and also installed the new lights in the master bathroom plus added an outlet. He worked a miracle for us and we were and still are very grateful. Thank you, Rafael.

The work took maybe a day for one plumber. He left the area clean when done.

I could not have asked for a better company to replace our water heater, HVAC system and they even built a new platform to hold the units! The planning and work was thorough and seemless. They made accomodations for my Autistic, whom has sensitivity to noise and does not do well with disruption to schedules. Everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly! They even found discounts and rebates for us! Everything is working well!

I go through Ideal Plumbing for anything electrical, plumbing, heating or anything like that.

I think it's repaired. Need more time to see how it does with constant use.

I've used this company for at least 40 years and have always been happy with their work and professionalism. They are not the cheapest in town but when I've tried other plumbers, I was not always thrilled with the results. Ideal Plumbing and Heating guarantees their work and everyone at the company is friendly and considerate of my home.

Ideal is always first rate. I go to them for everything plumbing, heating, A/C, and electrical. since i discovered Ideal I don't use anyone else. I have always been happy.

they were professional as usual, I use them for my property management company plus bought a new heating and air conditioning system for my own property a couple of years ago, I highly reconmend them

I called and the receptionist was very nice. She arranged for a rep to come out and look at the issue and give me an estimate. I took off of work to be sure that I was there to meet the rep at the prearranged time. 30 minutes past the time I called back to the office to be sure that I had the right time as my rep still had not shown. I was told that I would be called back. 15 minutes later the office called me to tell me that the rep had been stuck on an emergency call. Sure, understandable but some notice would also have been appreciated. I was told that he would be over at 8:30 the next day and that he would be calling before he arrived. So I had to arrange to go in late to work the next day. Around 8 am there was a knock on the door. I was still getting my kids ready for daycare and had to stop in the middle. I showed him the problem and commented about the wiring in the house. I work in aviation electronics and have a grasp of electrical concepts. He quickly condescended and told me that the wiring was just fine. Sure, the 50s wiring with no grounding and appliances run in series with entire sides of the house is just fine. He walked around my house and I could feel his judgement as it was apparent on his face for this woman who was in a robe and showing him about a messy house. He spouted off some quote told me that I'd receive it in email. Then left and I never heard from the company again. I would not use this company. Perhaps he was having an off day but you should always be courteous to your customers and not condescend. I would not recommend this company. They were late, then too early without a call, then judgmental and condescending, and never even got to me with an official estimate. The price he did quote me was fair but he never even gave it to me in writing so who knows if it was accurate.

They came out right away and got everything done in about 45 minutes. i have used them in the past and have always had success with them.

I called and they were able to send someone out that same afternoon. Gave me a time and Dan came right within that window, calling to let me know he was on the way. My husband and I (83 and 73) had tried to clean the heater that morning, but had a hard time (he can't see very well and I have arthritis and can't bend very well). We were also unable to relight the pilot light. Dan was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Not only did he take the heater apart and clean it thoroughly, but when the vacuum cleaner wasn't drawing, he took it apart an worked til he'd cleared a clog in the line (a bobby pin and a coin!) Then he cleaned out the pilot light and lit that, then tested for carbon monoxide. A very positive experience!!

All the plumbing and air conditioning HVAC work I have done is with by Ideal Plumbing Heating and Air and I'd recommend them for any of them. I have used them for ten years. They get A's all the way across. They always seem professional and treat me fairly.

I made arrangements with Ideal Plumbing, Heating, Air, Electrical Inc. to replace a faucet and install a new soap pump in the kitchen of a rental I have. I indicated I could not be at the property until noon. The plumber arrived at 11:50 am. The plumber was pleasant, professional, and replaced the faucet and installed the soap pump with no problem. It was tight quarters under the sink, the old faucet was difficult to remove, and I was glad he was doing the work and not me. Upon completion of the ordered work he indicated he wanted to check the water pressure and did so. He stated it was 110 PSI and stated the pressure regulator should be changed. He was willing to perform the work for a set fee of more than $300. I rejected the service. The plumber then said he had to write up the bill. I was charged for time from when he showed up at 11:50 am to the time I signed the bill. I was also billed $2.00 for Teflon pipe tape. The plumber did a fine job and I have no complaints other than the billing This plumbing company charges a $25 service fee, and $118 per hour. The overtime rate is charged starting at 4:00 pm, regardless if it is continuation of a job started before 4:00 pm. All this was clearly pointed out to me prior to the service call and is not a problem. However, I do not think it is professional to charge for time arrived before the agreed to scheduled work was to begin, and I don't think it is professional to charge time preparing the bill as work time. I also think it is pretty cheap to charge for Teflon tape; that should just be part of the consumables like pipe grease. This company did good work, but I would not use this company again because of their billing practice to nickle and dime a customer in order to earn a few extra dollars.

All the provider had to do was disconnect water softener which was easily accessible in the garage. He somehow managed to turn this into an hour and a half project, at $118 an hour labor, plus parts and haul away.
