Description of Work: Removed or disconnected old knob and tube wiring circuits in the attic crawl space. Installed a Lutron Pico electronic switch system with the switch portion of the new lighting controls at the existing wall locations which communicate wirelessly with the new lighting junction box in the ceiling. Avoided the need to cut any holes in our old lathe and plaster. The installation went smoothly and the new system works great.

Description of Work: The estimator was very honest and knowledgeable, and provided several options. We chose to go with the less expensive option. The actual job was completed in the time frame quoted. They were very careful to protect the carpeting, and left the area spotless when the job was completed. I had used Ideal in the past, and will continue to use them in the future.

HE TOOK THE OLD PARTS AWAY AND DIDN'T EVEN ASK IF I WANTED THEM. OTHER TIMES WHEN WE HAD USED THEM, THEY HAD BEEN VERY COMPETENT AND KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. WE USUALLY HAVE GOOD SERVICE FROM THEM, THOUGH THEIR PRICES ARE A LITTLE HIGH.
Description of Work: THEY SENT SOMEONE OUT TO FIX THE STOPPER IN MY BATHTUB, IT WOULD NOT CLOSE AND KEEP THE WATER IN THE BATHTUB. THEY WERE UNABLE TO FIX IT, SO THEY INSTALLED THE KIND THAT YOU CLOSE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE TUB.
